    A short waiting period while in the front office, was followed by a meeting of pleasantry. The friendly and knowledgeable PA performed all necessary services while smiling and encouraging relaxation and trust. Quickly, she completed the service, and I was able to leave. No problems.

    I had a mole and another spot on my face that I was concerned about. Both were removed for biopsy. I was more than comfortable with the whole procedure. I was given my options and then decided on removal right then. All my questions were answered concerning some other issues that I would address later.

    Office staff and Amy are very friendly. Reception area wait time was fine. Actually shorter than expected. Only two issues I had this visit are 1) that they recently transitioned to a new system and I am unable to access/login to their new site via android tablet (but it does work from my pc), and 2) my prescriptions where not (completely) correctly called over to my (2) associated pharmacies (1 script went to the wrong pharmacy) so I will have to resolve that after the weekend when their staff is back in the office. Those issues aside, I think they provide excellent care at that office.

    I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. All staff members were professional, kind and courteous. All my questions were answered and I felt well cared for.

    Everyone was extremely nice and did not rush me. The doctor was polite and very kind. She gave me all of the information I need without making me feel rushed. There was no waiting time.

    After an awful storm took down power lines and left many without power, this dentist office received a “message from corporate” not to take any late patients. Wouldn’t see my grandfather who was 7 mins late. Absolutely horrible customer service. Do not recommend. Better offices in the area than this.

    Very pleased with experience with Caitlin Lutz and her assistant. Only criticism was the practice not having records from my previous visit, thus necessitating filling out all paperwork again as a "new" patient.

    Took me on schedule. A tech came in and took some information. Caitlin then came in, checked my skin, and froze the necessary areas and we were finished in less than 15-minutes. Very pleased with Caitlin and the service.
