I ordered through the app at 9:20. I got to the store and waited until 9:45. Because they seemed busy, I waited patiently. As I am waiting there, they start to slow down, and the servers start disappearing to the back. I asked if my order went through. They said, "Yes, it did. Sorry, I should have asked when I saw you sitting there." Yes, they should have. ~SMH~ Got my drink, walked out to the car, and took a drink. They had made my drink without the flavor, so I had to go back in. They made it again with flavor but forgot the cream. The coffee was a "Vanilla CREAM Nitro." It was now 9:55, and I had no more time to wait. Please pay attention to the guests who are waiting. We used the app because it's supposed to save time. We wait patiently to respect the fact that you are busy. Waiting 35 minutes for a coffee you pour through a spout, then to have it made wrong not once but twice. That is very sad.

Hmmm, not the small town friendlyness I was expecting. About the level of a Starbucks that's inside a grocery store. Also no drive-thru here. The entrance in and out of the store parking lot is also a tad easy to miss if you've never been to this location which makes it difficult.

Super friendly staff! I think she was super caffeinated but had excellent drink recommendations. The building isn't typical Starbucks construction, but has a shaded porch on the north side of the building which is excellent for sitting outside. Also, it is easy to watch for the airport busses from the inside seating area with big window. Would visit again and happy I tried a new drink today: cold brew with sugar free vanilla and they used nonfat milk to make the foam instead of sweet cream.

No soap in bathroom, the food and beverage prep area is infested with flies, garbage overflowing onto coffee bar area with napkins, straws & sugar etc and garbage & debris all around the front doors. The outside covered patio is not clean and also infested with flies. This is the worst Starbucks in the chain. At $7 for a coffee and cookie you'd think they could comply with the health codes.

Pumpkin is here!!! Tried the pumpkin cream cold brew today. I grabbed an equal just in case but oh my goodness.... no sweetener needed, it's so good!! I didn't even get a picture before it was gone. Wish they gave refills on this!!! Definitely a favorite and only 250 calories. But if you're at Starbucks, are you really worried about calories?!?!?

Every Starbucks employee I've ever met is lovely, and I would live in a Starbucks if I could honestly. The coffee is so good (I get an iced mocha) and I love their ham and cheese on baguette. Love that coffee shop atmosphere, and the music they play is always nice.

Time to put in a Self Checkout space for people not buying coffee, but from the self service snack area...

Best Starbucks in Ellensburg. Everyone who works here always has a smile on their face & they are so friendly & sweet. Last week my daughter was in the hospital & I told the barista & she made her drink & said that it was on her. They make the drinks perfectly. My friend Sheila & I love this Starbucks & the employees. Always friendly. I don’t think that you could be a part of this team unless you were a naturally happy person. 😜 You walk in & they are always this way. When I ask them to go a little bit extra for my daughter- they go above and beyond. I’m from the West Side so picky about how my drinks are made & this Starbucks is by the book & not sloppy just because they’re in a rush. They make them properly. ✨✨🩵✨✨

It's a Starbucks. I'm not a fan of the chain, but it wasn't a bad experience.
