The only thing consistent about this business is incorrect orders and terrible service. They are usually out of items we want like chips, kickin ranch, or they don’t have delivery. Also, they never follow directions on customizing sandwiches. I don’t know why I keep coming back here. Today was my last day ordering from this joke of a restaurant.

Very satisfied with my experience. The female team member with pink-dyed hair and arm tattoos was genuinely kind and treated my family and me very well. She was eager to offer me anything I might want on the menu. She was working hard all over the place between service and keeping busy in what seemed like a slow evening. And she gave us excess bread so it wouldn’t go to waste. Jimmy John’s: please invest in her and she will make you a lot of money.

Hey guy’s it is within your best interest to try the new BBQ and Ranch wrap! To die for ! I tried it and will definitely get it again. I tried to redeem my B-Day free sandwich thing but it wasn’t working the associate took care of me and I was ecstatic! Thank you so very much! Almost forgot try the home style potato salad.

OMG this Thai chicken wrap is absolutely amazing. Justine was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and was very attentive. Great personality and happy she works there. I will be back for both the excellent food and service.

Terrible. I placed an order at 3:42pm. It said they received the order at 3:42pm. It said it was out for delivery at 4:37pm. The current time is now 5:06pm. Why is it taking almost 2 hours to make 2 sandwiches? I even threw in a 5$ tip. I’d would just go myself and do a pickup since it’s only 4 minutes away but I unfortunately have multiple sclerosis, making it hard for me to travel, which is why I just placed a delivery order. I won’t order from here again and probably will cancel the order. Edit** The food finally came around 5:13pm. I specifically have on the receipt to call upon arrival if needed. Why did the driver give my order to one of the neighbors in my building???? She knocked on the door and told us that he said he couldn’t get in so she brought it to us. What if my neighbor wasn’t nice to do that? She’s not the delivery driver, he is. If I could revoke that 5$ tip I would. It’s the fact that simple instructions can’t be followed. Plus the sandwiches were made wrong and wasn’t even cut. Missing Ingredients and no napkins when I specifically checked the box for napkins. If you order food from them, be careful because your neighbor might have your food or your sandwich will be incomplete.

Just payed over $5 for a lettuce, tomatoe, cucumber sandwich with 1 piece of cheese. No more Avacado spread? How is this even possible, you should be embarrassed to even wrap this up! No more Jimmy johns, thankfully there are many other GOOD sandwich places around! And the automated response can also go, actually try caring or don't bother!!

2 hours from order to delivery. Breads soggy and guacamole is brown cuz they were prepared and sat the whole time. No apology and paid full price.
