    Used to really love this store. Bought several suits, and countless other pieces of my daily wardrobe. Then I purchased a pair of shorts that discolored after one wash. I left a ★☆☆☆☆ review on the site, which was promptly deleted because "they don't publish reviews below ★★★★☆" and instead write you privately. Thats not how reviews work. If you're considering spending money at Todd Snyder, just know their reviews on their site are inaccurate/dishonest. They're only showing the favorable ones

    I had the most amazing experience in this store. Not only did they have beautiful products but they also had impeccable service. Jacob helped us and was super attentive. I recommend any one looking for a full luxury experience to check out this store.

    Extremely helpful and attentive staff who provided excellent recommendations. Their insights and suggestions were so good that I ended up purchasing several items that I hadn't initially planned to buy. I enjoyed the visit. Thank you! UPDATE Jan 8, 2024: I adjusted my review to two stars due to the problem with delivery. Dec 26, 2023: I visited the store. Placed two orders after trying the products. The condition says products will be delivered in 7 working days. Dec 28, 2023: I placed two more orders. Jan 8, 2024: After 7 working days, I checked online and nothing has changed with order status. No proactive communication from Todd Snyder. Jan 8, 2024: I reached out to their agent via Chat message and the agent informed me that they are behind 2 weeks. The agent can’t tell me when the products can be shipped. I cancelled two orders. You have attractive products, helpful employees, great stores at good locations, but your last mile delivery team failed you. How sad.

    Fantastic product, terrible customer service. When they mailed my package to the wrong address, the "concierge service" suggested I drive an hour and try to pick it up rather than resolve the problem. As an update 10/10/23 there was zero effort made on Todd Snyders behalf of their customer. The address was changed pre shipping and I received a confirmation from Todd Snyder that the update would be made. Per Fed Ex guidelines , a receiver cannot change the receiving address , only the shipper and the concierge offered zero help or solutions. I do not post reviews but I was so incredibly shocked by the poor customer service of a premium retailer that I hope to save others the same grief I experienced.

    I associate a higher price point with an elevated experience. But this store was lacking service. I wasn’t approached for about 5 minutes. And only because I had a jacket in hand. I was asked if I needed a fitting room and told they could help order a different color online (I just wanted to try it on for size). After trying on the jacket I hoped to find the associate that helped me so I could order the color I wanted. I hung out for a few more minutes but when I couldn’t get any other associate’s attention, I left. I ordered the jacket online from home. I worked at J Crew in 2016 and it surprised me that J Crew had more attentive service (even after they got rid of the VPS program)

    Some years ago I read in Esquire magazine about T.S. as he has several stores in Japan and none one in NY. About how famous he is JPN. Perhaps thanks to the cuts and attention to detail. Last week I visited his store in NY 2x and I can't complain about anything. The salesman tried to help and advise me, he was very pleasant and did not force anything to me. I bought sweatpants, two sweatshirts, shorts and sneakers. The store has a very pleasant environment where it is possible to buy, for example, sunglasses, cosmetics AESOP, etc. So I can recomend to stop there. So far I can not say more about the quality of products, but I will write my experience here later.

    Todd Snyder asks me to get a lawyer and said since my $1,870.50 package was delivered to the wrong person and address they are not responsible for the problem. I have spoken to FedEx and they have determined the package is lost, however, Todd Snyder has refused to open up a lost investigation on the package.

    If I could give zero stars I would. This review isn’t necessarily for the store itself rather for its e-commerce. I ordered a number of items with their Black Friday discount and a few days later got an email that due to volume of orders my order would be delayed. That’s completely fine, I understand that happens and was fine with the delay. However, a few days after that I got an email that my order had been “amended” and they had removed 3 out of the 5 items I ordered. I called customer service to see why they were removed and was told that they were out of stock, so I checked the website while on the call and the same exact items were still available in my size. When I brought this up, the customer service agent said that only one of the three items that was cancelled on my order was actually in stock and that they needed to update their online inventory. So 1.) they cancelled an item for me they actually had in stock and 2.) They are knowingly selling items online that they don’t have in stock. Just shop elsewhere, they likely didn’t want to fulfill the order at the discounted price and decided to just cancel it. A giant waste of my time now needing to return the 2 out of the 5 things they sent. They don’t deserve anyone’s money.

    Customer service is absolutely no help. They need to get their policies updated to the 21st century. Technology is way too advanced for a high-end brand like this to be so behind....especially in terms of customer support and experience. When you are paying top dollar for a product, the customer experience should reflect that. UPDATE: My order was not cancelled as they stated in their response. Again, the customer service needs work.

    Nice clothes. Kind customer service. Often expensive. Sizing is different depending on the piece. Their clothes fit best for men 6 foot or taller sadly.I’m 5’9” and often buy a small here. Pants are not made for my height here. Even their slim cuts…too baggy.

    I have no words to explain how thankful I am for these guys, especially the store manager, Sergio. He went above and beyond to assist me in fixing the suit jacket I wore for my wedding.     This is a beautiful location with really kind staff. Bo helped me out big time and went above and beyond to get me the right pair of jeans. This was the third Todd Snyder location I had been in for the day trying to track down these jeans and I couldn’t have met a better team at the NoMad location. Thanks Bo.. I know it was just a pair of jeans, but I was in a serious time crunch before a trip and your help and kindness meant the world to me. Thanks!

    We went to Todd Snyder to have a tuxedo made for my husband for our wedding day 2-22-22. They were friendly, helpful, and very professional. We enjoyed the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

    I came here on happenstance (there was a GIANT boot disguised as a truck) and when I got in, decided to buy a $35 pair of socks that were thick and warm, as I had gotten a blister from wearing too-short socks earlier. Loved the socks. As for the store itself, it was pretty crowded (see Giant Boot Car) but it seemed to attract an audience that didnt fit my style. The Style itself is right up my alley though; Polos, Khakis, Vests and Sweaters. A lot of solid colors that fit in any wardrobe. However, many seemed overpriced for the material on hand. So, as with the people who shop there, I felt a sense of "this is me when money is no object".

    I came in with a bracelet that I had purchased online, and couldn't figure out how to open it. I was welcomed warmly and the person that helped me was knowledgeable and extremely helpful; her name was Jo and I think that she is the manager. I recommend Todd Snyder Madison Park for their beautiful clothing and definitely for the kind and professional staff that work there.

    Two weeks before my Wedding, some logistical problems led to me needing a last minute tuxedo to wear. Todd Snyder helped me out immensely. I ordered an ensemble online but went to the Madison Park store to try on and realized I needed a size down. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to return the bigger jacket and get the proper size there along with shirt and bow tie. The store only had one shirt in my size left and it was a floor model, so got it dry cleaned for me and hooked up 2 rounds of alterations in a week’s time! My wife and I were so happy with the final product. I will be coming back for sure, highly recommend! Thank you Todd Snyder Madison Park!!!!

    I placed a web order for a pair of dunks, got confirmed. Asked for shipping update and they cancelled the order cause they "oversold". That only happens if you don't have some basic inventory settings. If your gonna do more releases like these be prepared and have some bot protection on top of that. Wouldn't doubt that's another issue here. CX tried to give me 15% off... Do better, I can get that from a welcome email on your site. Improve your site and web/Cx team. Only takes two seconds to lose a new customer. First and last time.
