Took my daughter in last week they looked at her sent her home said she’s fine. Day later she wa throwing up, coughing, sore throat, fever. Guess what she wasn’t fine. But they sure did take that insurance card and co pay! Brought her back today. They wanted me to fill out more forms on my phn take pictures of my insurance, driver’s license again? What do the ladies in the front get paid for doing? What a waste of time and money! I’m a firm believer that this clinic does insurance fraud! I told the lady I didn’t think I should have to refill out forms on my phn and she said ok bye. Unbelievable save your co pay and go somewhere else! They are lazy and obviously the physicians don’t have a clue about providing care.

Thank you to all of the nurses tonight!! First time here and I will definitely keep coming back. everyone was so nice and friendly and even after my positive test, they showed that they cared and did not freak me out! Very professional and welcoming, thanks for all that you do especially in these crazy times.

My son was feeling really sick and after being exposed to COVID with me I took him to summit clinic to get him tested and because it was the only place open on a Saturday. The ladies in the front seemed a little tired and weren’t super welcoming but I understand them. The doctor and the nurse who attended to my son were very nice, especially the nurse. I forgot her name. She had curly hair and glasses and seemed very young. She was so nice and patient to my son and made him feel safe and comfortable. I appreciated that so much. The lady at the end of our visit taking our paper work seemed pretty annoyed, mad and seemed a little impatient, but overall our visit was good and The clinic was so clean.

It was early Monday morning. 9 o'clock to be exact, is when I checked in. It is understandable that not everybody is 100% come Monday mornings. However the staff at this establishment greeted me very kindly and professionally. As soon as I signed in I was calling immediately. Sure there was a little bit of wait time in the room because they were told me to other patients but nothing too long. I apologize I do not remember the names of the staff members that assisted me but one female and one male and they were very professional and kind. After the doctor reviewed my x-rays I was more at ease after he explained my symptoms in detail. I will go back to a follow-up at the establishment and I must say it was very clean thank you summit urgent care for your professionalism

I personally had a great experience here. I waited about 2 hours but considering how busy they were, I completely understood. The staff was friendly and took the time to listen to do what was needed for my health. I felt that I received adequate care and would definitely return for any future medical needs. I will say that their waiting room is FREEZING so if you get cold pretty easily, take a sweater. Not a big deal, but sometimes nice to know, so there's your heads up!

I was there on January Tuesday 18, 2022. I was there because they accept walk ins and is not a hospital is a clinic. The ladies at the front desk were very polite. But what I did not liked was the way the doctor treated me. I didn't like he never took his time to ask me how I was feeling. He just told me how I was feeling because I had already told the nurse,who takes your vitals, before they send you to a room they asked your symptoms. He told me "ok, we are going to test you for strep throat and covid, I will be right back." He never came back. Just the nurse came back and explained to me what I had.

A bit irritated at first. I read the signs as we walked in and was aware that masks were required. But most El Paso businesses have the same sign and do not required them. I also have experienced businesses provide a mask if requested. We are not mask wearers so we typically do not carry any on us and honestly if a business requires a mask we walk away, no fuss, we understand policies. But my son needed to be seen so I walked in and was immediately told “ma’am you need your mask” (not a hi how are you, so sorry but can you pls wear a mask)… I got horrible customer service from the worker sitting in the front. I then asked politely if they could provide masks and I was told “no, insurance doesn’t cover masks”. I was floored and walked out immediately. My husband just so happened to have masks in his middle console and I would have walked away if my son didn’t need to be seen. The nurses we met thereafter were the nicest and most pleasant people.

I was very pleased with my visit. I was tended to quickly and the staff was courteous, pleasant, and informative. The meds the NP prescribed worked well and began feel better within. My wife has also used the Clinic in the past and has also had a very good experience. Definitely my go to place from now on. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Arrived and taken straight back into a room. Saw doctor within may 30 minutes. THEN waited almost 2 hours. Explained to front desk that I could no longer wait as I had to pickup my kids from school and he gave me attitude. The facility had just a few patients at the time. Hopefully they were just having a bad day today. Started of great an ended poorly....Update. I was contacted by Summit and we resolved all issues. Very helpful young lady.

