    By far the worst experience.I bought half cheese burger half farmhouse on Saturday the 9th of July and what I got was a cheese less cheese burger.No sauce whatsoever.Called them and not even an apology.all they offered was a 5pound off on next order which I refused as they will never be another order.the staff were do rude,arrogant.it seemed like I was bothering them.he was so sarcastic to a point of saying if I wanted to make an official complaint he would give me the list of all phone numbers and emails!!!!! That's not good service

    After the online order, I was waiting for the delivery until 1 AM at the Oatlands park hotel but finally it was not come. The delivery service is terrible better than expected.

    £16.00 meal deal wouldn't even satisfy a 3 year old what an absolute rip off joke of a pizza shop don't waste your money

    Great pizza, excellent service blonde employee absolutely lovely. Had a 15 minute conversation with me about angles and croashairs, not entirely sure what he was on about but regardless a lovely shop and a lovely shift manager 👍

    Placed my order through their online app. Ordered 2 ham and pineapple pizzas 1 with extra toppings, garlic bread and BBQ sauce. When it arrived I had 1 ham and pineapple pizza the 2nd didn't resemble ham and pineapple it was covered in allopinios and peppers I'm allergic to allopinios and garlic and herb. Upon phoning they told me they could refund or deliver correct one so was going to be thrilled with cold food. Opted for delivery new. Phoned them about 25 minutes later to say I didn't want it anymore and was opting for a refund. The girl I spoke to said it had gone through quality control is about to go out for delivery. When I asked her what her name was incase I had to phone again after a brief silence she responded with I'm not comfortable with giving my name. Once I requested a manager she was willing to give her name. A short time later finally got correct pizza. Still haven't got correct BBQ sauce!

    I hadn't ordered from them for years due to the slow delivery and drop in quality, this was also my first take out for 5+ years. I ordered last week and got a friendly prompt delivery, then I fell ill with norovirus symptoms, in fairness it has been doing the rounds lately, but given that other reviewers have pointed out staff hand washes are few and far between and this was the only change in my food / diet routine for months it doesn't look good.

    Terrible terrible delivery service. The drivers are misguided by the dominos app directions and deliver food an hour late. The branch staff is rude, unapologetic and blame you for not being helpful. Not wasting a penny on these guys again, who do not deserve to be in customer service. I had to walk up and down on the road for 15 mins to locate the driver.

    It said the delivery would take 20-30 minutes, after 45 minutes I got the wrong order meant for another customer, so the driver took it back. I called to ask about my order and they said they would put through a new order which they said would come in another 30 minutes. When I asked about a refund (since we are by now starving and I have never received a wrong order before when I have ordered from other places!), the staff member said that they are “throwing money away giving you a free pizza so no of course not”. Never ordering from Dominoes again.

    Not what I remember, Decadence is back, but the 2 pizzas had no creamy sauce in between, gutted, phoned and complained, told them the problem but they really didn't seem interested, wasn't looking for a freebie or refund!! pizza isn't cheap anymore and the youngster working in these places aren't bothered either, its just a job 😏

    Walk in or order ahead. Definitely try the Texas BBQ. Chicken Kickers or chocolate pizza (i did not enjoy it) are other options. Quiet shop and easy access. Value for money for not seem great.

    Terrible service. Pizza delivery took 1 hr 15 mins, arrived cold and the driver was incredibly rude. Use Cantina 41 instead - far better quality and service. And value.

    Very disappointed this time. Cold pizza, the delivery man dropped the garlic&herbs sauce on my floor, he said that will bring another one back, but he didn't..plus paid too much for 2 little garbage pizza, just awful 😖

    Working at this place is like modern slavery they make u work on ur own on a weekend ect ,underpaid , understaffed, no body in this shop washes there hands while dealing with food , if u want food poisoning this is the place for u I’m surprised this hasn’t been closed down yet wouldn’t recommend

    Pretty bad. Arrived so late the app gave up!! haha. Late means cold. So, late and cold. Will try Papa Johns. Looking at reviews not even worth a second chance.

    Took an hour and a half to deliver cold pizza! Worst experience ever. Claimed a full refund. After 5 days chased it. Been told the money will be returned within the next two days. Haven’t received it yet.

    I didn’t think a service from a major chain could get any worse! I’ve only ordered 3 times in the last year and each time the delivery has got slower, and slower and slower. 1hr 20 mins average wait time for two small pizzas when the app insists 25-35 mins. If you can’t keep up demand, don’t offer discounts, employ more staff and update your useless software. I’m genuinely sick of complaining to this hopeless (probably failing) business. I’ll be glad to hear domino’s has gone into liquidation because they bloody deserve to.

    Honestly never ordering from this branch ever again . Incompetent staff who can't follow the simplest of instructions/requests . They tried passing off pepperoni as salami . Amongst other issues . When I spoke to the store he verbally shrugged down the phone , he had no understanding of the food hygiene issues and instead tried to blame it on a new member of staff , Who had not trained effectively to complete their job If you have any sort of allergy I'd stay well clear from this place

    Worst experience ever. Delivery service simply orrible, pizza delivered cold,wrong softdrink I told that to the delivery guy and he said sure I will cone back with the right drink and after an hour no one came back so i have called the shop and they said the same and after an other hour still no one came. Useless to say that today they have list a regular customer

    Staff were pleasant but the wait was too long. The door was not clean neither was the counter. The hand sanitzer bottle lid looked like it needed a good clean. I was not impressed with the potatoes wedges, they were not crispy neither were the chicken bites and strips. I think it was not value for money nor worth the wait.
