    Waited almost 20 minutes for two donuts and a small coffee with a empty lobby and maybe like 2 cars in drive thru. They serve drive thru customers faster and do not care about the lobby customers. If you order here, don’t go inside or they will have you waiting almost an hour, even if your order is small.

    I was very disappointed getting coffee here today. Not only did my single beverage cost me OVER $7, but I waited 8 minutes to get it. There was only one other car ahead of me, and it was gone after the first minute. The other 7 minutes were spent sitting and waiting for a coffee drink, and when it finally arrived, the woman taking my payment had no please or thank you, no smile, no apology for the wait. The drink itself (the one I paid over SEVEN DOLLARS for) was lukewarm. And it wasn't even filled to the top of the cup. I might as well have bought a medium instead of large, because the top two or three inches of my drink simply were not there. I don't know what they are doing in there, but I absolutely will not get a coffee here again. Next time I want a macchiato I'll just head to the gas station and mix myself up a coffee with some cappuccino inside... because even that would be better quality than the drinks from this place!!

    finally getting the time to write this. I worked here about a few months ago. worked a total of 12 hours because this place was god awful. I was put at the drive through, only taking the orders. OCCASIONALLY someone would help, also doesn't help the boss put me on one of the busiest days. the staff there (wouldn't consider them coworkers) would only get irritated when I asked where something is on the computer. the one time they DID have someone stand there with me, they would constantly walk away to talk to the other workers there... terrible experience. everyone there was passive aggressive and gave me tons of anxiety.

    Never in my life have I had this worst customer service. I understand help is hard but we sat in the drive through for 5 minutes and the staff made the incorrect drink. So we told them and he said pull forward you are running on my time! He was so unprofessional proceeded to yell out the window that he has been working 22 hours straight and we need to take the drinks they make us even if they aren’t correct. What . That is not what we paid for. The young lady there was very sweet and apologized. It was so unprofessional I have never been treated so bad from a employee before!

    Their service is so slow. The last time I was in the “manager” was yelling at one of the employees to not get “stuck with those people”! She was talking about the customers that came inside to place orders. She said the people have been waiting in drive thru. That isn’t the customers that came insides problem. She just kept yelling this to the other girl. First off, if they are short handed it might be the way management talks to their employees. I have tried to call three times to make a general or store manager aware of what was going on and no one ever answers the phone. They can keep their dry donuts and poor service

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a latte and she tried to hand it to me and I asked if it had espresso in it because it was very light and she got an attitude with me and said it’s a latte and it did. She set the drink down and another employee came up and handed it to me and gave me a old doughnut with no icing. They are the only Dunkin I’ve repeatedly had issues with.

    Last few months of goin to this location has been great! Close by and always cool at the drive thru. Hopefully stays this way cuz Dunkin iced caramel craze is awesome every time lately. Thankyou for the hard work and putting up with people's crazy expectations at times. I got no complaints sorry.

    Gave this place another go but its failed me!!!! The atmosphere is rude and it seems like no one there wants to work or even enjoy life. They ruin the reputation dunkin has and make every customer that comes by miserable.

    Maybe the GM shouldn't fire employees because the GM can't leave her personal life at home. Saw screen shots of her firing an employee because the GM can't do her job. Very petty and unprofessional for a GM. Telling someone "I'm still getting paid and your not" is low especially when your firing them for your mistake. Hope the GM gets fired next.

    I stopped this morning to grab a coffee and donut. Decided to go inside. Nobody greeted me as I stood at the register. I waited for awhile with no acknowledgement. I guess customers are supposed to place their order on the screen. ? What happened to customer service. there was nobody inside. I placed my order and stood at the pick up window. Again nobody greeted me or acknowledged I had an order. Finally an employee asked me what I ordered and if I had received any part of my order. If they were focused on customer service, they would know I had not received anything. to their credit, they did make a fresh pot of coffee so I didn't 'mind waiting on it. However, when I walked out the door, there were 3 employees standing/sitting there smoking cigarettes. Gross-I should not have to walk between people smoking to get to my car. Isn't there a law against smoking within so many feet of the exit/entrance? Not sure if I would visit this location again.

