The Walmart in Cabo San Lucas is the nicest, cleanest, neatest, and very well stocked out of all the Walmarts I've ever seen. Even the Walmarts in the nicest areas in the states does not compare to this one in Cabo. Covered parking, not crowded, nice & helpful employees, and feels safe. A cool thing about this Walmart, there's like a mini mall attached to it with little boutique stores. The Walmart prices are very reasonable with many varieties of just about everything. I would definitely recommend checking out the Walmart in Cabo especially for long vacation stays with very hungry teens. They accept USD and credit/debit cards.

Just like most Walmart's business that are located overseas. They have almost anything and everything needed for your necessities at that moment. These businesses/location's are your one stop shop. From beverages, wines, liquor, food, produce, snacks, meats, fish and can good. They have home goods, electronics, clothing. They carry many different brand names on the same product. When your overseas, it's great that you can get almost everything at one stop.

A must stop on the way to your hotel. Some of the Cheapest souvenirs. Grab your beer and alcohol snacks like cheese and crackers some deli meats and chips for the kids. Just ask your transportation driver to stop and then they will wait for you and most importantly please give the driver a good tip. We usually tip the driver $20-$30us. They wait for us at least an hour if not 2 sometimes. Note: when you leave your tip on any credit card slip the business keeps half instead of giving the hard working people their tip they deserve. Always tip in cash if you can then the worker gets to keep it all for all the great friendly service they do.

Typical American style grocery store. They reconfigured a few years ago and took away alot of the fresh food (seafood, meats, deli) and opted for pre-packaged items as a replacement. That kinda sucks as these items are not fresh.

Be careful of "the helpful" gentleman that will like to assist you in the store. Very polite person, just be cautious. They will offer you a free lunch and a day stay at a resort that leads to a high pressure timeshare presentation. The store itself is great with all that you will need.

Very nice Walmart, within walking distance of the Villa Group properties where we were staying. This location was very clean and detailed. More so than the Walmarts back home in the states. You can tell their employees care about their work. We were met by a person named Edgar, who helped us locate items in the store. He was very friendly, and said he worked for Walmart, but didn’t have a name tag. It was a little strange and not sure if he was truly working for them, but a very friendly local. Convenient location and great prices! We’ll be back!

It is ok.. Do not expect to go there and find American food, It is Mexico. If you go with low/medium expectations, you will be okay. The problem is as you go through the store, people are trying to sell you timeshare, etc. You do have to buy bags for groceries. There is a small souvenir section. Three stars for me.

Good selections and prices. Greatt deals on booze. Pretty good grocery and produce section. Some shade for parking. They do have some special items that you cant get at the competition including some of the booze. All in all it's ok. Make sure all your items make into your bag.

It was fun. They had everything we were looking for except paperback books in English. The sales representatives were very helpful. They also had a much larger selection of wine than we enjoy in the mid-west. Go figure.

Walmart US should take a look at how this Walmart in cabo is stocked with a lot of variety of products, cleanliness, and shelves arranged with products. It's absolutely amazing. It looks like high-end stores in europe.

This Wal-Mart was very clean and neat, one of the best Wal-Marts I've ever been. It's better than some here in the US.

Wide selection of items for grocery shopping and household items. Prices are great too for most of the things compared to other super markets. I like coming here since it's well organized and the A/C works great too. During this hot season it's a great thing to have (some of them are not as cool). Besides it's conveniently located

One of the better Wal-Marts I've been in if I had to go. Very very clean and has all your needs for if you need items for your places. Always love the beautiful presentations of everything in the store. The vegetables and seafood department and so on.

New Remodeled Walmart is so much better than 2 years ago .Less line waiting now with self checkout and more available staff. Plaza Shops are always a good treat.

Good selection and fair prices. They should improve the check out: in peak hours the number of cashiers is not enough and they have long lines.

Very clean & organized. 10 minute walk from Riu Baja California. Saw other Americans shopping too. No issues.

In my opinion ,this Walmart is more geared towards American tourists than the one in the city. Any of the specialty (imported) foods WILL be pricey, but groceries are expensive everywhere here. If you want to get some staples and maybe a few comfort foods from home this is the place to go. The produce is very nice, better than any Walmart north of the border that I've been in. PRO TIP: don't miss the fresh squeezed orange juice machine where you will get a 500ml fresh squeezed juice sealed into a bottle for $1.75usd

Not bad but you need a mask right now..if you don't have one you have to spend 10 pesos. They don't charge you for them at Comer. Pretty good selection though and nice prices.

For a basic breakfast we would go again. Almost cafeteria style. Sausage and eggs were good but $17 per person for breakfast only stung a bit.

We were greeted and explained where several items that we needed would be checked out easily little line and then Security in the parking lot helped us safely back out of our stall and get back on the road.

Super clean store with nice staff but they do still require you to buy and wear a mask -December 2022- also you can not bring luggage or a backpack in the store without them having your store it in a locker or behind a counter.

Very nice store and great staff. Mask was mandatory and we ended up buying it from the store next to Walmart. The selection is huge for clothing and everything you can imagine. The fruits were very fresh and tasty. Took an easy Uber from Cabo San Lucas and while returning the Uber was already in parking lot. Overall a smooth experience and must visit place for your groceries while staying in Cabo

Easy to get to by bus and person outside accommodates to call a cab if needed. Store is very clean and has everything you forgot to bring on trip and more. At present you need mask to enter with pharmacy nearby to purchase if necessary.

Walmart sold me a faulty TV and wouldn’t refund / replace as it was outside the 7 days. The TV has a well known fault that is well documented and is clearly defective but I was told take up directly with Philips although they could have easily resolved. Buyer beware - don’t by electronics here.

Pretty cool Walmart. Lots of different items.

  • 5/5 Lori Ann Scardina, R. 1 year ago on Google
Ok, it is Walmart. However, the people who work there are so helpful. They meet you at the door and guide you to what you are looking for. This is very helpful, as there are very different offerings than what we are used to in the US. Very clean, nice folks, good experience.

  • 1/5 Ashley D. 2 years ago on Google
Horrible! Do not go here if you’re American! Nasty manager wouldn’t let me return purchase from one day prior.

  • 4/5 Cris S. 2 years ago on Google
Great store with almost everything you need. The grocery side has a great mix of produce, bakery and all the misc you need for a vacation stay or as a resident. Wish they carried a better variety of spirits, but what they have is solid. If they don't have what your looking for you probably don't need it. Have a great stay in Cabo.

Typically I'm not a big fan of Walmart to give a 5 star, but as far as Walmart's go, this one is actually fun. Probably because they have a great bakery, which we would frequent several times during our vacation. We also bought some shirts (seemed a little small for the women's- I think their sizing might be different) and other supplies. Bait for fishing. It was great :)

It's walmart, they have whatever you need for basic necessities and more. Basically the same as any walmart anywhere just has some weird entrances/exits because it's in like the middle of the mall

It was such a fun experience to go to a Walmart in another country! We found what we were looking for and then got to enjoy some delicious tamales!! Its inside a little mall so there was lots to see!

  • 5/5 John C. 2 years ago on Google
Hands down the best Walmart experience I've I've had in a long time. This particular Walmart takes safety to a new level. In order to enter the store you must walk through a shoe wash receive a elbow temperature check and use a mandatory hand sanitizer station. Inside the store the checkout registers all have protective plexiglass and they disinfect between customers even the conveyor belt system is cleaned and ready for the next customer.
