For the past few years our favorite sub shop has been the Cousins Subs in Elkhorn. We have always found their subs to be fresh and flavorful and the breads are excellent. On the occasions we order the cheese curds or fries, these too are also tasty. This Cousins staff is always very friendly and very helpful.

Always extremely helpful and always get my difficult order right which is saying something now a days. The cashier's always have a smile on their face and it makes the experience feel like they actually want to help you with service unlike almost every other fast food place the workers act like they hate being there and hate helping people!!! Cousins in Elkhorn is one of the only places left that have above and beyond customer service, strongly recommend it.

I enjoyed the food! I've always loved cousins subs. We ordered our food and they got it to us early. The bun was somewhat firm but other than that I had no complaints. Overall very satisfied with my meal!

Sandwich was delicious and well-made. If I was the type to photograph my food, I would have. The fries were fresha and still sizzling, absolutely delicious. The peanut butter cookie was free with the meal. (Warning: not a regular peanut butter cookie; has peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces in it. Super sweet.) Service was lovely. Staff were cheerful and polite.

Every time I try to order using the app or website starting at 5:15-5:30pm it says the Elkhorn location is closed or closing and you cannot order. I called once to do curbside and they said they can only do it on the app. Again today I tried at 5:20pm to order and it says the store is closing or is closed. I think someone should look into what is wrong with the app and website. Probably losing a lot of business.

For a sandwich shop, cousins is good. It's easy to order online and they make your French fries when your get there so they're not soggy when your get them home.

The bread was great. I get cousins in different locations all the time. This one was great. The staff was very friendly and the visit was enjoyable.

Sandwiches were awesome; Tim and the rest of the crew were fantastic!

I was very disappointed that I did not get an actual chicken breast like I did last time with my Sub in a Bowl Chicken Cheddar Deluxe. I loved that last Sub in a Bowl. Instead I got chicken LUNCH MEAT this time. If I knew that, I would've never have ordered it. I got small amount of lettuce mix. Even my parents think the subs got smaller. Disappointed.

I fill out the survey after every visit to get the free regular drink and free regular fries. I always order 2 regular fries because they are my favorite fries and I always get the 2 regular fries when I get my food and some times they are heaping and sometimes just an average amount of fries and even on occasion they will just combine the 2 regular fries to make a heaping large fries. Today, when the young lady who brought me my food I noticed there was only 1 regular fries and like maybe medium heaping. I promptly showed her my receipt and informed her that I had ordered 2 regular fries and she said that was the equivalent of 2 regular fries!?!? It definitely was not the equivalent of 2 regular fries, maybe 1 and a half at best. I do this every time I go here, usually once a week, and I have never had a problem, this young lady has taken my order numerous times and has always given me the correct order, she has combined them to make a good sized large fries, but all of a sudden today she is shorting me an item I ordered. I do not know if it was because I used the coupon code from the survey or if the owners told the employees to cut back on items. They raised the prices and stopped giving out cookies if you order a meal deal, but only if you do not use a coupon. It is not like the money for another regular fries was coming out of her pocket.

Got my favorite Cheese Steak with sautéed onion, I was a little disappointed they no longer have mushrooms to go with it. But still a good sandwich.

I had the roastbeef and cheddar on while wheat, and it was delicious! Clerk was friendly.
