Honestly I had fun looking too, and there were some really good deals to be had. My only criticism to the store has to be the lack of registers open, and how long that translates into you standing in line. But check this place out; who knows, you too might "save" your hard earned money 💰 as well!

Not the best place to go. This place looks abandoned and pretty disgusting. No labels on the ceiling with no big letters. Terrible but the good thing about this place that it has pretty cool clothes and shoes.

Definitely our go to store!! Love Burlington they have a great variety clothes shoes kitchen stuff bedroom stuff baby stuff all kinds of neat things fantastic affordable prices love it. Highly recommended!

Great place with many choices. You can buy anything from socks to home goods. I went as soon as the opened and only a handful of people. I shopped for 30 minutes and did not bump into anyone. Masks are optional. Some staff is not that friendly.

Just right now at cashier 4.. the cashier put the stuff that I bought in clear trash bag. I feel like she disrespecting customer on doing that. I don't want to make a scandal but wow.. what a employee you have. Coz I looked at the other counter and they putting the items in the Burlington bag. Mind you that the items I bought are not big items.

Oh my god this store is such a mess. Employees are a bit nice, but it’s so hard to find what you need when clothing is all over the ground and on top of other clothes. I’m a size 3x and I had to search all over because the 3x sizes were spread all throughout different sections. For instance the XL clothing had a 3x at about every 10 hangers. Same with the jeans. I had finally found a pair that fit, but didn’t realize the zipper was broken until I got home and I had to return them.

Be mindful of the dressing room associate named ROCIO she is very rude, unprofessional, and overall just shouldn't be working there. She disrespectfully told me I was in her way and to move. SHE REFUSED to call her supervisor over so I had to go to the front to request one.When I brought it up to her supervisor LETTY I was not given an apology, instead she justified her representatives actions and just let her disrespectfully talk to me, stating the walkway to the drssing room shouldn't be blocked.(You can see other customers blocking the walkway and there is no sign stating as such) The store is unorganized, and if you run into any issues be mindful and aware the supervisor will NOT help. She did remove Rosio and replaced her with another associate, however the situation itself was not resolved. The customer isn't always right, but their associates have NO RIGHT TO BE DISRESPECTFUL. The sign says don't worry, you can take multiple trips , however the associate is clearly agitated and doesn't like her job.

Lines are super long with only three cashier's and they were very slow

Cashiers were busy talking bad about their coworkers. The people in line were rude, not a fan of this experience. The poorly mannered people shopping in this store didn't help. Sad, I just wanted to get out asap. My cashier rolled her eyes when I spoke the opposite language than her. Maybe this was just a bad day to be here.

Branded products with a cheap price for everyone. Also available some kitchen, household and daily necessary items much cheaper than other stores. Always open till late night. For summer it's open for 8:00am to 12:00 am which is convenient to shopping here. You can buy some quality kitchen products for cheaper price. As always can return any items if it's not fit or defective. Only issue is all courter are not open, so need wait in the line for paying bills. Overall satisfied.

Excellent selection, well organized and professional everyone stocking shelves and working diligently on getting ready for the busy holiday season without feeling as though you are by security or management but they are Observant and Professional. It's relieving to not receive a glaring stair unlike other Burlington's. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

Burlington has the best deals on clothes and shoes. When I visited this particular store there was a huge selection of women's clothing and shoes. There is also home goods and hygiene products here at a great, low price. I highly Burlington for your clothing needs!

I think they are very unorganized with the workers schedules (what personnel do) and it shows in the organization/cleanliness of the store. Yes, the cleanliness also falls on the customer who forget/know you shouldn’t eat/open products you haven’t paid for. I blame there parents/nurturers! Nevertheless, I seen 4 ppl in 2 different areas (8 total ppl) updating prices where they could be utilized in other sections. Today was my second time at this location. I was one of a couple of early birds —arrived at 750 but didn’t enter until 815 as the doors were still locked at 8. Google list store opening at 8am. Like arriving early as there wasn’t an influx of people in your space so I had time to look at things I wanted. But the store was still unorganized and the checkout still had a semi-long line for the amount of customers in the morning. *NOTE* it didn’t wrap around to the men’s dept. this time. But it did make it to the store entry. There were 2 cashiers to start with but then 1 just upped and left. It’s a good store in a very convenient location.

The store is great but seriously the lines can be horrible. 47 minutes waiting in line to pay for something with your lines all the way to the back where your perfumes are at with 2 registers open is insane and ridiculous to me. This store needs to open up more registers knowing how busy they get.

Found two pair of winter boots I liked. One that was sleek fitted to above the knee & a pair of short ankle boots for jeans.

I buy all my housewares good here. They have good prices. I don't appreciate you can't take the carts out the door and the lines to pay are very long. They need more cashiers

It's busy but has good deals and even though it's holidays I'm surprised the lines went pretty fast good service and helped me find everything I needed.

I like coming to your stores your prices are very reasonable,but right now during the Christmas holidays the lines are long and need to go to the restroom and the restrooms are close both for men and women that is ridiculous they are dirty and no paper

It was an ok experience specially this time of the year. But is not possible that you don't have restrooms inside the store. Specially for Old people it's hard to use the portable restrooms "outside" the store plus they were horrible not clean at all. You have 4 but only 2 were open..

The store has good buys, however, their bathrooms have not been open to the public for days, and the portables are always locked, an inconvenience if you are planning to shop

Good prices like always, less line to pay thus time. I like this location more than the one on the west side (mesa / Sunland Park) has more selection.

Love the selection of clothing and the affordable prices. Love the store but there are not enough cashiers. Last time I went, I was in line for about 30 minutes.

Big spacious location with plenty of parking. Restrooms and fitting rooms are clean. As with any discount store, selection is hit or miss. Lines can get super timely during peak times. Shopped for 30 minutes stood in line 26 minutes and that was quicker than usual.

This store is absolutely marvelous, it’s huge and super clean everything is in order . You will definitely find what you need also excellent customer service from the cashiers . I’m new to the neighborhood and this store is already on my favorites list !

This is my first time at this Burlington as I always frequent the new one in the far east side. This Burlington has half the line or less and you will wait so much longer. Right off the bat I noticed cashiers take their SWEEEEEET time checking people out. Last time I come to this Burlington. Not to mention the men’s selection is limited compared to other locations.
