Accidentally booked the wrong hotel. This hotel. Immediately called to cancel. Was denied a refund due to arbitrary policy. No effort to help at all. Wasn’t a lot of money, but it’s definitely indicative of a “screw you” management style. It’s $200. How much of a money grubber you got to be over $200?

What a pleasant find! Our load got canceled and we were tired of being stuck in the truck. We called here and found that they offer cdl discounts and have truck parking. Dorothy is just fantastic as were the rest of the staff we encountered including housekeeping. Our suite was clean and big. It was so nice to stretch out! Our bed was comfy and best of all it was so quiet despite being so conveniently close to the highway! We can't wait to come back!

425 for a night?? Smoked in room? Terrible. Couldn’t even stay for breakfast I was so dissatisfied. Nice try at being a up to date establishment. Really, your a run down 90’s hotel with some Costco furniture. Paint the room and replace the carpet, smoking in hotel rooms is a thing of the past. So it’s been a while. Not even a $100 room in my opinion. Not the first time I’ve had a ridiculous price for a under par Quality Inn. I’m done. I’ll buy a camper.

Immaculate, clean rooms, feels like a brand new hotel, but apparently has been around awhile. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Ellensburg area!

28 minutes ago on Google They charged me $195 for alot of crumbs on the carpet. I have children and didn't bring my own vaccum! I will not be back. If you bring children bring your own vaccum or you will be charged! Also keep in mind Red Lion Lodge in Ellensburg is nicer and cheeper than this hotel- go there.

Really nothing negative to say about this place. I had no issues. Place is just very average. I wouldn't mind staying here again, but I wouldn't go out of my way to.

Bathroom was in need of an upgrade. Tub leaked water all over the floor. There was more ADA hand rails in the tub than there was tub area. They need to put more king size beds on the lower floor.

Big, clean bed. ESAs were able to stay, pool was good. Service was great!

Initially, when I got to the comfort inn, it seemed like a nice room. Although not very big it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Then upon checkout, I found out that the room cost $267 which for something that I would consider a two star hotel as exorbitant the coffee machine was broken. They use something to clean the room that I was allergic to and I’m not the kind of person that’s allergic to a lot of things. But it was over, perfumed and sickeningly sweet. Then on closer inspection, there was quite a bit of damage to the room. When I went down for breakfast, the eggs were soggy. All there was was yogurt, cereal, sausage, and egg, and the waffle dispenser didn’t work, all in all I was not impressed for the price at one bit. I will never stay there again.

Very happy with my stay. I called late and got a room during a concert. Thanks Brandi. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and engaged in treating everyone like welcomed travelers. I ended up staying a third night unscheduled and was welcomed back as though I'd never left. Thank you to everyone I had the experience of meeting, my trip was amazing.🥰

They said they didn't charge until night time, but they charged right away and took all of our money, and kept trying to take it even though they didn't put the money back because they over charged instead of what they were supposed. They keep charging account even though the money isn't back on, and they said they wait 2 to 3 days to charge. This will be the last time we go to this place. If you want to get ripped off by all means, stay here. If you're disabled don't come here they don't have anything in the bathtub, so you don't slip and fall, I am disabled and almost fell 3-4 times taking a shower and we tried asking for a bath mat but they don't have any at all.

Nice and fairly clean. A little dust on surfaces and A/C filters were a little dirty. Only complaints are that the TV was very small and bathroom had very little counter space. Definitely liked having some truck parking.

This place is TERRIBLE! If i could choose ZERO stars I would.! I can not believe they charge what they do for this place. I am a member of choice hotels and stay in my fair share this is the WORST. Choice hotels does NOT care if you are happy with your stay or not. They do not back up the customer. I am moving on after this experience.. Not a loyal customer anymore. I do have to say the hostess at the front desk was very kind and tried to be helpful. It is just to bad to fix.
