Very poor service beginning with Kathleen, their front desk receptionist. I brought my daughter in for a sick visit. My kids have been going there since they were babies to see Dr. Mcinturf. The doctor who she saw was not her regular doctor and I was never told that Dr. Janhunen was not going to be seeing her anymore. While there the Doctor told me "If she continues with the fevers call me and I will call an antibiotic in for you." A week later and shes still having fevers at night so when I call the office to have the prescription called in Kathleen tells me I have to bring my daughter back in and pay another $75 to be seen. Even after I let her know what the doctor recommended I do. I asked for a records release to be faxed and was told they were SO busy they couldn't get to it until mid-day. My daughter has been crying in pain from her earache so I walked in to get the records and Kathleen was really rude she had no patients in the lobby and said I had to wait until 1pm. I told her I was not going to have my daughter in pain until she felt like giving me the records. she asked me "Do you want me to stop everything I'm doing to give you these records?" I work for a doctors office and that is NOT how you handle situations like this. Especially with a child in pain. Good patient care is not what you"ll receive from this office. I DO NOT recommend this office at all. It has gone way down hill since Dr. Mcinturf left.

Dr. Ezeanolue was the pediatrician that saw my baby after she was born. He was very kind and patient with all of our questions. This was the reason we decided to follow up with his office. The first impression visiting the Doctor's office was the receptionist during the check in process. She was very short with me when I realized I didn't have my insurance card with me. I called my husband to bring it to me (he was waiting right outside due to the Covid restrictions), she was then quick to shoo him out of the office completely. I am 6 days postpartum from a C-section so he was helping me carry our baby and diaper bag... Not off to a great start.. I didn't catch the Nurse's name but she was so sweet and very professional in answering all my questions. She was gentle with my baby when taking measurements and checking vitals. Dr. Nwaneri was amazing! I feel like he spent a ton of time answering all my questions and addressing the concerns I had. He and the nurse even took the time to research and explain a product to help me with breastfeeding. The visit started off rough but the Nurse and Dr. Nwaneri were wonderful and so informative. I highly recommend!

Had a good experience with some doctors. The one suggested that I breastfeed different, my supply decreased and he's had my husband step out to try and suggest that I am being abused. Other doctors tell me everything is fine with my daughter but he always makes me feel like I am at fault for problems that aren't real. The female staff is very welcoming and supportive. Males not so much. Review is based on the front desk and nurses, NOT THE DOCTORS 0 STARS.

We love Dr. Featherstone! He is friendly and helpful, always answering my questions and concerns. If you're looking for a great pediatrician, he's it!

Not impressed with the customer service lately! My kids have been going here since my oldest was a baby and lately they have slacked off. They misdiagnosed my son for about 8 months, never tested ny child for anything straight until they finally referred me to Salt Lake.. Salt Lake diagnosed him in two minutes. The frost desk lady almost never answers the phone and they never call people back!! My son had a double ear infection that they prescribed Amoxicillin for but my pharmacy couldn’t fill it because of a shortage so I called to ask if they could call in something else and they never answered me! I had to take my son to an urgent care to end up getting him anything else!! Ridiculous if you ask me!

I have been coming to this place since 2015 seen a lot of ups and downs at this practice. Up until recently I hated going in there because you never knew who was going to see your child. Since they’ve gotten these new doctors this place has made a complete turn around in my book!! Great doctors great staff and just an all around great atmosphere!! Took my youngest son in seen the nurse practitioners really liked him very nice guy and very informative. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for all you do for this community!!

Dr. Veronica saw my 3 week old son for both a three day and a 2 week check up and she was wonderful. Showed compassion and concern for both of us. I didn't feel rushed at all and she took the time to answer all of my questions. Her staff was very friendly and the clinic was super clean. We will be going back to her for all of my son's appointments.

Dr. Janhunen has provided compassionate and thorough care for my two children. She is quick to answer any questions that I have and is very calm and reassuring with my children when she does her exam. Her MA is also excellent (especially with quickly doing vaccines)! We highly recommend this practice!
