We live less than a mile from the Johnson City Freddy’s, but when we’re in Elizabethton, we make a point of stopping in for sundaes! And believe me, getting the order right with ten kids is no easy feat! They did great and the service was fast and friendly. It’s worth the drive!

Went here with a huge group of 10+, and all of our orders were completed perfectly which is hard to find sometimes! Staff was very friendly as well. Highly recommend the Key lime Concrete!

Check your order before you leave this location. The fries that I paid for were missing. The Dr. Pepper tasted bad, more like carbonated water. At least I got my burger. I was told they can't do anything to compensate me unless I return to their location, but by the time I looked over my order I was already too far away for it to be worthwhile.

I had never eaten at a freddys before, however trying it for the first time blew me away, their food was fantastic. It was hot, crispy, fresh, and delicious. The price was very good for the amount of food you recieve, especially compared to other restaurant value to quantity ratio. The staff was friendly and professional, the restaurant being very clean, and the theme of a diner being a great aesthetic. I would highly recommend going to the establishment, and intend to visit this place more often in the future.

We absolutely love eating here, it’s so good! The cheese curds are to die for, they literally melt in your mouth 🤤! Kaleb assisted me in the drive thru recently and he was polite, kind and very helpful! 10/10 service every time we visit :)

I love this Freddy guy's idea of a burger. This specific location is my favorite, hands down. The drivethru is never too busy, and always worth the wait. The good folks inside, like Kaleb, take pride in their work and have never messed up an order or been anything less than pleasant. Its a well oiled machine! If you havent tried this place, you should!

Kaleb is always excellent with the service. We are regulars at this location and the staff is always friendly and the shakes and pink lemonades are our favorites!

Placed a mobile order and when I went through the drive thru I was instructed to come inside. Nobody was available to help me and it turned out my food was sitting where delivery places pick up orders. My milkshake was in the cooler next to it, which I almost forgot about so I had to go back in and hunt it down. The convenience of using the app to place an order was completely null by the fact that if I had waited for someone to help me, I would have had to stand in line. I was obviously trying to avoid that. My food was out where anyone could have grabbed it and since my milkshake was separated from the rest of my order I almost forgot about it. The whole experience was annoying and on the rare occasion I do go back, I'll just use the drive thru.
