I found Tea 18 on Elk Grove, Ca by accident. I'm very glad I did. The staff has always been very helpful and polite. And they know their drinks. This being the first time here I did not know what drinks they had to offer. So I did what I normally do, I let the person taking the order to "surprise me". This has allowed me to try different drinks every time I visit. And let me tell you the drinks are simply amazing. Every single one of them have been a great experience. Not only do they offer a great variety of tasty drinks, they also have some cool features. Tea 18 has free WI-FI and plenty of sitting areas. A cool dry wall, and games area where you can grab a game and kids can find a game or a puzzle to pass the time. As mention above the staff has been nothing but nice to me. Milk tea was amazing, 25% was still on more sugary side. The whole place, seating arrangement was nice and had a good feel to it. Rest rooms were clean.

Priced right, ambiance is tasteful and cozy along with service friendly. The kids really enjoyed the appetizing quality taste of calamari and popcorn chicken. Hope this reputation remains same.

OMG, their boba tea is so good. Including the popcorn chicken. Deserve a five star!

Their tea is superb! Never too bitter or watery and some of their teas are brewed per cup. I like the care that goes into each individual cup and come here frequently now :) there’s a lot of boba places in the vicinity but if I’m looking for more traditional teas, this is always a great go to place!

I had a hokkaido milk tea with egg pudding and a matcha green tea with boba. I was not disappointed. The boba was perfect and the service relatively fast considering the amount of people that were in front of us. This is an awesome boba place and I would recommend.

Didnt expect the drinks to be as good as they were. I really like them good selection of drinks. Food needs to be expanded on. But great atmosphere and staff is friendly. Recommend drinks are best. Cant wait to go back

Bad service here. They don't keep up with their supplies. They should have informed us that they ran out of boba so we could place an order for a different topping but no, they just proceeded and made the plain drinks without anything in it and decided themselves that they would just refund us $1.50 dollars for the boba without asking us if we need something else in replacement.
