    There’s an elderly woman who stops you to check receipt and wow does she take her job too seriously, she takes FOREVER to check the receipt she will scan through everything one by one and even a line forms from when she won’t let anyone past it’s honestly extremely annoying and time consuming. Now every-time we see her we avoid going through whatever exit she is! nobody got time for that!

    It is sad when you ask for assistance from associates of Wal-Mart and it feels as if you are bothering them than feeling as if they want to help you. Then when you are trying to leave the same people want you to be nice and show them the receipt that you purchased the item. I mean like if I was trying to steal a big grill?? This is their customer service.. Sad what it has come to...

    Let me just say WOW! I was instantly blown away by how clean and organized the store is. The produce amazing! The kids clothing super organized and well stocked. Every section of walmart was extremely well stocked. Bravo to the workers and store manager for keeping employees happy to work there and keep a huge store clean.

    Well one thing is for sure you can expect a random shooting spree at this Walmart. There is 23 ghosts wandering around this store since 2019. If you’re looking for a haunting experience you’ve come to the right store.

    When I went to this location I was so lost in the aisle but an employee named Daniel T. helped me when I was looking for an item and he was very friendly and helpful. I saw he was very busy but still managed to help me out. Just wanted to give some recognition to this location and employee as well! 👍🏼😄 thanks Daniel and Walmart!

    Difficult to find help to locate needed items. They should have a touchscreen to locate items. Asked 3 different employees and none knew where the horseradish was.

    Been shopping at this Walmart for years. Now their only opening Self checkout Registers early in the morning. It's inconvinient for some of us, it takes longer to do our grocery check out. Having to bag your own groceries, asking approval of certain items by the Cashiers. They need to open regular Cash Registers especially for older persons. It's great for checking out fewer items but not a full cart of groceries. I wonder if they're going to layoff Cashiers.

    We went in to get my daughter her prescription glasses. There was a big mixup with our insurance and I ended up paying for my daughters glasses. Tina went above and beyond to call our insurance company more than once to try and get the problem corrected. A few hours later she called us back in and proceeded to refund and charge our insurance. In a time where everyone is always in a rush, she took the time to really help us out. I can't thank her enough for being so patient and helpful. Thank you Tina!

    Picture it: It is barely after six in the morning, and this store has just opened - after being closed overnight for "cleaning." I stop in the men's while on an errand, only to find a filthy bathroom, including used toilet tissue piled on the floor. Used for its intended purpose, mind you. An employee is in one of the stalls. He flushes and leaves without washing his hands. If you value your health at all, avoid this store.

    I don’t recommend this walmart ever. terrible management and no one is ever around to help . when i do ask for help they follow with a long sigh and just point to where i need to find my product. This is why i will be doing my shopping at target now . they have more respect for there customers

    Tried calling in three times to ask about product availability. Employees left phone ringing for up to 20 minutes on the final time the phone was simply taken off the hook and my call never got through and I was never able to speak with anyone willing to help.

    Did our shopping as usual. When got to check out noticed no bags to put my food in! I asked the guy that works there and he said that they are out of BAGS!! What?? When we came in it wasn't mentioned?? I have lots to say but not enough room! I was really feeling for that handicap that had full carts:(:(!! WALMART FORCING CUSTOMERS TO BUY THIER BAGS TO PUT GROCERIES IN! WHAT other choice do they have?

    AVOID. Jason Mariano head of asset protection will treat you like a thief just because he feels like it. Management will protect him and not care. One of the rudest most disrespectful employees ever!!!

    I wanted to write a review for this place a decade ago. I was in the El Paso Area a decade ago and this was my store! I grew up Cleveland and never lived in the South West. I was not surprised by the number of Out of Country Plates. Similar I suppose to the Canadian Plates in Up State New York which I am familiar with, at least pre covid-19. Okay back to Elpaso... Walmart. I can honestly say I have never experience the friendliness and helpfulness of Walmart Associates at any store up to that point or since. It is unfortunate that this was also the location of the terrible tragedy in 2019 that took the lives of 23 people and wounded another 23 Prayers. Some of the most kindest people I have met, what a senseless loss.

