Arrived after a Long flight early hours of the morning to find that the Room has no working air conditioning in the middle of summer. There are 2 small waters in the room and if you want extra you can buy it for a well overpriced 3 Euros to handle the heat of the sauna. Went to reception to change room only to be told the Hotel is fully booked, changed rooms to get one right next to the lifts and the busy lobby. And this too was super hot even thou the air conditioning was on high and the lowest temperature. Went to the gym which was extremely small, and even thou the gym was totally empty you can only use the equipment for 20min and then it automatically turns off and you cannot use it anymore, also no water in the gym. Do not recommend at all.

My check in experience was friendly and efficient which helped to give me a very positive impression of this hotel. I enjoyed an excellent meal on the restaurant terrace which was very welcome after a rather long and demanding journey. I have booked on the airport shuttle bus tomorrow morning and I believe this will be a positive experience as well. I would highly recommend this hotel for a Barcelona short break or if catching an early departing flight from the nearby airport.

Brilliant hotel, perfectly located near the airport with a free shuttle. Super friendly staff who speak excellent English. The breakfast buffet is varied and delicious. We stayed in a room with one king (two singles pushed together) and our two daughters slept on a double sofa bed. There was a partition so it felt almost like two bedrooms. They even kept a night light we'd left behind for our next stay! Great hotel, would certainly stay again.

The place is very nice! I appreciate the artwork in the atrium and near the sign-in desks, especially the painting of a squirrel just burying a mountain of acorns. The hotel is located near BCN airport and has a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, the driver of which was kind enough to stop for me after I'd just missed it and flagged him down. The doors are open 24/7 for if you want to go in or out in the middle of the night, with people at reception keeping watch. The rooms come with bathtubs, it seems, and of the two I've stayed in, they're identical, though sometimes mirrored.

I didn't book this hotel, but my grandpa booked it as a gift. Stayed here for a night before our cruise. The rooms a/c doesn't work. I read this in other reviews and was worried. There is no a/c so be prepared. Don't expect you'll be able to turn it on and leave bc your card must stay in the entrance for your electricity to work so it heats back up whenever you leave. The hotel isn't close to anything. Taxi from this hotel into the edge of town is €25 one way. The shower is difficult to keep warm. I can't believe this hotel is "4 stars"

We just ordered 1 of their "Too Good To Go" breakfast leftovers for a meal. It easily fed the two of us and was so delicious!! We sat in their well air-conditioned lobby, drank the cool water with orange slices, used the restrooms and ate before catching the next flight. Just a 20min walk to the airport. It was awesome.

We loved this hotel. Only 5min from Barcelona airport. The service was excellent. We had a couple of tapas in the evening and the artichokes with Iberian ham were amazing. Please don't remove the artichokes from the menu. 24hr shuttle service.

Stayed here after a cancelled flight. Wouldn't choose this hotel if you were on holiday to Barcelona as it's outside the airport which is quite far away from Barcelona. Staff were great and the rooms were basic ,clean and tidy. It's right next to a motorway so very noisy. Missed breakfast so the staff gave us a picnic box

Excellent location by BCN airport in Barcelona with walking distance from Terminal 2 & Metro Ride from Terminal 1. I arrived at Terminal 1 & took the Metro, you can buy the tickets from machines opposite the building opposite to the lower floor arrival exit. Then take the metro to Mas Balu & walk about 8 minutes to the hotel by the highway. Lobby is large & service at the counter was speedy & welcoming upon check in. Restaurant closes at 11pm & so is the room service. So come full! Also nothing is nearby unless you walk about 20 minutes to the petrol stations nearby. Room was great with double bed for us & clean, spacious & well maintained. No chargers with sockets outside European type, so bring a travel adapter (or you will have to use the USB on the TV like I did 🤣) Great for overseas stopover when arriving late to Barcelona. The coffee ☕️ was machine delivered but was acceptable. Tried only pumpkin soup 🥣 & love it, I recommend to try it. Stay healthy & travel well ✈️🚞

It's a great airport hotel. Clean, spacious, and a nice patio area outsidevto haveva drink or eat. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. There is also a free shuttle bus that takes you to the terminal

Amazing experience here. Check in staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms are fantastic and the food was excellent. Bar service was impeccable. David and the whole team of bartenders/service staff looked after us and made sure our every need was met. Would recommend! David is a master of Old Fashioned cocktails and his diligence in his role in the bar was impressive. Bravo 👏

Currently staying for 1-night due to a flight cancellation after a family vacation and this is one of the best experiences we have had this far. 5* for everything from the shuttle service, the reception staff, the restaurant and the bar/food staff. Highly recommended. You have really made a stressful day end pleasantly!

The checking was super smooth during checking at 01:00 am. The staff was very friendly during 2 calls during the days to notify late arrival. The room are very old and the vibe is not positive on arrival. I arrive to room at 01:00 am, left at 08:00. I paid 21 euros for taxi on arrival because I needed to wait for the shuttle and I was very tired. Next Time I will try to find other hotel that is 15 minutes drive maximum but rooms are better.

