The worst place I've ever been to! I've gotten my brows threaded for many years, and the place I used to go to closed down and thought I'd come try this place after reading positive reviews, which by the way was misleading. I'm very particular with how I want my brows to be and the lady didn't even bother to listen to me and made my brows extra thin. Instead of apologizing she was raising her voice and being defensive. Worst attitude ever. I've never been to any place so rude and unprofessional. Do not be fooled by all the positive reviews online you see. If I could leave a '0' rating I would.

i got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time today after hearing so many good reviews and i loved them!! the lady was super nice and took her time and listened to how i wanted them. excellent price and great service. will definitely go back!

A friend of mine of mine referred me here and I was BEYOND IMPRESSED the ladies here are amazing, do an amazing job and best threading I have had ever. With the customer service, good quality and pricing this is must go to in Elk Grove Village. Amazing job ladies!!!!! :)

Kajal is truly outstanding at her art. She does my lashes, waxes, and tinting. I will not to anymore else. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable.. 10/10 recommend !! ❤️

"Over the past year, I've been a regular visitor to this place. However, my recent experience with Usha was extremely disappointing. Initially, the salon's door was inexplicably locked, despite not being closing time. When Usha finally opened it, her demeanor suggested she was preoccupied with another client and unwelcoming to my presence. The service provided was passable, but Usha's attitude was far from pleasant. As I was leaving, I encountered a problem with the door being locked again. Despite my efforts to unlock it, Usha, though attempting to help, muttered something in Gujarati, which seemed to insinuate that “This girl is not capable of doing anything”. This unnecessary comment was disrespectful, especially not needed since it was her salon door. If you're considering this salon, I'd recommend you go to Kajal instead of Usha. Kajal provides a much more pleasant experience and better eyebrow threading service.

I am so happy to have found this place for my eyebrows! They are welcoming and affordable pricing! I went to kajal ben today but both are really good and so eyebrows with so much precision. Highly recommend this place!
