If I could give my experience a zero I would. We arrived and checked in at reception. I waited and we went through intake. That was the last time I actually spoke to a nurse for the next 2 hours. I was placed into a room that had the nurse call button beeping and the bed sheet still had the previous occupants blood on it. The only person to enter my room in the 2 hours was the registration. If you left the room no nurses were even walking the hallways to speak to. We finally walked out without any results and went somewhere else. No doctor ever came to speak to me, no nurse ever came in to check on me. Very poor service for a hospital that comes so highly rated.

Had my tooth go through my lip from a fall, they stitched it and glued the outside. I could feel the last 2 stitches but they didn't do anything about it, no pain medication and a poor job at numbing me before stiching. They even gave my husband a pair of medicaI scissors to cut the stitches out in a week, I will never go back there again.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was personable, relatable, and sensitive to our specific situations. I could hear a lot of people complaining that the wait was taking a long time but they were able to walk around and get snacks and go to the bathroom, no doubt they needed care just like we did but complaining to the kind person checking us all in and the security guard doesn’t make anything better. The lady who came in with labor pain quickly was taken back and so was that little girl who was hit by the car. My child received the highest quality of care and I am humbled that educated people took time to go get expert training and be away from their families to share that care with me.

The doctor and nurses were caring and attentive. They took care of me very well. I was in and out in about two hours. It took several calls to get my prescription filled, but the rest of my short stay was fast, efficient and as pleasant as one could expect. :)

Staff was very friendly. Doctor and nurses had a pleasant demeanor. I was seen and treated promptly. I felt as if I was actually being heard when I spoke instead of dismissed like other times I've been here and a couple other hospitals in my past. Even the janitorial staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Just recently moved from Texas and originally from California and I can say that this hospital is AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and I wasn't there long at all for all the different tests and procedures that had to be done. I'm home feeling better in less than 5 hours and that's WITH a pharmacy stop and grocery shopping. Thank you to all the staff members there today, you're amazing!

I was greeted immediately by a friendly lady. The entire staff I met in the ER were amazing. They took time to listen to me, got me out of pain, I have Crohn’s, took time to answer my questions and advised me on what I need to follow up on. They didn’t stick me a million times for an IV either, they used an ultrasound and lots of patience.

This place is very clean and the staff is VERY kind. My only complaint is the policies of the urgent care. I went for a chronic condition flare because my primary always ignores me and won't help me. They were very compassionate about my problem, but they apparently have a policy to not touch any chronic medications, so I guess I just have to suffer...again.