This was the 1st time I went to Summit-I was very impressed from the time I checked in, leading to the wait time from lobby to patient waiting room. The front staff was very professional and courteous. The wait time from the time the NP went in and did my check up, gather tests and even get my results was under 3hrs. Overall, I was happy to have gone there. I plan to return and make referrals to my friends & family! Thank you!

The staff was very professional and pleasant to speak with, made me feel safe when entering the lobby, and comfortable when in the examination room, Doctor Zack explained things to me to where I was able to understand the questions I asked and was concerned about. Everyone who works there are so nice, I would definitely recommend Summit urgent care to my friends and family or anyone who asks for the best urgent care facility to go to, Thank you for your professionalism and for showing you care ❤ Toni Gwyn

First time at Summit. Went at 5:15pm and was called in to register at 6:45pm. Finally saw the doctor at around 7:30. Dr had good bed manners and was very professional and courteous. Staff was nice. Very crowded and lots of patients being seen. Was discharged at around 8pm. Still better than a local ER.

As I walked in to the clinic with a severe stomach pain, I was greeted by the receptionist, she took my information and waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby to be seen. My vitals were taken and thereafter I was seen by doctor. They quickly got me some meds to ease of my pain. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

My experience was amazing , the staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. I felt like I was in the right place and were being treated well, I got seen by P.A Del Cid and she was great! She listened to my concerns and didn’t rush or brush away my concerns. She gave me the right treatment and care. 5/5 stars

My family of 7 have been clients of Urgent Care for over 20 years for our small emergencies or seasonal illness. The service was phenomenal then and then Urgent Care lost its way I guess and the past two times I have been there I am happy to inform they are phenomenal again. I believe Joslyn assist me on a Sunday. She communicated all procedures options. She was professional and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good capable hands and that is all you want when ill or broken. Thank you for been effective and caring.

I was very pleased with my visit today. The waiting was not very long and PA Miss Monica was very knowledgeable and took good care of me. The whole staff was very helpful. I went in for a lot of pain in my knee. They gave me a shot and took X-rays. I have a sprained knee.

I actually hate Urgent care centers because the wait is too long, the staff are rude and chit chat too loud to where when you’re waiting in your room you hear them. Which does frustrate you as a sick patient because you want to get in and get home. I will say though this place has me in and out. Very quick. Then again the waiting room was empty, but I just saw all the staff working. The PA was very nice and thorough with her assessment. She Actually auscultated my lungs and felt my lymph nodes. Very impressed compared to other places like MedPost and UCare. ONLY downside is they are privately owned and did not take my insurance. But other than that very happy.

I went in feeling horrible, not able to breath very well, a lot of wheezing. They took me in right away, no wait time! The customer service was amazing. It was like I was the only patient there! They fixed me up, had me breathing a lot easier then when I walked in. They took the time to explain each medication and treatment. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, excellent care! I highly recommend Summit Urgent Care!

As my first time going to a clinic after 6 years, they made the experience fast, efficient, and overall pleasant. I was attended to quickly and the staff were pleasant. Will be definitely coming back for my medical needs.

My experience was good. I was attended right away. I was tested for Covid came out positive. The NP was very informative and reassuring. Made me feel a lot better he explained everything and answered all my questions. Will be my go to place for emergencies. I do recommend it.

Courteous and friendly individuals handle and provide the patient with good medical care. I haven't had any complaints or issues with Summit Urgent Care staff. The staff has always been attentive and have provided outstanding customer service. The facility is always clean and the welcoming friendly smiles always makes the visit that much more pleasant given the circumstance. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide my feedback.

I had never been to an Urgent Care clinic before. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very friendly and polite. The speed of service was what impressed me most. The nurse practitioner was very courteous and respectful. More importantly, he listened to everything I had to say and didn't rush in and out. Definitely would recommend this place for care.

Unfortunately while we were out in vegas we got hit from behind in the freeway noon time, 2 of my family members had to be transported and get check. This place was amazing. Fast and friendly

I was seen pretty quickly it was astonishing other places I've gone take hours before anyone sees you. The only drawback is that my insurance was not accepted here but it was not terribly expensive considering how fast I was seen and the PA did assess me fairly quickly especially since I was quick to relay the symptoms. Obviously have to go take the medication to see if I get better but if all goes well I will definitely return if I need to go to the urgent care again. Thank you

The receptionist were very kind and helpful. The nurse that took a stage was also very gentle and helpful. I did stay a bit longer than what I had expected but all in all, I was happy with the service

Walked in, checked in and was taken back immediately. It was not long before Crystal was able to see me move forward with a treatment plan. Absolutely coming back and bringing the family here from now on. Same day and already feeling better! 👍🏽 good job team!

