Absolutely THE WORSE McDonald's I've ever been to. They forgot half our order, so we had to wait an extra 20mins to complete it. I've since ordered 2 deliveries from them (due to free monopoly meals) and it has arrived stone cold. NEVER AGAIN! If the restaurant believe it's not their fault, have a serious word with your delivery partner, Uber Eats. Either way, do not order from here, you will only be disappointed.

Just been to the drive through here and was served food that, although tasted great, was missing parts of the order, which was only spotted when we drove home. We immediately called the branch and was greeted over the phone by an unhelpful colleague who stated that if we wanted a refund for the missing items we would need to return with all the food! When we challenged the staff member she became defensive and abrupt, not fully listening to our complaint and talking over us. She then hung up on us! In dismay, we called back to speak to someone in higher authority to get a suitable resolution. The telephone was answered again by the same colleague. When we asked for a manager to speak with us, to our shock, we were told that she was the manager. We asked if she had just hung up on us, to which she replied, 'yes'. DANIELLE - Can we suggest you either retrain in your position or find another job which you dont come into contact with the public, as your customer service skills leave alot to be desired!

BUSSIN BURGER BUSSIN FRIES it was all so juicy and delectable i think i was so excited by the food because i seized and am now in hospital. i also got ran over in the drive through but thank goodness my milkshake was okay. delectable juiciness and little person serving me was slaying! me i think because i’m dying <3

Nice McDonald's, plenty of parking and the food was nice and freshly cooked. All the serving areas were clean and tidy, and the toilets were obviously well looked after and maintained hygienically. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful.

Lovely staff, lot of running around. However, cold food and drinks. Cleaning...mmmm ..spray visible but never used, dirty cloth (visibly dirty) used to wipe down all tables, trays and other seating surfaces, highchairs no cleaning at all when replaced. No gloves used for emptying bins, but straight onto table 'wiping down' after. Obviously only saw one staff member active at the time, and a very busy, pleasant individual, but basic hygiene is actually frightening.

If I could give it zero I would. I mean the amount of grease and sauce that was in my wrapper was unbelievable! Never had a good experience with this McDonald's. Staff are rude, management wouldn't give there names and had staff trying to say she was the manager which we found out she wasn't. Then the real presented herself with no name. Not aloud to give it out apparently!

Spent nearly £50 and food was a disgrace everything was undercooked, ice creams were half empty and full of ice, my husbands chicken Mayo was disgusting. To top it off with the tiny bit we ate of it we have all woken up ill today with V&D and husbands had to miss work and kids off school.

Cleanliness was the issue here today, but to be fair it is a busy restaurant. Chips under the tables etc. A plus point was they had classical music playing. Much nicer atmos to eat in than the usual pop pap played in fast food joints.

They weren't particularly busy on the drive thru, I had to wait in the bay for my order, which is fine but once I'd got home, the food was incorrect, I paid extra for bacon on the burger and there was no bacon, there was no sauce on the big mac which I hadn't requested. So I waiting longer for them to fulfil requests and customisations that hadn't actually been made in the first place. The receipt was correct, the order was wrong. The visit before this I ordered a cheese burger, and when I got home it was a chicken burger with cheese on it. They seem to get the order wrong on the drive thru alot here.

Absolutely shocking, waited over 30 mins for our order to be bagged up, took it back to the car to eat on our journey home, chips cold and took hard, luke warm cheeseburger. I would have taken it back and wanted it replaced but we was on the 1 way system in the car , driving home. Staff looked so miserable , even the lady who shouted our number.

Food is always a lot nicer when we get it ourselves rather than delivery. Delivery seems to affect the look and always either cold or lukewarm. So much nicer ordering and collecting instore. Was also greeted by a friendly staff member.

Had to go back twice when my friend brought the order to the table, drink missing (not her fail as she didn't know the order full). So, there is no water and a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. Poor service when there's a clear pick list. That said, the lady cleaning was right on it and got me what I needed, so 5 stars for her, but the kids need to pay more attention. Training needs?

We received a 20 piece chicken Mcnuggets share box, upon chewing my 3rd nugget, I pulled this lovely chunk of cartilage out! What kind of product are you buying? Outrageous! Lucky we weren't treating our kids with these or there could've been an ambulance emergency for you knobs to be responsible for!

Just ordered (order nr 60) a Happy meal and milk Shake for my daughter. Small milkshake was literally less than a half empty!!!! This is absolutely not acceptable!

All good except my boy went to the toilet and thought there was blood all up the cubicle. Luckil5it was ketchup, but should of been cleaned

The worst ice latte I have bought in my life. I got a coffe in the glass and it wasn't full. I though I would be fine because so much busy at this time. unfortunately again the tase was like a coffee in the sache with full of water and it was too light. I paid for £2.89 for a large one. how sad I won't order coffee Latte ever again, wasted my money.

Busy spot, but fast service. Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. Staff was efficient and kept the line moving. No frills, but got the job done. The place was also very clean.

Chips were luke warm no excuse for this except windows were open as it was a warm day. Busy McDonald's and thankfully cleaned up after customers. Toilets were OK could have been better as 1 had a leak and was clogged with toilet paper etc.

So, this was somewhere between 01h00 and 01h30 Saturday. I was at the drive thru , waited more than normal for anyone to ask for my order, so much that i actually thought it was closed. After they took my order and proceed to take the payment i then realised why the wait. The staff , probably like 4 of them on the window talking to the car in front of me , probably worked all together as i could hear them talking about all sort of stuff , the nasty stuff if you know. Then when they took of they started a ketchup and mayo fight , if you ask me , hilarious, but not when they made me wait so long. Got to the window, barely stopped and a bag with my order was immediately handed over , .. you guessed it right , cold as hell .

Like maccys very tasty food and the experience is usually a good one as I don't visit every day it's a treat

Best maccies I've ever been. The staff are friendly, the place is kept regularly clean and everybody works efficiently and cheerfully. Based inside the Cheshire oaks designer outlet there is easy commute between shops and carpark too. Not too busy for most of the day. Staff aren't pushy on how long u spend in there and you can have a friendly conversation with them. Highly recommend going to Linsey road over any other maccies. :)

It's not often there's a bad McDonald's but this place is almost there. They just completely missed my order and I had to ask after waiting at the desk for quite a while. The fries were cold and a very small amount. The place was a mess too.

A very busy maccies but the staff are always friendly. The place is well run, bright, and really convenient for parking. Everything seems to be efficient, the food is always warm, I never get mistakes from here and I always seem to get my food in a reasonable amount of time regardless of how busy they are.

Tribble! I ordered and paid digitally in branch. We stood over 30 minutes and they forgot our orders. They missed the receipt. No one was responsible for this mistake. When they bought our order, a sandwich and a coffee missed and we were waiting again. 🍟 fries was over left! We couldn’t complete the rest of shopping.

Wasn't too bad. McDonald's is McDonald's, and you know what you're getting. The outside area was a tad untidy, but I suppose that's more tk do with lazy customers who seem unable to tidy up after themselves. Overall, it's pretty decent for a quick pot stop.

Amazing service. Amazing staff. Food was spot on and made with care rather than just being thrown together like some of the other McDonald's IV been to. Thank you X X X
