I went into a specific location and all I had done was a check-up basically, if you can really call it that. People say insurance is expensive, try not having it. All they did was check my weight, blood pressure, looked in my ear, looked down my throat and looked at my eyes. If I remember correctly. The whole process took about 15 minutes and I paid $100 the day of. I later received a bill with a balance of $300 roughly. It cost me almost $500 for a 15 minute check-up, that did absolutely nothing. I was given orders for blood-work and requested a colonoscopy, which I found out costs $2-3 thousand dollars, approximately. Not sure how much blood-work will cost, scared to ask. The doctor was good initially, seemed to truly care. The session was ended horribly, left feeling like, is the doctor coming back, feels like something was missing, felt incomplete. Capitalism is great and I understand it, but this country is ran by the dollar for the dollar. NOTHING IS DONE IN THIS COUNTRY FOR THE GOOD OF THE PEOPLE. Take covid-19 for example and all costs they were/are trying to pass on to the people. It's all about investors and how can they make as much money as possible.

This appointment was in the process since almost 6 months ago. There was no openings which was understandable from Covid. However when I arrived I was under the impression Dr Sing would be my doctor. I was told how sweet he is and reassured he's all in all a swell guy. In comes in Dr Wongmek who was the complete opposite from the beginning. She entered rushed and upset with the computers in the facility. She starts to rush my appointment and was condescending until I expressed I was becoming upset. She apologized for "how I was feeling" she soon changed her tone. I thought we were on to something when she asked me about my diagnosis. Unfortunately I was left in the room over another hour (almost 3 hrs total) nobody was in the hall to ask any questions. I had enough by then and walked out. I was gone almost 22 mins before they realized I had already left the premises. Mrs Rocio who was the sweetest ever, took it upon herself to call me. She wanted to reschedule me and I chose not to. Honestly for what... another 6 months. And to be passed off to another unhappy provider. Thank you but no thank you. I've been a Medical Assistant for over 13 years and never felt like such an inconvenience.

You show up for your appointment with your elderly 82 year old mom and they keep her waiting 2 1/2 hours past her appointment every time. Beaumont Army medical hospital told my mom to get a biopsy and they took three months to get it done. If you have cancer and you get treated here you will die.

If you can at all possible avoid this place do. They donā€™t care about your time or your care. Wife waited 90 minutes past her appointment time and was met with nothing but hostile attitudes by all staff. They refused to check both of her breasts during the mammogram even though both had lumps that needed checked. Their excuse was that theyā€™re busy and donā€™t have time. As if my wifeā€™s potential risk for breast cancer wasnā€™t important enough.

Nobody at the information station and no directories nor maps. I had to be looking for a doctor around. 3rd floor only goes by color not by name. What color is my doctor? Shaking my head. It's embarrassing I had to ask people if they know where Dr William Spurbeck's office is located.

Donā€™t waste your time here. We had to wait MONTHS to get an appointment here. Didnā€™t have record of ANY previous imaging already done, and didnā€™t have anything scheduled (the entire reason we came to see a specialist). Theyā€™d called to see if we could come in earlier, i couldnā€™t & I cant imagine how long weā€™d have been here waiting for a ā€œdoctor.ā€ Waste of a trip/day/PTO. Do not recommend unless absolutely last resort and you have hours to spare being stuffed in a tiny room being ignored. Overbooked, understaffed. Be prepared to be ignored. Update, we finally walked out just after 5pm. All other patients were seen ahead of us, waiting room and everything was closed down and doctors were cruising the internet. Complete disregard for our time. They called 15 min after we left an asked if we wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not!

Worst medical ever, they are rude and wonā€™t listen to you at all. Spent longer waiting for my appointment than I did AT the appointment. Very professional and organized, but you need to actually care for your patients in this industry. I couldnā€™t recommend in good faith. Plenty of specialists but you will wait months to get anything done about your lab work, much less ever see anyone. Sent me on my way within minutes of seeing the doctor and did not listen to me whatsoever during the appointment. Not worth your time or money!

I'm extremely impressed with the healthcare I have received from Texas Tech Physicians, in particular the Ophthamology Department's Dr. Johnston. He is patient, explains things in layman terms, and makes one feel valued and in good hands. The reception desk in that department needs only return ID's faster ( they kept mine over an hour), and maybe streamline operations some. And don't go too early; anything over ten minutes early is a waste of your time. Other than that, this is an excellent place to find the best healthcare in El Paso.

