What a great surprise. Better than any sushi I've had in NYC and on par with Japan. Presentation was great and corresponding sauces were great. We did a nigri menu, a roll and then a starter and were full.

The sushi was really good, fresh fish and vegetables in creative combinations. Excellent sauces. Unfortunately, only white wine served by the glass and no large water bottles to share.
Amazing range of good quality sushi. Heavy price but worthy the cost. If looking for good Japanese, this is the best option in town, as far as I know. Outdoor serving in the wonderful bar filled street of Vestergade. Central. Kind, easy and swift serving.

Been there with my girlfriend for her birthday. The place is really nice, the witresses are very helpful and friendly and the food is amazing. The best sushi I tried so far in Aarhus. It is worth the money 👍
We had the Ai Tempura Ebi menu for two people and it was really great! I especially appreciated the avocado on the sushi since many places use them before they are perfectly ripe but honestly even just the rice in them was amazing. We also got some free cooked and salted Edamame beans as a snack while waiting for the sushi! Bonus pic of lemonade with ginger and fresh mint!
