I went inside because the drive thru looked busy and that they didn't accept apple pay in the drive thru. They were fast and efficient. Their drink machine is fancy but didn't have the drinks however they were nice enough to fill my cup up with the preferred drink I asked for. They were fast and very nice.

I love Jack in the box, it was my first place of work. But I hate when their quality is destroyed by effortless service towards the food. I asked for curley fries with my meal jumbo jack meal and they gave me a majority of curls (c shape - the end of the bag fries)... not cool! The end of the bag fries were very hard and had little potatoe.

Drove thru quickly, ordered 2, of the 2 taco specials, for under $2! My mother & I really enjoyed them, on a hot day, we're thrilled with the price & they were cooked perfectly!

It's the only burger place we go that's closest to our home because of the quality of the bun. However, we stopped going to this place when I started my plant based diet for health reason. I just hope that this place will serve Impossible Burger patties so that we can come back and enjoy the food and service.

The worst Jack tacos I’ve ever had. I ordered a meal of sides including the tacos, egg rolls, and jalapeños poppers. I knew something was wrong as soon as I was handed the bag when I reached and the tacos were on the bottom of the bag. The tacos should be the last thing prepared right? So trying to get them while they’re hot I rip the bag open as soon as I touch them I realize they are stone cold. The cheese was never even melted. I soldier through the first one. I had to quit from the second soggy cold taco oozing grease. Someone please fix this taco crisis or help me understand why the first hot item I want to eat was cold before it entered my car. P.S. everything else was hot and good

I usually order breakfast so it takes a while to get my food but for the most part they stay consistent and I know what to expect from them when I go

Drive thru line was sooo long. Decided to walk in. Took 15 minutes to get my 4 tacos n chicken bowl but I give props to staff. They were working non-stop. Short staffed I imagine. Kudos to tonight's staff!

My recent experience was about 5 months ago maybe I went inside of this place I just happened to notice and employee was touching her face while she had the gloves on I think the idea of having a glove on was not to touch your face when she was done I was like I'm not eating that food I told manager about this incident he just went back and told her don't touch her face come on now you got to let Tilly employees little bit better than that like if you touch your face don't let it be customer see you

Nice to have a place that's open 24 hours came back from a out of town trip and we were hungry so we were able to get some food for here. Hamburgers were good.

I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK! I JUST OPENED THIS BOX AND A TYPE OF BUG CAME OUT AND I GOT SCARED IDK WHAT TYPE OF BUG IT WAS I THINK IT WAS A BABY ROACH???! AND I TRIED MOVING THE FOOD AROUND IM SCARED TO TOUCH ANYTHING THO AND THERED ANOTHER ONE INSIDE THE BOX IM THROWING THIS ALL AWAY IM UPSET! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I WILL SEND PHOTO PROOF OF THIS ALL IN THE TRASH! How DISGUSTING! AND A SAFE HAZARD!!!!!!

Get half way thru my food and find out my drink half way empty. Who was working night shift tonight if you dont like your job find something. How do you mess up fill up a drink .? It isnt rocket science.
