Bianca was fantastic and so attentive. I had the most incredible 50 min stress reliever massage. I loved the additional touches of changing into a robe and being able to lounge in the rest area both before and after. Such a special added touch. My experience was everything I needed and more! I love this place. My 2nd time at In Harmony in 6 months. I had a 50 min stress relief massage last time and it was fab. They restored my faith in massage. I have lower back issues and chronic pain so pressure too hard will send me in further pain. These guys listen to their customers. Today, Lucy listened to me again. She used low pressure massage where needs be and made sure I was okay before proceeding. I immediately felt confident in her and that allowed me to relax and enjoy this experience. I loved every single minute of this treatment (In Harmony Total Body Experience, 110 mins) and I can't wait to book again at the end of the year! Thanks Lucy (& co). This isn't just your run of the mill massage place. To give you some context, you are instantly sent into relaxation after changing into a robe and taken to the relax area. Once your massage is over you are taken back to the relax area with a beaded heat pack around your neck. You are offered a hot herbal tea, given some fruit infused water and a little bowl of fruit (a big piece of strawberry, kiwi, melon & pineapple) just something small while you relax, put your feet up and think about the wonderful experience you've just had. Worth every single penny!

My partner booked a deep tissue massage for me here and it was really good. The pressure was spot on and definitely much needed respite after my pregnancy. Staff were professional and friendly. After the treatment you are guided to a relaxation room to have herbal tea and fruit. The fruit was varied and fresh. It was a nice end to the experience.

You can’t beat in harmony. What a relaxing space and great that it’s so local. Lisa is great, one of the best massages I’ve had! Highly recommend her if you visit.

Suzanna is incredible. Totally resets my body whilst giving a fabulously relaxing experience. She's really skilled and also incredibly intuitive. Can't recommend her highly enough. Amazing place with professional and accomplished therapists.

My masseur was excellent. Her technical knowledge is perfect and really feels the vibe of the client. Everybody at the salon is very nice. I felt myself at home.

Have visited Harmony on and off over the years. It’s a lovely space with very relaxing rooms and chill out room post treatment. However recently it just feels basically a bit of a rip off. £100 for a 50 minute massage is absolutely extortionate. By far the highest priced massage seen in Surrey and SW London spas. At this price you can get a spa day at some venues. I also found the massage by several female therapists too light in touch. I didn’t feel my muscles were worked at all. They also seem to offer a loyalty programme for some customers but not all which is very bizarre.

Laura is really nice and professional. My skin feels and looks amazing! Thank you
