Elbasan is my hometown and growing up there weren’t many restaurants so i have been to Attika a lot of times. In all this years i have never seen the food change. It is still as good as the first time. From the cheese balls, to the mushroom cheese pie, japrak, the meat i always leave that place satisfied and FULL because I tend to order everything. It is a family owned place and it feels exactly like that, home. I don’t live in Elbasan anymore and every time I go back the best memories pop out. The all time favorite has to be the dessert. It is the best mille foglie with a rich creamy filling and a fluffy, cloud-like cream on top!! Highly recommend and if you are in Elbasan definitely give it a try!

Very nice, traditional greek restaurant. I loved their meat dishes and salads. The meat was very tender and the bread freshly baked and still warm. They also do an amazing oven baked cheese. Their baked pear with red wine is the best I have ever tried. The staff was really friendly and welcoming and the service was very fast, considering the fact that the restaurant was almost full. Try also their cheese pies. The restaurant was very clean, made mostly by wood and simply adorned.

This Tavern in Elbasan was an excellent choice and we came all the way from Tirana just for this. We were a party of 3 and we didn’t know what to choose from a such a big menu and we told the owner to bring us the best of his place. We did the best choice and we loved every thing was brought to us staring from starters chef salad , three type of cheese, feta cheese with sesamo , baby lamb and the beer was amazing as well and to end I tried the millefoglie which was so so tasty and light. We will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know and we will come back for sure on our next trip. Make sure to book in advance because the place got all packed for lunch by 1 pm and was full till we finished eating
