I went in there for an abortion. I was at a place in my life J could never have taken care of the baby, and the hospital said 80% chance of miscarriage. So I was scheduled at 10am. They saw me at 4pm. The nurses were the rudest people I ever met. Uncaring, from signing the paperwork in the beginning until the end. They give you no pain medication to help with the procedure, nothing to numb the pain, they don’t put you in twilight NOTHING. The doctor was extremely nice, but as soon as the procedure was done, she told me to get dressed immediately, even though the procedure makes you feel very sick. I went to the bathroom down the hall, where I did get sick and she was banging on the door. Then I went into a recovery room where you sit in a comfortable chair with a hot pad on you. She kicked me out after 5 mins, before the pain went away. I felt judged from beginning til end. Their job is not to judge. If you don’t like certain aspects of your job, DONT DO IT. Horrible place. Horrible. No aftercare instructions. I went back after a couple of weeks to make sure everything was fine, the doctor literally just felt around with two fingers and that was it. Never ever ever go here. Nurses are nasty as all heck.

This was the worst thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s like the doctor was mad at something and didn’t care at all. The front desk ladies are rude except for one who barely speaks English she was so sweet and actually handled things with care she had dark hair and was on the taller side. . I had the surgical and the dr walked in immediately stuck his fingers in my body with no care. I didn’t even have time to relax I told him he was moving too fast and that I was nervous if he could give me a minute to relax because he was hurting me he said okay but still continued to press his fingers further up to check me. He proceeded with the needle I obviously was NERVOUS I asked for him to give me a minute to relax because I was already in pain. He didn’t listen and continued moving fast I looked over to the nurse to at least grab her hand she stayed behind the doctor And he proceeded with the aspiration the pain was excruciating and all I could do was scream. I told him I couldn’t take the pain he continued with the machine and said I have to get it do you want to be back here again ? As if I’m not having a life ripped from my body as if he wasn’t rushing and being forceful from the moment he checked my cervix. When it was done the nurse grabbed my hand to sit me up she told me to get up and put my pants on I could barely stand up straight. I asked to sit back down because I felt I was going to throw up she said no. Put your pants on I was disoriented and the whole process was rushed. She barely spoke English as well I believe there was a language barrier but it doesn’t excuse carelessness. Also. The staff must be aware that not every Spanish person looks Spanish some can be dark skin and understand everything they’re saying about customers in Spanish like me. Dr. Blum I believe the name was. This is what you do to people who go through the most traumatic difficult decisions of their life. It’s already bad enough living with it.

It doesn't even reach a Star because I had to pay him $300, dollars separately because the insurance I paid for the work and they told me that I wasn't going to be on time because I was going to bars. Appointment lasted about two and a half months, the day arrived I told him I was going on a trip and they delivered it to me badly. I don't recommend them to anyone.

The doctor was nice and made me feel comfortable , he explained everything he was doing during the procedure , the nurse in the room wasn’t really attentive and could have done a lot better with me being a patient . When I had to go in the room to rest the lady was horrible , she. should not be working at a job to care for others because she was extremely rude and her attitude sucked ! All in all the doctor was fantastic, the women who all work there weren’t . I say new nurses and front desk people my score would have been a 5 if they all done their job properly.

There is no point in making an appointment because they won’t even see you until an hour or two after your appointment time. You also cannot bring a friend or someone to help make yourself feel less anxious. I felt alone through out this whole process. I would say thank you and the people up front did not even respond with a you’re welcome. The waiting room is overly packed for no reason.

Nurses and staff very pleasant. However the doctor in charge is an absolute nightmare! Rather than explain the consequences of my potential pregnancy danger, he immediately made me sign papers to avoid liability and literally pushed me out the door! Would not trust this so called doctor with a consultation let alone a pregnancy!

The office is neat and tidy. The staff were all cautious and nice as well. Made me feel quite at ease. Talked with the doctor and he was very knowledgeable and honest. Cares deeply to their patients.

The nurses in the front were rude, they didn’t let the twilight meditation kick in before they started the procedure, I felt absolutely EVERYTHING & it was terrible just plain terrible. Last but not least the dr didn’t introduce himself, say hello, nothing just got straight to business NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!

I was taken care of and my questions were answered. They explained the process multiple times to make sure I was ok with what was going to happen. The doctor was quick but explained what he was doing throughout the process. The nurses and staff were nice and made small talk which helped ease my nerves. Also, I am without health insurance but it was affordable which was another concern for me.

Waiting rooms are extremely crowded. Staff operates very rushed and uncoordinated. You will likely miss your appointment time by an hour and due to the chaos/crowdedness at the facility, you will be unable to relax or even walk too far from your chair.

went in there nervous obviously the one nurse at the front desk was very nice they all seemed nice except for this one lady she was in red scrubs she was nice had a little bit of an attitude so I acted the same way with her I was very nervous and the least she could have been was nice and seemed like she had a little care other then that the rest of the staff was very nice

Do yourself a favor, avoid Tuesdays and Saturdays. Dr. Dennis was extremely rude. To begin with he walked into the room, didn't introduce himself and blatantly stated he would not do an IUD removal because he couldn't see it - mind you, he didn't even do an ultrasound prior to making his conclusion. Then he took a personal call while he was consulting me and was speaking in a different language at that. Horrible! Dr. Blum on the other hand came in, explained what he was going to do, what it will feel like and what i should expect. Less than 10 mins later, im IUD free. The staff are great especially Nelly. They definitely have bedside manners. The wait time is a bit over the top but its worth it with Dr. Blum.

This is not a good place to go, starting with the staff at the front and all the way down to the doctor. Nobody treats you with empathy and they don't give you all the information about your care, they just give you a piece of sheet to read and a "hot line" number to call that doesn't work 24/7. When they answer the phone they all give different and wrong info about what you need to do after the procedure. PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else. The place also looks dirty looking.

In my opinion, I was very satisfied with the services, the nurses were very friendly.
