Parasailing - found them on-line. Got a 2 for 1 offer on four people. Had a great time! They hustle to get you to and from the parasailing site safely. My only suggestion: tip the two guys who actually send you in the air immediately. They do a good job and stay out in the sun all day long. With the adrenaline it’s easy to forget to tip them.

There are many other companies to use, pick any one and you will be better off. Read the other reviews, I wish I had before scheduling. We scheduled 2 activities through Aries, 2 jet ski's for an hour each and parasailing for our 12 and 15 year old children. The 1st jet ski we were given was very slow and wasn't running properly, they changed it without complaint, the other ran fine. By the time we finished with the jet ski the weather did not permit parasailing, so we rescheduled for a 10:30 appointment, a day later. We arrived on time and waited a hour before being escorted to a water taxi where we were told a parent could not ride along without paying an additional 25.00 fee. We did not have cash on us as we had prepaid for these activities the day prior and were not told of any additional fees; they would not accept a credit card then, or payment when we returned from the excursion and were rude (how would we know there was a fee, if they never told us). It is their responsibility to explain any potential expenses before the last minute and they should know that a parent expects to be with their children on a boat in the ocean with strangers. They wasted an hour of our vacation time, cancelled our parasail activity, disappointed customers and earned this 1 star review with very poor communication, and very poor customer service.

Great Parasailing Trip! Up in the air for about 10 mins each. They do parasailing about a mile off the coast away from most other boats.

If you are looking for a reliable, highly responsive, fun, professional excursion/activity company in Cabo, look no further! From the 1st contact (before vacation) through every activity this company is head & shoulders above the rest! I could not have asked for a better excursion company with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. While on site, they spoke highly of the owners (who which I was also working with) and that told me that if the employees are treated well, this is why my family & I were treated well! Thank you for making our 1st trip to Cabo San Lucas memorable and exciting!

We spent the day in Cabo while our cruise ship ported there. Parasailing with this company was great. The two men working in the boat were professional and knowledgeable. We always felt safe. The men working on the beach offered to get us drinks at the store while we waited, they were friendly and personable. My dad was with us and is in his 70’s. Several of them helped him out to the transport boat and helped him keep his balance while in the waves getting in the boat. The photos they took were excellent.

Must arrive early, run through burning hot sand and try to stand under small tent for some shade with groups there for multiple excursions, no water given or available for purchase during that wait nor the entire boat ride or while the group is parasailing. Lots of angry people in a very over scheduled “I don’t see you on the list” situation. Everything is in the worst condition. Don’t recommend!!

The staff was fantastic and the services provided are great. The price is more on the expensive side, hence the 4 star rating rather than 5.

Just finished jet skiing and had a great time. Everyone was very friendly and got us in and out of the water safely.

Thank you Aries Water Sports! I took my 76 yr old Mom for her first parasailing ride yesterday and she loved it! The crew was so nice helping us and even took photos for me. Their equipment seemed well maintained. We only wish we could have soared longer but the wind started to pick up. Thanks again Aries for helping me check this bucket list item off for my Mom.

I had a 10 person reservation for my bachelor party. Hands-down this was the best activity in our entire trip and it was the most fun I’ve ever had on jet skis. My friends and I are still talking about it two days later and can’t get over the fact of how much fun it was. The staff was amazing too. We will definitely be coming back here again. Thank you!!

Nice group of people. Did a glass bottom to the arch and jet skis at the beach. All the operators and crew were fun to talk to, helpful and ensures we had a good time. Would recommend.

We took advantage of Cabo passport and rented jet ski from Aries water sports, staff and owner Lorna were helpful and friendly, and offered us discounted price for water taxi to go to Lover’s beach. We loved it so much we went back after two days to them for another jet ski rental. Highly recommended!

We parasailed and had a phenomenal time, the boat drivers were excellent, when in Cabo definitely do Aries Water Sports, we were there for 9 days and saved the best for last, the parasailing was one of the highlights of our trip. 5 Star.

We booked Aries Water Sports for Parasailing & Jet Skiing. We had a blast!! The views were amazing and the team was outstanding!! Book them.

Amazing experience, Daniel was so helpful and they had someone there to take pictures for us while we went Jet skiing. They are the most well known water sport company on the beach and they won’t scam you.

I would highly recommend Aries water sports. I reached out to them when I was in Cabo. I tried parasailing which was a lot of fun. I ended up trying jet skiing later in the day as well with them. Their prices were reasonable and communications was good.

Booked an hour of jet skiing. The reservation said to arrive at 9:30, when we showed up on time we were told it would be another half hour until the jet skis showed up. 30minutes goes by and still no jet skis, we asked the guy who told us they were on the way but couldn’t give us an ETA. 20 minutes after that he said we would do paperwork once the jet skis arrived (they still were not there). We told them we were unhappy with how long we had to wait and that we had other excursions elsewhere and didn’t have hours and hours to wait, the “owner” told us to leave and get a refund from wherever we booked. Everyone there was super rude when we asked what was going on. We never even saw our jet skis and left after an hour and a half of waiting. The reason they gave for the delay was that the jet skis were broken. They do not care about the customers at all, they know most tourists will just accept whatever they get and will try to strongarm you into settling for less.

Terrible experience. There were 7 of us, the first 2 double rides were ok then he takes the boat to the pacific side and cuts the 3rd couple ride short because “it’s too choppy” well of course it is! Then he rides all the way back separates our group and brings new people on board. We had to float around in the small boat for the last person to get done and get on our boat to get back to shore. BAD ATTITUDE ON TOP OF IT ALL!

We went there for jet skiing, guide wasn't very fluent with English, so I had a hard time hearing the instructions.. But thankfully it's very easy to ride a jet ski... The duration felt longer and they let you ride the jet ski across a wide area.. good 👍

My husband and I booked a parasailing trip through our concierge at Los Pueblos. We were both really excited to do it on our last day in Cabo. Found the orange tent on the beach, then escorted to the water taxi. Water taxi to the boat where we were to parasail. Harnesses on, but absolutely NO INSTRUCTIONS! They didn’t even check once to see if we were still attached to the boat. Never looked up at us. No thumbs up. NOTHING. Safety was NOT the priority with this company, because if it was, we would have been given at least some instructions about safety. Again, there was none. Didn’t offer to take pictures of us. It was like WE were the inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this company to any first timer or couple wanting to parasail. La próxima ves que estamos en Cabo, no vamos a usar este compañía. NEVER!

Accommodations for booking the night before was wonderful! My son and I arrived for parasailing early morning so it was a nice private tour on the boat with no waiting for parasailing. Sea of Cortez was quite breathtaking and we enjoyed many adventures in El Arco with snorkeling fun. I compared multiple places and Aries has the best price and flexible scheduling. The crew team were all very kind and always willing to help answer any and many questions! This establishment is very well organized, friendly, accommodating, and my go-to adventure whenever I am in Cabo :)

We booked a parasailing trip through a kiosk on the marina that was affiliated with a hotel and he took us to this company to do it. We arrived early for check in, hung out for a while, and then got in our water taxi. The water taxi took us to the arch and let us take some pictures. Then took us out to the parasailing boat and we transferred. The experience was amazing, so peaceful up there and I wanted to stay up longer. The views were beautiful and the boat guys were friendly and helpful. All in all, this is a legit company with plenty of fun activities to do.