My experience was ok took my daughter the following day and one of the young staff was rude. Had an attitude like she did not want to be there. My daughter was seen and I was not happy with their diagnosis. Took her to another clinic and they helped her and prescribed her what she needed. Was a waste of money at Summit will never go there again for myself or my daughter was disappointed.

Took son in for a sports physical and it was fast , no hassle . Friendly staff and environment. I like the fat that we didn’t have to deal with insurances, and all I had to do was pay a reasonable co-pay. Definitely will bring my kids back for their sports physical again . Thank you Summit

This is the 3rd time I’ve had to go to urgent care and I was definitely not disappointed. Their care was superb, I was attended to very fast by everyone. Even while in the room they never took long to come see me and attend to my needs. They explained everything to me very well and were able to give me medication fast for how bad I was feeling.

I’ve been going to Summit for years. It has been my go to after hours urgent care clinic for a long time. Always have received the best and greatest quality Heath care there for my entire family. Sometimes the wait can be long but they do take their time with you. Today I was seen by PA-C Jenevieve and she was wonderful. Answered all my questions and didn’t rush me out. Thank you !

They have always been super nice to me and they're fairly fast getting you seen. I appreciate their kindness cuz when I have to go to a doctor I'm definitely not very happy especially mentally. This makes it easier going to get treated. Thank you staff at Summit Urgent Care 😘

I love Summit! They have always been there for me and the wait times are quick. You check in and wait a few minutes and then next thing you know you getting your weight taken and back in a room. The staff takes extra precautions for COVID 19 which I like a lot and they are they live up to thei reputation as being on the top 3 urgent cares in El Paso. Thank you Summit for all you guys do. Great facilities and super fast service. I recommend you to everyone I know.

I have a large family and we often have medical emergencies. This place is fast and very reliable to make the best choice for their patients. We always leave there happy. Highly recommend urgent care location.

Front desk clerk's attitude was a bit testy when I first arrived...due to a mandatory mask rule they have at their facility. Everybody else I interacted with after that was very courteous & friendly. PA was pleasantly very talkative & informative. Process took about 40 minutes and reasonably priced for non insured patient.

I've been multiple times when I was feeling under the weather, and most recently when I sprained my wrist. Anytime I have needed to be seen the staff is very attentive, polite, and caring. Each time they have taken very good care of me. I definitely suggest them for any urgent medical need. A+++

I was visiting from out of town when I started to feel I'll. Went to Summit urgent care. The care I received was outstanding and the level of professionalism was awesome. I felt that I was heard by Dr Zachary. I received a steroid shot from the best medical assistant ever, and because of my foggy sick brain I do not remember her name (so sorry). I didn't even feel it because of her superb way of administering shots. She was kind and warm, understanding. Thank you Summit Urgent Care.

Seen within 1 minute of checking in. The PA was understanding and caring but most important was being respectful and professional. The technician took my vitals and came back to advise me that I needed x-rays. She was also professional and respectful. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience today! Went in the ladies at the front were extremely polite and nice.Registration process super easy & fast. The festive decorations were astounding. Lobby and rooms were clean and festive. Saw provider Skory by the end of my visit I was feeling way better. Thank you Summit urgent I would recommend. 👍🏽👍🏽

I love this clinic. I went in at 7pm for very bad allergies and in the 5 minutes of filling out paperwork I was called to wait and be seated in a room. It did take about 20 minutes after my vitals got checked to be checked. After being evaluated and being treated for severe allergies, a few days later I was back to normal and feeling great. The staff was friendly and professional as well as the Physician that evaluated me. I really liked that I didn't take long at this clinic and the service was great.

I had an accident while doing box jumps and had to go to get 8 stitches. All staff and doctor are great. They explained in detail what they will be doing and because it was self pay they did what was necessary and tried to void any extra charges. Great experience and bill was not too bad based on what needed to be done.

There was no excessive waiting time
