Messy store, went in to get some joggers my nephew wanted for Christmas, found no one to help anywhere. Decided to just get him gift card, wait to purchase was very long and it wasn’t even the weekend. Definitely need more employees!! Will avoid ever going there again.

I speak both English and Spanish but my preference is English so I would assume that in training your associates you would let them know that if a customer speaks English that in turn they would continue to answer in English. Instead the associate kept answering in Spanish. I am going to call and place a complaint. This is very bad customer service. I think it needs to be addressed. There were alot of people. I had difficulty finding an associate to at least tell me where a particular item was. I know they are busy but your store was short staffed. Dont think I'll be going again. I went to buy Xmas gifts I spent almost $400. This associate that kept answering me in Spanish if she had been the cashier on first purchase I wouldn't of bought anything. I would of left your store and gone elsewhere. I have been going to purchase clothes, bedding, curtains and kitchen essentials for over 40 years! So because of that one associate this is my decision to rate you as such.

It's been a long time I haven't entered a JC Penny due to quarantine and other things. This was my first visit in a long time and I have to say that I was very satisfied with my visit. I found shirts I was looking for church and the associates were extremely friendly and courteous. The store was also nicely organized. I look forward to my next visit.

I love JCPenney but I’m unsure when they downscaled to one fitting room per floor! It was frustrating having picked out all this stuff to try on and walk to the fitting room area with 10 people in line in front of me. I put everything back and went to Macy’s.

The store is a lot more organized now. Help was easy to find. There are still issues when visiting the website however. I was looking for a specific shirt that the website told me they had, and they did not have it when I got there. You also can’t get the same discount you get online when you’re in store so if you’re not able to order the shirt for pickup online (or it gets canceled cause it wasn’t actually on stock) then you pay in full.

I was searching for work clothing . I was able to find some great career outfits. The cashier was very polite and ensured that we knew about online and store discounts.

Did not have what I needed a swimsuit and went to get one, but things were so unorganized that it took us forever to find me a top and bottom. We didn't even know if they were a mix and match or a pair because there were no signs saying anything about swimsuits,so when checking out, the cashier didn't even know how to ring it up lol but I did get what I needed just took awhile

It's a very good store if you want to buy clothing but I wish that it was a little cheaper but then again quality is more better than quantity.
