My kids and I love this carvel, it’s always very clean and the workers are very friendly. Every time I go in, I always see them making ice cream, you can tell it’s made fresh from the taste! This year they did a great job on my sons birthday cake, and were able to put a photo of him on the cake!! Best part, the image is edible! It was a great hit at the birthday party.

Finally went to use my son's Carvel gift card to get him a treat for being so good for one of the workers to tell me they no longer accept the Carvel gift cards. They need to either stop selling the Carvel gift cards or have a notice stating that.

I like the ice cream here, however after the flood, the prices rise and the serving sizes shrunk considerably. Even though the service is excellent, the cost of two ice cream scoops is not reasonable.

Really can't comprehend how this location is still in business. TWICE I've gone for the cookie butter Dasher and "they don't have it". I asked for a brownie Dasher and no brownies. What's the point in being open if everything is out of stock? Or the employees are maybe too lazy and don't feel like making items? They never want to give you whipped cream. Very inconsistent pricing. Please avoid don't waste your time.

The worse how is it that google has a time that it close @10pm, but we got there at 9:30pm and it was closed,

My family and I drive 30min out of our way to come to this Carvel because we always have a great experience. The ice cream is VERY tasty and I usually see new flavors being made every time I go in. The staff is very nice, and they always interact with my 2 younger daughters who get very excited for ice cream. Very sanitary and clean establishment which means a lot for me, as I work in the food industry. We also order custom birthday cakes from them which are always delicious and beautifully designed.

The door says it closes at 10. Google says 10:30. We got to the store at 9:40 and the doors were locked. The girls in the store were doing nothing but talk and one was the cell phone the whole time. We drove here for no reason. Don’t waste people’s time like that.

WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! The girl with the nose ring and the dirty blonde hair is SO RUDE and its not the first time shes like that. And ive heard the same from other people. I asked if they had cookie crumble and she said.”NO” and then said “NEXT” … what type of service is that ?? I recomend mcdonalds over this place.. not to mention the ice cream is also always melted.

Carvel store has all your traditional flavors and selections it had since the 80s. Fun community place to take the kids.

This is the second time in a row that I go and receive horrible service!! I got 2 sundaes today and was charged $20. Today is Wednesday and it’s buy one get one free. I asked the young lady if they were still honoring the promotion which there are signs for. And she said “yes, but no” and proceeded to charge me. I didn’t want to argue so I paid full price for both, overpaid at that. Since the beginning the experience was already bad. I asked for a dip cone and she said that they don’t do that, despite the signage offering it. Once I got home and opened my ice cream the order was wrong and the ice cream had already melted. Please hire better people or train your employees in customer service.

The stuff here is really good... pricey but good and the staff was so kind and patient (sorry I forgot my card behind) 🥲
