The hotel was very new and the rooms were huge, but many essential things were missing to feel well there. Not enough lights and sockets, the floors were dusty, hairs in the bathroom. The room was terribly cold (it was February) when I arrived, it felt like 17 degrees or less. It heated but there is no heating in the bathroom so it stayed terribly cold there. The service was not very friendly and it wasn't possible to pay with maestro credit card. Also the had breakfast included and paid for it but the breakfast consisted of only a croissant and an espresso. A second espresso cost extra. For people who like a good breakfast in the morning not to recommend. It was possible to cancel the breakfast on the next day and we got a proper breakfast in the hotel next door. Also it was annoying that water was on the bathroom floor because there was a problem with the shower obviously. But it the beds were OK and also the pillows, I slept well. A big problem was that the staff wasn't able to speak English, only a few words. The view from my window was not too pleasant.

New hotel with huge rooms, but missing some standards like light at the desk, racks for soap or shampoo and no buffet for breakfast. I had the impression that I am one of the the first guests as everything was difficult (Staff with English, paying with credit card, ordering breakfast) Highlight is the excellent WLAN.

Spacious rooms with an airy feel and sparse decorations. Large modern bathrooms. We got a front-facing balcony which was great. Location-wise, it's just one street away fron the Elbasan Castle and the main street. Note that the staff may struggle with English but they are friendly and try their best to help. Card payments may also not work but there is an ATM right opposite.

You cannot question the quality of the room it is well finished and a delight to return to. However, every time someone turns on their bathroom extractor fan anywhere in the hotel you can hear it. Especially when you are trying to sleep. Earphone or plugs are essential if you are a light sleeper. And this is the hotel without the pool just in case you were looking for one, it's the other Imperial hotel!

Great hotel, good service, friendly staff and a super comfortable bed....a true 5 Star hotel

Awesome experiemce, beautifull rooms, everything we asked for was alowed to us and we were helped anytime we needed with everything. If we go to Elbasan we stay here again.

Service staff are very rude and unprofessional,location of hotel is in city center but better to avoid because staff are not trained and they treat costumers really bad specially waitress in breakfast