    This place sucks. The staff are crazy and irritable, the manager is schizo, unsanitary kitchen, messed up my drink, moldy bagels, crusty milk dispensers, unsanitary hand washing habits amongst the employees, unsanitary pumps, unsanitary counter space, lobby is dirty, slow service

    I've been to this location 4 times in the past year. The first time, they messed up the order. 2nd and 3rd time they didn't have ANY donuts. The fourth and final the donuts tasted stale. Avoid this location its worth drying a couple miles further.

    Went because we had a bad experience and was told they would replace our order. The order was better this time but service is very poor. Took 10 minutes for person who could place order to finally start our order. Definitely won't be back for a very long time.

    Apparently they don’t know what they’re doing at this location. I placed a mobile order this morning and was shorted two sandwiches, three orders of hashbrowns. And two out of the three orders of munchkins. She handed me one order of the munchkins and tried to argue with me that I only ordered three… THREE donut holes for $3??? Come on! I left after she gave me what I thought was the rest of my order and had to turn around and go back when I realized the hashbrowns still weren’t in the bag. Then I got attitude from someone else inside when I went back to get my hashbrowns. Wtaf?!?!

    I tried to order a drink and was told they didn't have one of the syrups to make it, so I asked if it could just be made without it and was simply told "no". Then I asked if there was any drinks similar to what I was ordering that they would recommend and again, all I got in response was a "no." Very rude and unprofessional and unwilling to help find other options when they are supposedly out of something.

    The person at the drive thru is the worst at doing her job. 2nd day I go & she has a attitude the whole time rushing me or cutting me off I know the difference between someone who can’t hear me or is just mad at her job. I wish I would have got her name ! Today I actually just drove off. I will not be going back to this one for a while.

    Doughnuts were good as usual. The gal behind the counter seemed distracted and wasn't paying attention to her customers. That was my only issue as I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times as she kept forgetting it.

    When I have time to grab a coffee I go to this store as it’s right down the road from my house. On numerous occasions I’ve ordered drinks (the same exact thing every time, a very basic latte) and 4 out of 5 time the drink is wrong. I have not written a review after numerous times of getting the wrong drink, because I understand the industry, I understand new employees, but it’s very ridiculous that the ratios are unpredictable and different almost every time. With 2 toddlers I cannot run in and let them know my drink is incorrect and i really shouldn’t have to hope that my drink is correct each time. I’m writing this so the owner or managers see this and realize there are patrons that still choose this store and hope it gets better or business might head else where.

    Definitely will never be back to this location horrible staff all the way around they don’t treat customers how they wanna be treated and management doesn’t even care about what the employees do. They definitely need to bring the old General Manager Porsha back she had great customer service I don’t know why they transferred her to a different store. #KimGottaGo #BringPorshaBack

    The guy working the drive-thru, Maurice, was being harassed by a picky customer. He was so professional, remained kind and handled it well while getting other customers dealt with. Way to multi task and keep it cool!

    Would be a 5 star but the lady they had on the intercom today was horrible, I felt rushed and you could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there. They do make awesome drinks.

    Today I ordered a gift to be delivered by GrubHub and I called with a special request for someone at the store to insert a handwritten note for us with the GrubHub order when it went out. Porsha answered and was so kind to help me with my request. That is what I call first rate, stellar customer service !! We love Dunkin !!

    Every time I go there they never have the doughnuts I want. They really need to change the name. It definitely is not the same place it used to be where you could get just about any doughnut you wanted.

    This place is so nasty honestly the staff are just horrendous expect a few of the Girls were a good help, it’s mostly the boys that give the biggest problems! I’ve ordered my same exact pesto sandwich every single time they only forget the pesto when the boys make it! Will never return I hope those girls find a better establishment to waste their youth on! God bless them!

    I think they changed staff recently because I usually only come to this one if I absolutely have to. I was there today at about 11:45 and everything was great! I sure hope it stays this way bc I love Dunkin and this one is much closer to my house!