Really nice hotel close to the airport. Not really walking distance but there is a regular shuttle to both terminals. Very friendly and helpful staff who looked after our luggage when we had a hire car problem. They really went the extra mile to assist and were very kind. Nice clean modern rooms with blockout curtains for a good sleep after a long flight. Excellent breakfast buffet!! I really recommend this hotel!

We checked in on the 9 Dec. In the afternoon the receptionist was very charming. Very helpful. In the restaurant David was outstanding, and the 2 ladies that worked the evening shift also outstanding. forgot their names. I will come back and tell my friends. Loved this place. The lobby is massive and the restaurant is really good. Killer burgers. There is also a gas station around the corner with a lot of snacks!

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were kind and efficient and the room was large, spotless and comfortable. The shuttle bus service was quick and regular. I ordered room service and the food was 5-star! Extremely good value for the price.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 AM, as we had an early flight to Malaga at 10 AM. Since we needed something near the airport, we chose this hotel. Here is a breakdown of the hotel services: - The hotel provides a shuttle bus, which is easy to locate. You simply need to go to Park G and walk a short distance to the bus stop. The driver was very polite, and the best part is that the shuttle service is free. - Upon arrival, we encountered a receptionist who had an unpleasant attitude. Nonetheless, since we only wanted to stay for a short while, we didn't let it bother us too much. - The rooms are quite basic and lack water bottles. I only found a can of sparkling water instead. Furthermore, there were no bathroom amenities provided, only the bare essentials. - Unfortunately, I had trouble sleeping due to the noise from passing cars outside. In summary, I would recommend this hotel only for a very brief stay.

Couldn't have asked for a better location for a quick overnight in BCN. We arrived a bit early for our room, but it was ready, so they let us check in. We'd been up since 2:30am, so this kindness was much appreciated. This is the perfect place for weary travelers- especially those transiting through BCN. We'd already spent a week in Barcelona, but we're transiting overnight on our way back from Crete. This hotel had everything we needed, from comfy, quiet room, to an excellent restaurant. The bacalao was excellent! Breakfast is included, and that is what makes this hotel exceptional. The breakfast buffet was like nothing we've seen. Something for everyone, extensive choices. Outdoor terrace was very nice and Free shuttle to and from airport (Shuttle leaves 24 hours a day at end of parking lot G, by motorcycle parking). Great value. Highly recommend!

I would give this hotel 0 stars if I could. First of all, the receptionists are extremely rude. In my opinion, they did not receive proper education. My husband and I asked about a receipt on Sep/18/2022 in the morning and those two receptionists said okay and then went back to their work folding hotel key holders and preparing keys. We just stare at their work. When we could not wait anymore for shuttle bus, we asked again for receipt, then one of the girls looked for search and asked Expidia for receipt. Secondly, the hotel is very old and we can hear cars passing the expressway, and the bed is so old that spring sounds are audible.

Hotel does what it needs to do, but poorly. The rooms are not the cleanest- fingernails on the bathroom floor, bathroom smelled like urine. Bed is very uncomfortable and A/C doesn’t work. Luckily could open a window at night but it was noisy. But if you have a very early flight this is a good option. Shuttle driver was prompt and got us to airport within 10 minutes.

Super close to the airport with a free shuttle. Lunch was amazing, as well as the breakfast choices for the Al a carte. SUPER friendly staff, excellent English speakers. My husband and I landed in Barcelona after a cruise with no real hotel plans due to flight mess ups and we were able to get in with no reservations. $199 for the night which included the alacarte breakfast. Would definitely recommend

Pro tip: fashioning the chairs in your room into a bed is actually way more comfortable than the beds at this hotel... 😣 I'm going to try sleeping in the tub tonight (we fly home at 6:00 tomorrow morning). Fingers crossed. Very nice staff, though!

Location is great for airport connections. There is not much in the area but the metro and taxis are near by and usually readily on hand respectively. Staff is very attentive and pleasant. Check in day was quite long due to a large group (seemed like 20+ people) checking in, but reception was considerate, and rotated between the group and single check in customers. I found reception (he) addressed me by name every time after check in when I returned to the hotel, which gave a nice personalised touch to the stay. Food was good in the restaurant. Dinner was not until 7p but staff offered bar snacks until kitchen was open for dinner and even gave the option to have the dinner menu early to chose so as soon as it was opened we could order.

Location was good for us, since we needed to take another plane to go back home the next morning. Rooms are nice, stylish services and good buffet breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, nice bathroom.

The hotel is really great near the airport with huge breakfast spread. We really loved breakfast here. The ambience of the hotel is also great. However there were lot of noise from the road during night so I got up few times. I think the window quality was not that good which I was expecting from a hotel of this standard 🙂 Rest everything was great.
