The hotel location is not ideal unless you have a vehicle on your trip or don't mind walking. Breakfast is ok for an affordable hotel. The rooftop view of the harbor is very nice. It could be a very enjoyable patio experience up there with some remodeling or a bar on weekends. The major issue I had is the cool shower water, whereas plenty of hot water in the bathroom sink so I know the water heater works fine. I was on a solo trip to the area and saw this place during a previous visit when I stayed in San Jose. I thought it was more accessible to the amenities of Cabo but it is not. Walking along the highway is ok but can be kind of sketchy when a big truck passes by at high speed. I had pre-paid for my stay but opted to depart after 3 days for something on the beach.

Very hard to find, even for taxi drivers. Water from bathroom smelled bad. Was told no more towels available until after 11am next day. There was only 1 bath towel total in room. Way out of town. Was told later that this is where all the workers stayed.

The staff .. especially .. Alan… made our stay comfortable and fun! He was always helpful, friendly and went above board to make our stay pleasant! Thank you!

Rooftop pool and hot tub were drained and out of commission. Free breakfast was disappointing.

Very average hotel , going to bad and worst . Very poor maintenance Breakfast is appalling, you should not offer this service ! No transport available no taxis ,no transport at all. I find this ridiculous and staff couldn't care less !

It was *fine*. Stayed for one night, room floor was a little dirty but nothing worth complaining about. Hot water didn't work well in the evening but did work in the morning. Front desk staff were nice and efficient. A bit of a slog to get in and out of the hotel from downtown Cabo.

It the worst hotel in Cabo, it is dirty and smelly, besides that they don't clean the rooms, we have to sleep with dirty sheets and pillows, the food is so so they serve the same every morning and guest need to request for fruit, napings, and coffee every single time

Convenient location to Cabo and San Jose, but enough removed from the hectic downtown Cabo to be enjoyable. Rooms were clean and had been updated. Some things in room could be repaired and done better (night stands falling off wall, light fixtures, plumbing, etc). Anna, the receptionist, was top notch and a complete professional. She went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and answered questions. She was always super friendly when we came/went. Breakfast (hot & free!) was always delicious and consisted of fruit, bread, yogurt, ceral, juice, coffee/tea and stuff to make chilaquiles.

Rooms are okay. Airconditioning was a bit loud. Also there were some problems with creating the key card, but solved by sending the guard with us. Breakfast is really really awful. You can't even call it breakfast. Not even orange juice.

We were here while a hurricane it the house keeping,kitchen people and the operational service management were the most nicest on our trip making sure we were well cared of poor service from front desk with attitudes also whoever owns this hotel shame on you for not having a back up generator while everyone else around had lights running the wifi sucks and there’s no service around and THERE IS A BUG AND ROACH PROBLEM HERE!!!! It may be cheap but not worth the roaches!! There is a lot of Maintenance issues that need to be addressed Also there’s no close stores where u can just walk to get food most places are down town but otherwise if you want cheap with roaches this is the place for you

worst hotel in a long time. no wifi the entire time. no cable tv. my room was small and windowless. felt like a prison. on a busy street in a pedestrian unfriendly area. staff was nice but they couldn't fix any of these issues. front desk guy gave me the secret staff only wifi. that didn't work either.

Awesome people! Pool patio has phenomenal view of los Cabos.
