    Darryl was amazing took my order was very friendly and made me feel good about my purchase. Been a while since I’ve gone to a fast food spot and received such amazing customer service. He needs a raise!

    Every time I come here, something is always left out. Last night, they left out our mashed potatoes and gravy that came with our family meal. We live 20 minutes away and definitely wasn’t driving back. The time before I ordered 2 combos and literally only got the chicken pieces lol other times have been messed up too but those are just the latest ones. They’re a hot mess. We love Popeyes but that location is a no go.

    Took 50 mins in the drive thru to get food. No excuse, no apology, NOTHING. Absolute disgrace of a Popeyes.

    I had the 3 piece strip dinner with red beans and rice. The rice was half cooked and as you can see in the picture there was maybe 1 strip if it was all put together. One of what I thought was a piece ofchicken was nothing but crust.

    Ordered through the drive thru and was told they were making the Mac and cheese and apple pies, so I pulled up and waited. I was missing multiple things from my order. I even asked the woman if everything was in there when she brought my items, and as she walked off, she said yes. Food was good but service definitely needs to be worked on.

    It was a long wait for food, but worth the wait. The chicken was hot and fresh. The macaroni and cheese was so good. They forgot the red beans and rice, but the manager refunded me a few days later, because I never got the red beans and rice. The store was clean and a welcoming environment.

    Very very slow drive thru, workers don't know how to turn the microphone off while calling people lier's. Sat in line for 20 min with only one person in the drive thru and not one person inside the building need new employees. Had a damn hair in my food. Very sickening place.

    What is going on with the drive thru? No one ever took our order and the man in front of us finally drove off after sitting there for 20 minutes. Nice service. 🙄 I left as well. Smh.

    The service was absolutely horrible. Multiple people outside were smoking, talking on their cell phones all at the same time. We waited 10 minutes for someone to come on the speaker to ask for our order and there was no car in front of us. After we ordered our food they told us it would be another 15 minute wait. Maybe if people were working, it would've been okay...

    I ordered the 6 piece ghost pepper wings with fries through Popeye's mobile app. Their fries are always good (I've never had a complaint about them). The ghost pepper wings had a little bit of heat which I loved but they were really tiny and overcooked. There's a fine line between crispy and overcooked and Popeye's crossed the line. I had to pull all the hard breading off just to eat them. One thing I've learned about Popeye's at this location is your meal differs from the day/time you order depending upon who cooks it. Unfortunately, this is the main reason I don't visit them often. Dining out shouldn't be a guessing game.

    As the only car in the drive through at the time, I did not expect to wait at the speaker for 10+ minutes after the voice said “We will be with you in a moment.” Tired of waiting and not being able to get anyone’s attention, I decided something must be wrong with there comms. So, I went inside. There was a man eating and one other customer picking up an order in the dining room. I stood there while 5-6 employees just stood there. Finally a young man rolled his eyes, walked up to the counter, and said “What do you want?” My reply, “Nothing from you.” I walked out. I will never be visiting this place again.

    Ordered a 3pc spicy tender, red beans with rice, biscuit, and a cola with the online app for dine in. Arrived at 12:05p (lunch) and the doors were locked. Drive-thru was only open. Not sure how the staff are treated but they are never that pleasant. My food was correct and fresh but I always feel like I'm just bothering them. There were 4 staff visible with a 5th staff member entering the employee entrance. I feel like management needs to get it together and help create a less toxic atmosphere. Fastfood is a rough enough job as it is. Any other Popeyes I have visited greet you with a 'Welcome to Popeyes!" And a smile. This particular one has always left me a bit unsettled.

    Second time I’ve went through the drive threw. Purchased the Surf and Turf, 2 chicken strips and 4 shrimp. I don’t understand why is it so hard to get an order right. I know what!! Employees are on their personal phones while preparing an order. If you use the drive through don’t leave without checking your order.

    I have to believe that a trainee was working drive through because he couldn’t get the order right. I only ordered a sandwich combo and yet he continued to ask the same questions even after repeating and confirming my order. No big deal. Every place has trainees and order taking can be difficult. Especially if you are also taking payments and delivering food. The sandwich was warm but still good. The fries were tasty despite being only lukewarm. None of that is a big deal. The restaurant was not busy at 4 pm. But the thing that stands out as a mark of poor management is that the employees were standing around, laughing and no one said a word to me. Not a thank you or anything. From the other reviews, I expect this store may soon be the next Mexican restaurant! And too bad because Popeye’s has the potential to shine with better management.

