Store closes at 9:30. Went in to do a quick return at 9:24. Rene was blocking the door and screaming that it was closed. She has horrible customer service!!! Store closes at 9:30, not a minute early. This employees do whatever they want with a business that isn’t theirs. A customer in the parking lot next to me said she tried going in at 10:12 and she was already not attending customers and letting anyone in. Horrible. Zero stars if I could.

Holiday 2021 set up is terrible...pushing displays together to create a line...stuff falls as you go by.....claustrophobic feeling...too much stuff....horrible..good luck shoppers.

Pathetic customer service as if they know that their not replaceable.. Cashier's from today were definitely from the same gang.DISGUSTING!! Especially Diana with glasses she was in charge of the cashier's today since Olga was out...Olga should of been there especially today. I even left behind a few things I wanted but these cashier's gave me no other choice🤔.

Good jewelry selection at tjmaxx. Home goods had good decor. Lots of seasonal items this time. Huge selection of pet items. Store waspretty clean and easy to shop.

Love the prices and variety of things that you can find. Was a little disappointed that the clothes section was a little under stocked. It could have been that we are about 4 weeks away from Christmas and they just can't keep up with the demand but if so hope they put in more orders. Overall, it is a great place to walk around and find nice things you didn't always know you needed.

This a than a regular store so is ok, but I feel like miss something here so not idea

I don't do big crowds of people, and this place was ridiculous. Maybe I went the wrong day and time, I will give it a try maybe a weekday morning. :)

Home goods, talk about a shopping adventure! There is different finds everytime you come at really great prices. If you love a bargain and love stuff from all over the world come on in you will not be disappointed!

I purchased a tea kettle at your store on gateway west in El Paso. TX. It rusted on the inside. Upon returning it your people would not exchange the item or refund my money since I did not have a receipt. Needless to say I am very disappointed with your store policy. Will not shop at your store again and give you a bad report whenever possible

Omg!!! I have found tons of glossier at the beauty section! There are tons of amazing making for half the price!!!

The store is extremely unorganized and messy. Furniture is broken, customers using products and putting their hands into products to test. The aisles are also super tight to get through with your shopping cart.

Love that T.J.Maxx & HomeGoods are located in the same building. The stores are clean, neat and organized. The Manager was extremely helpful with a discount on a missing item in a three piece purse item.

So I called at 9:40 am on a Friday and I got put with a call representative named avi and she took care of me fast n efficiently I’m very splendidly grateful of her. I felt like I was family and I appreciate the feedback she provided to me and for my first experience at this store it was very genuine and I’m thankful for her.

Really long lines at the checkout, but staff are super friendly and the line didn't take long to get through. Only deducted one star for the line. Staff, you did a great job!

The line was incredibly long so I just went to hunt for some specific items but since I didn't find them I just left.

Do not go to this store. There are some people watching you from the moment you get off of your vehicle, walk into the store, and back to your vehicle. If they don’t like you, or they think you don’t deserve to be there, they’ll immediately call the firefighters, security officers, and cops to make sure you’re surrounded by them and you’re not trying to escape from them . They want to make sure you get heavy punishment from these guys. Please be very careful!!!!

It's my new favorite store! So much to see and good prices! Good place to buy gifts. I found the perfect birthday present for my best friend.

This particular T.J.Maxx get a D- Rating. The stores presents neat for the most part. Rows of organized products line the shelves, (unlike their sister store @ West Town Market) Purse and Beauty Products Display Neatly. However, Golden Rule states you must give something to receive. To say the associates and managers are unhelpful and rude, is a complete and gross understatement. Associates dash across the floor, from one end to another to avoid being the one "tagged" (called for help by a confused customer) they walk along with their smudge expression, annoyed with anyone that looks at them in any way. I nicknamed them "the cool kids" . Now the supervisors aka "managers" /coordinators or person with a hundred titles but not really any power are busy bodies, however, don't really help much in literally any way. They actually are pretty passive aggressive (think Regina George/ Mean Girls) one cashier Rolled her eye at me LIKE OUT LOUD!!! WOW!! Mad respect. Lastly they wanted to charge full price minus 10% for broken merch!! Then they tried demonstrating how you could "fix" it!! 😁😄 That made my day. On a side note, one employee who was superb, was Amber from Home Goods Security. 👌 10000% what a excellent and exceptional employee are. AMBER is anything but mediocre, she was friendly, helpful, quick to lend a hand without so much as batting an eyelash. Quiet freshing from the upity and snotty attitude that has infected this location. You need more employees like her. And less like the one who runs the jewelry department and cashier #9.

Nice stuff with nice prices. Inflation has made this place with a long check out line. Worth the wait for that savings.

This location in The Fountains is usually busy. Be prepared to wait in a long winding line to pay for your new found treasures. There is plenty of merchandise to peruse through while you wait, the grab-n-go items. Don't get too tempted to grab those little things on your way out! Happy shopping!!

Had an issue with an item and the cashier called for home goods representative and I waited 10 minutes and they never came. First time shopping here and might be the last. Arlette from homegoods finally came after 14 minutes with an attitude and gave me 10% discount for a big chip missing from a cookie jar.

Store is nicely organized and has several hand sanitizer stations. Employees are pretty good at sanitizing cash wrap. Employees are pretty helpful when needed and provide good customer service.

The merchandise is awesome, but the store is very unorganized. And I witnessed quite a few people opening beauty products and putting them on including face oils, creams and face mists. I understand opening maybe a lotion or a soap to smell but putting your fingers in the actual product and putting it back on the shelf is gross. There was a lady in the floor with a handful of products trying them on herself. I ended up not buying anything from that section because I felt completely grossed out. I understand items are discounted but paying $ for a used product is a no for me. Toy section was the same I seen a mom put a toy back full of saliva because her child had it in his mouth. I know as a mom we try to distract our kids while we shop but that’s disgusting. Other kids are touching them or they actually buy them and it’s just unsanitary. Other than that the store does have really good home decor and the staff is really friendly.

This place always has some pretty neat stuff! With that being said the whole layout is a bit off and there are things everywhere! I found some things I was interested in across the store to where they should have been. Not to mention how there is a line that wraps around the store.

Never a bad time here. Can always find an amazing deal here! Always come here during the holidays to get the best decorations.
