My son and I had a great first time experience here. The staff were very friendly and we were brought back quickly. They also thoroughly addressed all of our concerns. Highly recommend! And we will be coming here from now on for these kinds of appointments.

No one wants to go to urgent care, but we recently were in a situation that necessitated it. We had a great experience at Patriot Urgent Care! The facility is very nice, the check in process was very easy, and luckily the wait wasn't too long. My son needed a stitch and the doctor was wonderful! He was very good explaining to my son what was going to happen. Very calm, professional, nice, and efficient. I have already shared with friends that if they too need an urgent care, to go to Patriot.

Very quick. In and out and caring staff. Could tell the doctors and nurses were genuinely concerned and wanted to help also did it very fast as I had a stomach virus and they helped me get relief almost immediately most places don’t do that. This was my first time there since moving to sykesville and yet again another great part of the area! No complaints! Thank you again

I took my 4 year old in for a foot injury on a Sunday. We had set an appointment online so there was no wait when we arrived. They didn't have an X-ray technician in that day but the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. She called other urgent care facilities in the area to see if they had an X-ray technician on site to see if I could take her somewhere else so we didn't waste time driving around to other locations. It turned out none of the other locations had a technician in that day so they fitted my daughter with a boot and gave us a referral to Advanced Radiology to get the X-ray taken care of the next day on Monday morning. The nurse and doctor who saw us were very sweet, friendly, and just amazing with me and my little girl. They made the whole experience stress-free. :)

Service to get me in was good. Once I got in to the evaluation room to explain my symptoms..the nurse immediately took samples to see if I had covid or the flu... then it was over an hour for the doctor to prescribe a Z pack .. Ok that prescription.of steroids is five days. So my symptoms are identical.. i actually got a text several days ago asking about my visit. I requested a call. Finally I get a call & mentioned I have the same symptoms.. please send me a prescription...oh no They want me to take off work another 3 hours...to pay again.....total disappointing..

Loved completing the registration on my phone. Reception person was friendly and clear about instructions. Medical professional was upbeat, sharp, and knowledgeable. Great health care experience—at a time when healthcare has been in disrepair for a while. Thank you for a great job.

The Eldersburg Patriot Urgent Care has amazing staff. Their team is efficient, but took the time to be sure to explain the medication prescribed and any potential interactions. They were thorough. I’ll definitely use them any time my primary doctor is unavailable.

The front staff were quick and friendly. The doctor was wonderful as well. I think the exam was thorough, and the doctor went to extra lengths to make certain his diagnosis was correct. The whole experience including the online scheduling was wonderful. When you feel terrible, it is so nice to have everything go that well. I am very grateful 🙏. Thank you.

Place was very clean, staff was very nice . Had to wait about 45 minutes which I thought was a little bit long, considering there was only one person in front of me. I did have an appointment. Overall very positive ! This was last weeks visit I forgot to post . Returned for a follow this week . again a very positive experience. There was no one in the waiting room. I went right in. The doctor, or a PA that I had was outstanding. Explained everything to me and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on.. I would never hesitate to go to this urgent care again very very positive experience

Very efficient and professional urgent care facility.. First time using - it was fast, easy to get online appointment & simple pre-register minimizing wait time on site. Extremely clean & nice facility w/lab to make one stop. Excellent care given by all staff - highly recommend.

The staff was kind and quick. I was there as soon as they opened and they made me feel welcomed. The Doc on duty was quick, efficient & very kind. He never shrugged off what I thought I had but instead worked with me. He explained all of my options, offered me every test possible and didn’t pressure me.

I had a great experience at Patriot. I had an appointment for early Sunday morning, when I arrived the check in process was quick and easy and I was taken back within 5 minutes. Shortly after the tech took my vitals, the PA came in. He clearly listened to my concerns. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and was feeling better the next day!

I had an appointment for 2pm and arrived at 1:40. It took a few hours to be seen, however the PA that treated me was amazing. He was thorough, kind, and I could tell he cared that I was in pain. I will be definitely using this urgent care in the future, if needed.
