I will never ever ever ever EVER step foot in this place again! Not well organized it takes you so long to find what you’re looking for. And then once you get to the front, it will take you another hour or more to check out! Worst customer service ever! The produce is not good, nor is the selection, so disappointing! Hope they address the issues.

BEWARE OF THE MEAT! This Chedraui repackages the meats once they start to look bad and then relabels them with the current date. I saw the workers doing this firsthand. What they do is take the old meat out of the refrigerator sections, unpackage them all, flip them over so that the sides that were facing down are now facing up, repackage them, and add labels with the current date… when really they could be a few days old. They workers were doing this in plain sight. I don’t know if it’s actually acceptable or not here in Mexico, but it’s certainly not a very good practice. This explains why I bought some meat from them a couple of weeks ago that was already going bad by the time I cooked it later that day and I ended up having to throw a bunch of it in the trash. So, just be aware that even though the meat’s label could say that it was packaged today, it might be several days old and could go bad by the time you make it home.

A very nice store ! Has a nice bakery section, prepared foods etc. A full variety of groceries. A little bit of everything.

Worst supermarket in the Area Avoid at all cost. Go to LA Mega o La Comer. It's just a mile down the road.

Love this store! Its big, new and clean. I've found everything I need there. The elevator entrance was strange to me at first, but it makes total sense now. I like being able to park under the store. We get all kinds of supplies here. I even found my Dia De los Muertos Barbie here a couple of years ago!

We have been shoppers at the other two Big Grocery stores in Bucerías but after a couple of visits here, we think we will make this our regular grocery store. A well presented store, good selection and very wide aisles which makes it a more pleasant shopping experience. Much shorter walk to the front door if you’re arriving by bus, especially if the other stores require you to cross 200. No lineup for taxis here if you need one.

The waiting time at the checkout is way too long. They only have one cash register open most of the time. The service is catastrophic

Good prices and lots of options here. Lately extremely long lines to check out.

Chedraui has a great bakery. Lotz of housewares, refrigerators, air conditioners, great produce and meats. My favorite place for groceries in Bucerias and Mezcales.

Good selection and everything would’ve been nice to have more than two tills open.🙂
