The ice cream they have is good but personally I'm tired of the "bait and switch" menu board. I went there on Saturday and again was overcharged!! I ordered the Hefty Heifer for $7.69. At the register though, I was being charged an additional $1.24. For what? For the brownie and chocolate chips that the menu board CLEARLY says are included in the price!! What is up with that?! Does Weights and Measures know about this tactic? That is absolutely ridiculous!!! I objected to the extra pricing and ended up with ice cream and whipped cream. For eight bucks! You know I think I'll go to Dairy Queen next time where the menu board is honest. Their ice cream is just as good and just as fattening. Or go the store and buy a gallon of ice cream for EIGHT BUCKS instead of getting just a cup full.

Super disappointed in the customer service that I received this morning after coming here and spending lots of money every visit. We come here often and when we do we buy several coffees muffins for the kids and breakfast burritos and I had a terrible coffee last week that was so bitter we tossed it out. I told them about it and they said I'm sorry there's nothing we can do you should have turned around and I said I couldn't turn around I was on my way to an appointment, and they never answer their phone. She said "we're too busy to answer" I will not be coming back here ever again.

Good stop at Ellensburg. Pretty big space with icecream, coffee and other hot food. Except plant based milk for coffee, or smoothies there is nothing much Vegan, but have eggless icecream options. Good staff and plenty parking.

1 star!!! Not worth it! I bought my entire family coffee and so my coffee was wrong and it was remade. I ordered an ice cream espresso and I was given a hot coffee with the same order. I made them aware that it was supposed to be an ice cream coffee and they remade it. When it was brought to me, it was an iced coffee. I explained again that it was supposed to be an ice cream coffee and I was told that it’s not something you make, I explained I’ve ordered them many times. “You want a peppermint patty?”, I didn’t order anything with peppermint even in it. My whole family was dismayed by the disrespectful discourse I had to deal with. I said never mind, it was fine and left. I got home and realized after one drink that they had taken that hot drink and put ice into it. Iced but still warm, It’s now a watered down garbage coffee. I will never buy a coffee from winegars ever again! Don’t tip these people 20%, you don’t know if you will even get what you came for! I wish that I didn’t want to start my day with winegars today, could’ve spent that money on something the whole family could enjoy, including me. I will certainly never solicit winegars again! You shouldn’t either! Thanks and merry Christmas Eve…

Definitely an excellent place to get local breakfast/lunch food. Their extreme bulls are AMAZING with so many combinations to pick from. I've been buying from them for 4+ years and they have never disappointed me. They can make mistakes obviously, but what place doesn't? They have everything from pastries (free on Thursdays with a drink if you have an points account), to personal pizzas, breakfast burritos/sandwiches, to egg bowls and ice cream. The ice cream is locally made and no many other places can hold a candle to it. Please give this local business a try!

Just the best ice cream in Washington! So rich yet light. Excellent flavors. Never been disappointed. I just wish they had a store in Leavenworth WA!

When you want to splurge on calories, fat and sugar, this ice cream is truly calorie worthy! It’s creamy and perfect. Worth the 40-minute drive from Yakima!

Winegars is a must if you want ice cream. They have the best stuff around. Go to Winegars and get your mind blown at how good it is. The people and the food are top notch.

Really good coffee ice cream shakes. My niece challenged one of the staff to a ice cream challenge and I took the challenge and he actually beat her but he still gave her a prize for it.
