    Unless you're in a hazmat suit avoid this place. The staff was useless and the manager refused to have anyone clean. Instead he sat around laughing with the line crew. I would say use drive through if you had to, but even that's tempting contracting a virus.

    The manager Horiya or whatever is her name: very rude and unprofessional. I came drive thru to buy only a smoothie, she made me wait in parking lot for a mango smoothie and I waited 10 minutes for a smoothie when I went inside to ask she start yelling at me for no reason.

    It's McDonald's, so it's pretty much the same as every other McDonald's you've ever been to that's in a good location. Tip: The food always tastes the best at lunch time. I don't know why, but it seems fresher, more flavorful, and prepared better than any other time of the day. Vaguely related memory unlocked: I think the McDonald's lunch crew is feeling a bit rushed. You can here it in their voice, as if talking faster and with a certain tone might save them a second or two on their time or something. It reminds me of way back when I worked in fast food (Not at McDonald's). My boss was tripping over every second we spent taking orders. The timing rules were so strict that employees got penalized if costumers took too long ordering their food. The ridiculous rules, inconsistent schedule, and stuffing issues made it hard to mentally focus on our quality of customer service during meal rush hours. During the rushes, I spoke with the same speed and tone as the McDonald's lunch crew does. My catch phrase was, "I can help who's next," as the next customer was already stepping up to the counter. 😆 At least the McDonald's crew uses proper English. I hope McDonald's management treats their employees better than how the fast food restaurant I worked at treated us. If you're a fast food costumer during a lunch rush or a dinner rush, be patient and be nice to the crew. They are working hard to make you happy.

    Avoid this McDonald's location! The service here is terrible! I waited 30 minutes to receive my order of 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 happy meal. I wasn't the only customer upset and waiting a long time that day and this has happened to me all 3 times I've gone to this location. I've only ordered from this location because it's the closest to me, but I'll for sure be going to another location next time. 30 minutes for FAST FOOD is unacceptable. Management needs to be investigated because clearly they're incapable of managing a restaurant.

    Short line, quick service, cold food. No reason to why my fries should be stale and super salty and the lady handing the food handed it without giving me iContact she wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing and she was leaning it downward

    McDonald's is a reliable fast-food spot. The service is usually quick, and the staff is friendly. The menu offers the classic favorites, and the food is consistently tasty. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. A convenient choice for a quick bite on the go.

    We need to band together to push this company to do thier job. We go to FAST FOOD restaurants because we need something fast, especially drive thru. Why should i go park to wait 15 minutes for a standard dqp just to push the whole line to the parking lot because corporate can see how long someobe has to wait. You go inside and they all moving like snails 🐌 so sure they will probably add secret ingredients to your food and i dont recommend eating it, but at least corporate can eventually make the needed corrections to ensure a team is hired (or automated) that can manage the job.

    The drive thru was only moving on one side for a couple of cars. Not sure this was the employee's fault or over zealous customers. Just frustrating 😑
