Super clean super good. After we ordered I noticed a big line had formed behind us, they got everybody helped and that line was gone within the next 5 mins. The girls working here are super sweet and the food is so so good. Perfect breakfast place. Just visiting but if we come back I definitely wanna come here.

I love coming here for breakfast! The food is amazing everytime I do. Customer service has always been good too. Its a weird ordering process to get used to. Reminds me of subway, if that helps. Pricing its a little expensive for a bagel, but the food delivers everytime and makes up for it. The restaurant is always clean besides normal dirtiness from lots of customers. I will continue to keep coming here.

Food is great. But unfortunately most of the girls that have been there longer, their attitude and customer service sucks. Only reason I keep coming back is because food is great. But the attitude makes you not wanna go back.

Cant go wrong with anything off the menu. Iced coffee is fantastic. Not too watery. Has a good richness to it without being too sweet. Bagels are fresh and savory. I recommend the pineapple spread. It's pretty terrific. The bagel sandwiches are great too. The veggie one with cucumber, onion, and green pepper is awesome. Add some bacon to it for a great bonus.

Absolutely LOVE this place and have been going for years! Would recommend to anyone. Even when my family comes to visit me from PA, they love coming here too. Many amazing options and super friendly staff and owner.

This was my first time having Big Apple Bagels since I was a kid. We got a half dozen and cream cheese. I thought we would eat them through the week. They lasted one day after we got them until we finished them because they were so good. I'll definitely be back. As to be assumed, if you get there later in the day, some choices may be gone. I watched in line as someone grabbed the last Asiago and Everything bagels were gone before we made it there.

Great place to get a fresh bagel and a cup of coffee. Service is pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely stop by again.

Went in today @ 12:15. They were out of almost every bagel as usual and were not making any more. They only had three left! This is a constant theme with them. Spoke with manager and she said they stop making bagels at 11:30. She said that they don't want to have left over bagels. If you own a bagel shop with almost two hours left in your business day, you should have bagels for customers. Tired of them not having product. As far as I'm concerned, I will not be going back. Too bad, I like their bagels :(

Got their onion bagel with salsa cream cheese really liked their cream cheese. It was tangy and creamy. Also try their jalapeño bagel with salsa cream cheese which was also delicious. I totally recommend it.

This place is absolutely the best in the area! Bagels are always fresh, I'm talking still warm out of the oven. The staff is always so kind and helpful. I couldn't have asked to have a better go to for our office to get morning goodies on short notice. Boss even says she goes on lunch for their sandwiches too! The mini muffins and the variety of cream cheeses and bagels is huge! Thank you for all that you do, to all of you at Big Apple Bagels!

Disappointed considering this place had great reviews. Staff rushed us to order and gave attitude. Forgot to add meat on breakfast sandwich and overall food was not very good.

The food is good and the inside is nice. The experience itself wasn't that great but the food was good. Just the organization of how they do things could be done a lot better. Also they use outdated registers with newer card readers. But can't give you a proper receipt because it doesn't display accurately from the old receipt paper. So you don't really have an idea of what you're paying for. They don't ask if you want a receipt either. They are unorganized so it makes for long lines and longer to get to order and check out. They also forgot our muffins on the side which are already expensive. If the food wasn't good it wouldn't even be a choice to go here.

Service was fast and friendly. I thought the food was really good and incredibly affordable! So many cream cheese options and the muffins were incredible.

Everything here is always so good and fresh. Great variety, and they have vegan options, fresh produce, and great portions. Their pastries are the best and their drip coffee is tasty too and I like their seasonal flavors. I've only had a mixup with my order once and ive been going here my whole life. They fixed it right away no issue :) the staff is always nice and helpful if there's any questions about the menu. Also... weird how all the one star reviews only had a single bad experience and decide to bring down the buisnesses entire rating..

I've come here quite often. The bagels, the breakfast sandwiches, muffins and coffees are always great. BUT the customer service is a hit or miss. BUT since I really like the bagels I just put up with it. Like I said hit or miss on the attitudes. One time, I was going into the ice cream shop and this little brat thought I was going into Big Apple Bagels and closed the door on us. I was like wth ok!?!? So she literally closed up early.

This breakfast/lunch place is amazing. I always like looking for a new breakfast place and this place hits the spot. From the cozy sit down place that reminds you of a mom and pop place to the fresh baked bagels and specialty muffins. Plus the customer service is great and friendly. I will definitely come back here again.

I admit I'm fussy about my bagels. Last place I expected to find great bagels was in a mostly deserted strip mall in Elgin IL. But there they were right under my nose and I never knew. A simple Google seach and wham they popped up. Good selection and friendly service

These bagels are BOMB. I got double strawberry, life changing. The staff is super sweet and the place is super clean. There are easily 15 different cream cheeses to choose from, the variety is amazing. Definitely check this place out
