I have been a customer for well over a decade and have spent thousands of dollars in this store. The staff only seems to get ruder with each visit and I have simply had enough. Strolling for antiques is supposed to enjoyable. Having to deal with the staff in this place makes it unenjoyable. I will choose to go elsewhere like Heritage Trail, Broadway Antiques, Volvo and Roscoe to name a few. This place is not worth the trip. Exit/Reply: The owners canned response of “reaching out to them so they can learn more” is disingenuous as the owner is well aware of my most recent conflict with her. Of course it is quite possible she has so many problems with customers (as demonstrated by other reviews) that she can’t keep them straight.

The staff there was very nice except for one person. I arrive and I say hello. "You need to make an appointment". "We go on a lunch break and I'm not saying sorry for that" So I set the appointment. Come back. I see three people. First two were very nice. The third.. Wow. I did my research on several items I had. Look I get it. They need to make money but oh my God. Tried to low ball me in the worst way. My only response. At those prices I will donate them. She said she was offended. Later on. I thought. Well if you think giving to a charity for battered women is greater then your pride. I drove away. Sad because I had many items they will never see.

Over priced. I was there for the first time at the end of summer and was very excited about going because I love vintage items and thrift/antique shopping. The vibe in there was not welcoming, the employees had an attitude besides one lady that was conversing with me. So glad I also didn’t visit during the “mandate” because I don’t wear a mask since they don’t work. I don’t support companies or businesses that discriminate and force people to do so. 🙂 Mandates are not laws, you cannot force any person to do what you want just because you’re scared. Good luck to you guys!

Very nice antique mall with items priced fair. They have a nice variety of collectable & antiques. Glad we stopped today as found a large pear bowl to match some dessert cups I have to complete the set.

Well worth a stop. As all mall type antique stores, each booth sets prices... meaning some good, some bad and some down right ugly prices. As for the mall and staff 5+ stars! Pleasant, on top of making sure the place is looked after, and always helping customers.

Best old school antique store in Chicagoland. Diverse items, fun & friendly staff.

HUGE antique store. Staff is friendly and there’s a wide range of collectibles. I will say, prices are a bit high for what’s being offered. I’m all about paying for quality, but just because it’s old doesn’t mean the pen is now worth $30 (if you get my drift)

Lots of stuff, great service, and a sale at every stall, through December 23. What's not to like?

HUGE store full of so many things. It can take a while to get through if you're into antiques. But a good time nonetheless!
