Dr. Harry is fantastic. My Eye Dr takeover has been terrible. Ridiculous rules, no more walk-ins, turned away even if there is no one else there. New fees on everything. New rude, condescending staff. My Eye Dr didn't even contact existing customers for MONTHS to communicate they bought the practice!! The practice has lost its autonomy and ability to set its own policies. Not allowed to be a faith-based business anymore, etc. Quality of frames has decreased. Completely a turn for the worse. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere despite the excellent experience I have had here for many years prior to My Eye Dr. I never had a complaint before and immediately contacted My Eye Dr customer service due to the terrible experience they provide as a practice management firm. Their patient relations will send you a coupon and that's it. Clearly they have not improved based on previous feedback due to the other negative experiences people have shared in recent reviews. Don't even want to go back for a minor repair. I am so saddened to see that what was an amazing independent practice is no longer.

Dr. Harry and his staff was absolutely amazing! From the scheduling of the appointment until the appointment day! I was elated to have a team of professionals who actually care and showed compassion for me and my condition! Just amazing and I am so grateful!

We are very pleased with the quality of service here and the products that they offer. We will definitely be back . Both Jennifer’s were very accommodating with my exchanges in my eye wear and it was 3 times each time for 3 different pair but they never lost their patience and wanted me to be completely satisfied. Dr Harry also does a thorough exam which from my experience many do not . Great place to get your eyes checked and to get your products !

Dr. Harry and his staff went out of their way to help me feel less anxious about an eye issue I was very concerned about. They could hear the worry in my voice when I called and made an appointment for me as soon as possible! When I got there everyone was kind and reassuring. You only have one set of eyes. I am thrilled to have Dr. Harry’s experience and his staff to rely on.

I went to the location in Elm Grove, WI. Dr. Harry was helpful and informative. He asked meaningful questions and answered all of mine. Jennifer helped me with glasses selection and was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and was professional and pleasant. I give great marks to all the staff for making me feel welcome and valued. Excellent job!

The whole staff here was extremely helpful! Dr Harry made sure to address all my concerns for my vision, and Leah made the frame selection super easy by asking me questions before my exam and had a selection of frames ready for when I came out to work with her

In September, 2022, I went to a optical office that is in the same office suite as my Opthalmologist. I purchased was fitted for new lenses in my sunglasses and everyday glasses. The lenses were a disaster and made me dizzy. This optical office was not helpful in solving the problem and I did not get a refund on the lenses. They claimed they were correct. I have seen Dr. Harry for many years. I went to him at his MyEyeDr office and he checked to make sure my prescription was correct. He made improvements in the bi-focal prescription. Jennifer, who is an optician in his office, was amazing. She showed me how low the bifocals were placed in the original two pairs of glasses I purchased elsewhere. She methodically made the correct measurements and I picked up my new glasses about a week and a half later. I have been wearing my glasses for three months and I am very pleased with them. Jennifer did an amazing job and she calmed a very panicked patient.

I had a great experience with myeyedr. Dr Harry is very professional and gifted at what he does. Jennifer is amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure that you are happy with your glasses and that they are the best for you!