The midwives are great the nurses are nice. The problem started with Blanca filling oit my FMLA paperwork wrong and charged me $35 to fill out woth was fine. I have been calling for a week to get this information corrected. Yet she stated she can wring me a letter but it will be $10. I dont feel I should of been charged for her mistake and the letter she wrote me for work was still incorrect. I called to speak with a supervisor they said they were going to call me after speaking with Blancas superior but I never got a call. I called the next day and they lady I spoke to stated that there was no notes in the system in regards to my complaint and that a supervisor can contact me on Monday. Which is to late for me because my work has me to work on Sunday. I'm suffer from postpartum depression. And emotionally and mentally I'm not ready to go back to work. 6 weeks was not enough and my daughter has surgery in 2 weeks woth makes my depression worse. All I asked was for more time due to the surgery and because I'm simply not ready. Yet no one was able to help. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

The worst place you could go for help with your mental health. I have been a patient for over 2 years and they treat me like Iā€™m brand new. I can never get a appointment itā€™s always canceled on the day of.. different rules and they toss you around to different doctors like your just a number not a human being! You canā€™t get your prescriptions refilled or on time even if you run out. This is my life that Iā€™m trying to get in order and they force you to jump through hoops. DO NOT INVEST THE LITTLE ENERGY YOU HAVE TO BE SEEN BY THESE CARELESS DOCTORS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, WORST STAFF IN EL PASO.

From the start this place was so unprofessional my husband had to wait 6 months after referral because their Drs list wasnā€™t updated, then when you arrive they donā€™t give you the floor number so nobody knows whatā€™s going on, and you will wait more than I hr to be seen, do not come here if you are looking for a professional experience trust me.

We are new in town Medicare with supplement and the closest clinic told us to come here maybe cecause they didn't like Medicare. A retired Physician Assistant I took 2 hours of reading with me but only waited 30 minutes. 5 stars for getting me in as a first time patient for a pre operative physical they had an appointment in two days instead of two weeks. Staff was courteous. Not sure if my MD was a resident but he was thorough and attentive. I found residents more engaged and interested than us old guys just trying to pay our mortgages. Better trained as well. Thanks. I have not had covid yet so glad to see spacious waiting room with few people in it.

This rating would be zero if I could post it. An absolutely horrible experience, waste of time and money! Even after speaking with the President of the organization, I'm extremely disappointed. I spent over 1.5 years traveling 3 hours each way (& destroying my classic Mustang) for innumerable appointments, tests, along with countless phone calls & incidents of confusion to only be given garbage diagnoses or no diagnosis at all. Pathetic.

Went in for preventative care. My appt was at 9:30, they asked me to get there at 9:15. Got there, they took all my billing information and had me wait there till 10:30 and still hadnā€™t been seen. When I asked them about it all they could tell me was youā€™re next but not an estimated time or anything. Why bother making an appointment and asking me to get there earlier, if youā€™re still gonna take an hour + to see your patient. Wasted gas, time and money (since I had to take time off work for this). Even after I told them I had to get back to work because I couldnā€™t wait any longer, they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to reschedule just so they could waste some more time, gas and money. This was very very unprofessional and will not be going back nor will I be recommending their services to anyone.

I placed a call to the Customer Service line today to make a payment on an understanding medical bill. Upon speaking to the representative, she had informed me that my account was now in collections. She repeatedly stated that the final invoice was sent out back in July of 2023. We are now in September of 2023. She verified that the address on file was correct. She mentioned that three invoices had been sent previously to advise of the balance due. To this date, the only invoice I had received was from September 5th, 2023. As I further looked at the website she provided me to access my account, the total amount due was not what was stated on the invoice mailed to me. The invoice states $40 while the website states $26.12. Needless to say, it was very frustrating when I had to keep asking her the different methods of payment. On one occasion, she was even providing me a different account number. Her friendly tone quickly turned negative. There is no way I would have let my balance of $26.12 go to collections. Overall, I am not satisfied with how my matter over the phone was handled. I had to repeat myself various times and was given misleading information. That was a long and painful 15 minute call. In the end, she wasnā€™t even able to help me solve my issue.

I was diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer in February of 2021. I have had the best care with Dr. Fikfak and Dr. Gaur. I couldnā€™t ask for better doctors to care for me. Because of them and Godā€™s mercy, Iā€™ve been diagnosed as cancer free. Great staff!

I left 50 minutes after the hour my appointment was scheduled at because the doctor was running late (he/she never showed up). Such disrespect for my time; if I had arrived 50 minutes late to my appointment as a patient it would have been definitely canceled, at any place! So what gives them the right to waste my time like this?
