Always on top of it on the mobile app order 3 years plus never waited, in and out. Shout out to the maker of the Chi Tea. My wife digs it big time

I love this Starbucks! The workers are very nice and good service! My only complaint is sometimes they focus more on the mobile orders. Last time I walk in and order my drink it took almost 20 minutes until my order was ready. My suggestion is have one group work on mobile orders and a other group work on walk in orders. So that way no one has to wait so long for their order. Overall the place is awesome and great service! Just need to have a better system for mobile orders and walk in orders.

My friend went to Starbucks this morning and picked up our drinks. He said the customer service was not too good. Well, he was not lying. Our drinks were not made correctly. Secondly, when I took them back and kindly asked if they could remake. The red haired gal was unfriendly. She did not apologize, greet, smile, or respond to me when I wished her a good rest of her day. Not sure why she was so unhappy. Maybe look into a desk job instead of working in the service industry.

Cafe is nice and clean, at times it gets crowded but all Starbucks are the same, fast service and great staff

I've been here a few times and service is always very friendly. Its clean with lots of seating and some cushy chairs my little boys like to sit in. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it doesn't have a drive-thru. The best thing about this location is the tiny free library inside. It's never got more than three books in there because it gets a lot of use, but please feel free to leave some in there for the next time i visit.

Nick is the best barista out there he deserves a promotion, it was my first time at Starbucks and he was very patient with me and helped me decide what I wanted!