    You are not my store anymore, When you were open 24 hours I used to go to you all the time you said you stop going 24 hours because of Covid and you needed time to restock because so many people are panicking well now nobody’s panicking and you still close at 11? If you didn’t want to serve your customers needs you should’ve just said so instead of being cowards in blaming it on Covid

    Last week, I boycott Walmart for a week because their Checkout scanners were doubling my food items and causing me a return back to the store for Credit on purchase. This Monday, 9.26.22, I returned back to Walmart C.V. and noticed food items were being lowered that I brought the Lipton Green 🍵 for a Whopping $.69 a regular price item that normally costs over $2.78 or so!

    Since the addition of the excess staff & security, the entrance to the Produce have become the usual hectic-vallet-traffic hotzone on a daily without the help of the extra hired STAFF or SECURITY! Why hire extra help just to stand & do absolutely NOTHING but watch the madness in that particular spot? And yes, I’m blaming both the lazy Walmart, Security Staff (whoever they’re called), & EPD that are spotted daily in front of both entrances! Why is my tax money going to waste like this???

    This location is so busy on a daily. Employees are never helpful, it's always a mess. There's never any parking. I gladly go out of my way to a different location even though this location is closest to my house.

    Visited this location for an oil change yesterday afternoon, unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with your supervisor there. People like him that deal with customers need to have a better attitude,he acted like he was doing me a favor, I’m the customer!!! Wrong person for that job!

    Always go here religiously and bought groceries last week. I bought this pack of cheese and look at it! This is ridiculous!!! What if my 2 year old son got into this? I just want a response of some kind to fix this and I really hope no one else experiences this at that location.

    Bought a bag of frozen shrimp, only to get home and realize it was full of green and white mold, literally the entire top of it behind the label was full of it, the smell was absolutely horrendous, tried calling the store and tried getting ahold of literally every one of 9 options they give you through their automated phone service and not one answered. Gross, 10/10 won't be buying any form of seafood from them again.

    Always organized and clean! I think I'll always prefer their grocery side to their goods side, and their succulents are always pretty cheap and well cared for. So sad to learn my favorite greeter Estephania won't be working anymore though. She always made my day and would even come out of her way to say hello. Going to miss her a lot on my visits...

    I highly discourage you purchase automotive batteries from Walmart; at least from this particular one. Untimely service; they lost my battery and awarded the warranty of it to someone else by accident; they suggested I purchase a new battery when the one I had was still under warranty; speaking to the managers there was worst than speaking with a chat bot, all they had to offer as explanations were pre-programmed answers refering to their policy from which they do not even know what it states nor where I could find it to inform myself. I really was hopping they could do better. I suggest paying extra and going to Autozone, O'reilly's, Advance, or any auto part stores then doing the job yourself; or go to a decent shop. Having to deal with the personel at this Walmart's Autocare department, and their managers you will only get basic (if that) service.

    This store is TERRIBLE!!! I was trying to get several bolts of fabric cut. I asked 3 different Associate for help and pushed there " Help " button. Tried for over 30 mins and NOTHING. Them tried to find someone in charge and they are no where to be found either. Walmart has go downhill so much. Whatever happened to customer service? Apparently Celo Vista Walmart has forgotten about it or they don't care.

    I shop at Walmart, but that's changing now. 2 hrs before closing - no cashiers, self checkout line a mile long: I don't do self checkout, at least 20 employees just standing or walking around. Left a cart where it stood with over $200 of food-per Walmart yello vest.

    The team lead for customer service "Carlos" took a lunch break while I sat and waiting for my gift card too be reactivated, I waited well over a hour on him and he was still unable too help me, I was not the only customer he was being rude too either