    I would give them 0 Stars if I could. Happy Mothers Day from Popeyes, old, hard, dry, spicy chicken sandwich. I'm sorry but if you work there and you wouldn't eat what you are serving someone, then why would you give it to a customer. I've bit into the chicken sandwich and I promise I don't ever want another thing from Popeyes because it absolutely turned my stomach. Things are so expensive nowadays and I'm extremely upset that I wasted my time and money at this establishment. This is happened several times where they can't get the orders right but this is the first time that the food was complete garbage. I don't know why they didn't just throw it straight in the trash, it had already been cooked once it looks like so they just heat it up and throw it on the sandwich.

    chicken here is always heavily breaded but cooked perfectly.... today I had the new southwest Ranch Chicken sandwich.... I liked the pickles and the sauce, sandwich is a hit, only thing I could say is it's a little thick to bite into, but delicious definitely. great job on the product quality!

    Went there this past Saturday, doors to dining are were closed. I went through Drive thru, could use my coupons, but ok, ordered my food, got to the window, ready to pay, I asked why was the dining area closed?? Was told only three employees showed up, one was the manager the other two young people were doing their best taking orders, filling out orders, manager cooking. Employees didn't show up, didn't call that they weren't coming, the rest is history. The young woman gave me my military discount. They were all still smiling, being team players. Took their picture 💕 please whomever is reading this comment does something special for them. I applaud the manager and her team members. It is good to see young ones take responsibility for showing up to work, they didn't get their names, but as soon as I have time I will come and see them. Congratulations Popeyes at Elizabethtown KY for a job well done and for going above and beyond your call of duty

    Refused to make chicken nuggets at 8:30pm, staff was being rude to each other and customers and talking so loudly I couldn’t hear the person at the counter, food prep area was dirty and staff was moving very slowly. Also they yelled at customers coming in from 8:40 that the lobby was closed. Would not recommend.

    Waited in line for 10 minutes for them to tell me to drive up to the parking spots to wait on chocolate beignets because they didn’t drop them and it would be 4 more minutes. Waited 15 more minutes and an employee came out to ask me what I had.. and they gave me the wrong receipt..

    Ordered a 3 piece tender with lemonade. Fries were kinda soggy and cold. Chicken was tough. Lemonade tasted like they stirred it with the floor mop.

    I came to Popeyes about an hour before closing and ordered some mashed potatoes. When I got to the window, they informed me that they were all out. Katie was sweet enough to volunteer to make me some fresh and bring them out. She also gave me an extra for the wait. She could’ve sent me on my way, but instead she thought enough to serve me. Amazing customer service!

    I'm leaving 5 stars, not because of any reason but James at the counter. The food is delicious but sometimes they are out of things or the wait is real long. But James has taken my order multiple times now and he has been great.

    When my group first arrived, easy and quick customer service but one person. We ended up waiting an extra 5 minutes before the employees took the last order. After the night, all of us are having some different opinions on the food and how well it really wasn't. Thanks for them on the free large cup though, real sweet fella

    Years ago this was always my go to fast food place. The last few years every time I go it just isn’t the same. Staffing seems to be an issue. They are not friendly, most of the time seem annoyed to service you. It takes way longer than it should to get food. Last time I went I sat in the drive thru with it not moving for at least 10 min. Decided to back out and leave, changed my mind and walked in. They were not busy and the girl who took my order gave it to me right away. There is no reason the drive thru was not moving other than they just don’t care. Also, every time I try to come they always forget something and I never get spicy chicken when I always ask for that. They just give you what they feel like. Doesn’t matter what you ask for. Food doesn’t seem fresh either. Someone needs to come and make it better!!!

    The best thing about our visit was the manager he did his best to make up for the fact that we did an online order and when asked what time to have it ready by, when we got there it wasn't even ready and we were even late getting there. When we arrived to dine-in we still had to wait 10 minutes for our food and they were NOT busy. The food tasted ok but for as long as we had to wait our food wasn't even fresh. Very disappointed. Also while we were trying to an employee was on break and we ended up having to look at his underwear cause his pants were not pulled up.
