Had a really good menu and food was very tasty. Good portion too. Definitely revisit. Staff lovely and attentive. Waited a bit longer than normal but that was down to staffing numbers. Our waitress had to cover lots more people. But very friendly and helpful staff.

Called in for lunch while my car was getting serviced just around the corner. Nice place with interesting decor giving a good atmosphere. Sat straight away as it wasn't busy. Super server Ben was great, very helpful and friendly. The food was tasty and well presented. Depending on your point of view the portions were either expensive or small for the price. Probably great for a quick lunch but a little lacking for an evening out 🤔 Overall experience was enjoyable and will definitely give them another try if in the area again.

Served by the lovely Tasha, food came out quickly which the kids were delighted about! Even more so the ice cream as they got to pick what treats to add on. Another lovely lady called Kelly came over with balloons for the kids at the end.

Great service from Kate. The Sam Adams Wicked Hazy lager is excellent. Wife had the blue cheese cob salad which she liked. I had the inferno double stacked burger. I was really disappointed as it wasn't even slightly spicy...so was a decent quality cheeseburger with no great additional flavours...I might has well as gone for the cheeper, basic burger meal. Great service & beer.food was pricey...and...meh!

Brilliant experience today! It was mine and my son's birthday today and we visited with our family. The food was AMAZING, and our server Rachel was incredible! We got the birthday song sang to us and it was such a good experience all round! Great food and fast friendly service - will definitely visit again soon!

Took my daughter here today for an early birthday celebration . Food was good and prompt ...staff found us a quiet corner to accomodate our needs . Table service was good and waitress was nice and pleasant ..i would return again

Amazing as always the staff were so friendly and made sure we had a booth as it was our wedding anniversary and they even remembered from when I booked and wished us a happy anniversary when we arrived I know it would of said on the computer but its the thought that counts haha

Shambles!!! This was my first, and definitely last experience of a TGI Fridays. I had booked for 12, a works Christmas meal. I spoke to the team on the phone before arriving, but when we actually arrived, the heating was't working so was Baltic. All the staff were wearing coats and so were all guests. I would of appreciated someone telling me on the phone before we arrived that there was no heating so we could dress appropriate or find another venue. I was told our table 'wasn't set up yet' so we waited. Once we went to the table, it wasn't set up for enough of us so we pushed tables together and we had no cutlery. When our starters came out, we asked for cutlery, but we ended up eating our starters with our FINGERS as it took the staff so long to return to our table our food was going cold. Most of us ordered burgers for our mains, all were very dry. The patty was meant to have glaze on it, none of them did. When we expressed our concerns the staff knocked £50 off the bill, which was over £400... I do not think this justified the terrible experience we had. I won't be returning or recommending anyone to use this restaurant or TGI in general.

First time going to a TGI Friday's of which this spot is exquisite to eat at, great guidelines as far as keeping clients safe and incredibly supportive and kind assistance staff. Wound up having a late starter to share when other two came out so they eliminated it off our bill and applied a further 10% rebate without asking they just did it for us. Will come back again 👍

Highly recommend. Visited today for the first time and wasn’t left disappointed. Drinks was amazing and food was amazing. Steak cooked to perfection

Lovely food n service by Jack. They take food allergies seriously n they have an app to check which dishes you can eat. Sesame chicken strips with Jack Daniels sauce is always a favourite n nachos very tasty too.

Worst experience dining in my whole life, Booked a table for 6:45pm at the Cheshire oaks restaurant on arrival we were told how there heating wasn’t working and said there was many small heaters plugged in to help , we sat down to look around and see everyone man and his dog had big coats on and some even with winter hats. For a real artic experience I’d highly recommend !! Starters to be honest were really nice 👍🏻 Main course steak was stone cold freezing at this point my whole experience was shattered into a sheet of ice . Asked the manager if he thought it was acceptable that they not making people aware on entry to explain how cold it really is while in there he came he can back with ( we can’t say that it will deter people from wanting to dine ) Really disappointing !! If you would really like a Antarctic experience with food 🥘 I’d recommend this place at reasonable costing of £90 for 2 adults and child Will never dine here again !

Visited here for a quick dinner and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly which made the visit even better. Tried the Spicy Chicken wings and the Sesame Chicken Strips which were splendid. The burgers were juicy and crispy at the same time. The portions are quite filling, so be cautions when ordering. Easy parking in the parking lot and no reservations required unless it’s a busy weekend.

It's a lovely place to hang out with you friends on weekends. This place is so lovely and cheerful. I visited it for only few hours with my friends but had an amazing time there,a perfect place to relax. You can also grab fresh flowers and food from here. The place is clean, and vendors are friendly.

Infrequent visitor to this type of establishment and I ate the Cajun spiced chicken fajita with 🍴not realising I should have also been served with tortillas. One of the problems of having the menu taken away. We live and learn 🤦🏼‍♂️

Friendly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Been a long time since I been here and it needs a revamp inside. The food was delivered extra quick, the steak was cooked well but the whole dish was bland and needed some flavour to be honest. Next time I'll stick to to the ribs or the chicken. Couldn't fault the staff and we're making sure things were ok. I don't think they needed me to have a niggle about the steak after them working a full day trying to keep customers happy.

