Beautiful and tranquil place, my family and I came here for the first time and we were so surprised and amazed by how clear and beautiful it was. Would definitely recommend and come again.

A very nice family oriented place. There are many options for families. Fishing, trail walking, educational, and just fun. My children and I enjoy it and come often. Especially for the presentations and different displays they have.

A beautifully maintained Park with historical significance. A wonderful Trail along the river with plenty of benches to sit, relax and enjoy nature. We stopped at The Visitor Center first, made some purchases, and then continued on but had trouble finding directional signs for the trailhead.

Historical site in Elizabethton that has a lot to explore and gift shop. A few quite trails were our favorite part. We didn't explore everything because we plan to come back later, and we wanted to have a few surprises left for the next visit.

Very glad we stopped. We only stayed for a short time, but still was a great place. The buildings aren't open but still full of interesting artifacts to look at. Information is well posted also.

I love history and enjoyed the museum, the rifleman demonstrating the muzzleloader, and the company of good friends while touring.