Used to go quite often but won't be visiting any time soon, as last visit on 2nd Jan was really disappointing. The place has gone down on all rates vs 1-2 years ago. Food and drinks didn't take too long to come but both steak and ribs came out practically cold, same with coffees at the end, even hot water I asked next to my espresso was almost lukewarm. Taste wise - again, we always take the same stuff and surely was better before. Toilets - sorry will be honest - disgusting. One soap dispenser broken, another one has no soap in it. Dirty cubicles and sinks, weird odour. Management - you may want to do smt with it, I can't be the only one complaining? On the bright side. 1. Both our waitresses were so lovely and personable, and took effort to get best "make your own" Sundae to my daughter and my cocktails, as many ingredients were out of stock. 2. Cocktails were amazing but that's not what we come here for.

Had a great family meal after a day at the zoo. The kids were entertained by the juggling barman whilst we waited for a table. Staff were polite and helpful, plus the food and drink is exactly what you would expect of TGI's.

Great little place to stop on the way home. Quick service, even though it was super busy in the school holidays. Food was good too and not too overpriced. We had a lush waiter, Jack, who was super helpful and approachable. Thanks for a great service 🙏🏼

👌 Best TGI Fridays we have visited! We came without booking, and only had a 10min wait, so we went to the bar. The staff on the bar were fab, very sociable, polite and made AMAZING cocktails. We had ultimate versions which are well worth the extra £2. Our waitress (Jo) was lovely, she was super friendly, attentive (without being invasive) and fun. Our food was delicious and came in good time- after a bad experience at the Sheffield TGI, where a waitress offered to reheat my cold chicken.. I was a little wary. But chester TGI definitely made up for it. Will certainly visit again! 🤩

I had the full rack of ribs, tasted fantastic and the neat fell away from the bone! Desert was delicious. Staff are friendly and ready to serve you. Seems a little pricey but it could be me being a tight wad! Definitely going again though!

Went for a family meal and there was a power cut which meant a long delay on the food. Sophie B was our server and she was fantastic, we were given a discount and free desserts. Food as always was lovely but the customer service was amazing. Can't wait to come back again. Well done TGI Fridays staff you are always fab.

First time eating at TGI's and it won't be the last, our waitress was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, the food was delicious, hot and fresh. I had the sesame chicken strips with their special glaze sauce and wow it was the tastiest thing I've ever eaten, my husband had hot wings with red hot sauce and he said that was very tasty, but not as tasty as mine. We both had burgers with cheese and bacon on for our mains and they were cooked to perfection, they also had some glaze on them, which is now my new favourite sauce, all served with tasty fries with cheese and bacon sprinkled on, there's a variety of toppings for your fries and burgers so you can make it your own. Can't wait to go back, we went on a Monday and with 2 soft drinks it came to £45, not cheap but well worth it, didn't eat any tea after that cos we were still full up. There was sufficient parking outside and plenty of tables available.

We went here for my husbands birthday. The food is spot on to be fair. I couldn't find a fault at all. It was all freshly cooked and good sized portions. My only down point was the price. It is a little pricey there but if you are looking for somewhere for a change then this is the place. Waitress we had was really lovely, nothing was too much trouble. One tip although I could write more but this was without a doubt the best. Try the garlic fries, if you like garlic you will love them. Everywhere was clean and pots were removed as soon as we had finished. It's a shame they don't give out wet wipes let some Chinese restaurants do as I had chicken wings so my hands were sticky despite wiping with napkin.

Visited today at 12:30pm. After arriving we were seated and waited about 20 minutes. No acknowledgement of us even being there by the waiting staff. After another couple were sat behind us and immediately served we decided to go elsewhere. Shambolic service. Now currently sat in Pizza Express and within 10 minutes have drinks and our starter. Wouldn't visit this TGIs again.

Just had a fantastic meal at TGI Fridays at Cheshire Oaks. The food was outstanding and we got 1st class service from the wonderful Sarah who was very attentive and made sure our drinks were always topped up and we were well looked after. The evening was topped off with their famous birthday singing for my dad's birthday! Massive thanks to Connor and Curtis for squeezing us in. Will definitely visit here again.

Tasy American style food. The portions are very good too. We were looked after by Beth who regularly checked up on us and made us feel welcome. If you're shopping nearby, It's worth walking over from the outlet mall to here where there wasn't a wait to get in, whereas you will find all the restaurants within the mall will have queues outside of them.

An excellent meal at a fairly reasonable price. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the presentation was really good. Social distancing was spot on and the waitress provided very good service. This is the first time that I have dined at a TGI Fridays, but I am certainly more than happy to go again.

Served by George H and had great service. Very attentive and patient with our slow decision making. My girlfriend has her steak blue and is regularly let down by posh restaurants so we were pleasantly surprised when the steak came perfect.
