The Amazon return person "Angel" I believe was his name is very rude. I made an Amazon return 11/26/23. No one in line. I stood off to the side to try and get the scan code for the return. I took a moment because of poor reception in the store. When I did obtain the code I approached the counter. This person knew I was there. He shuffled his tape dispensers around, moved some papers and fiddled with his scanner for a few moment then exclaimed "next in line" I said "I'm right here" he said that's a different station.. I guess because I wasn't standing directly in front of him. He grabbed my return and forcefully placed it front of him. He scanned my phone, gave me a receipt and said noting. Very poor customer service. Kohls should not let this guy deal with public with that attitude. I will also let Amazon know about this experience as well. I'm not the complaining type but this was just a little off-putting.

I was looking for an ornament that I saw on the app, but could not find it in the store. Customer service called Angelo and he was wonderful. We looked everywhere we thought it could possibly be and still could not find it! We ran into Anna as I was about to give up, who was also wonderful. She suggested we look Under the decorated trees! All 3 of us started looking and under one of the trees towards the front entrance of the store, there they were in a basket! It was just a small item, but thank you both for your dedication to customer service, for helping me.

Dawn was at the register. I had a big box , a Christmas tree). She was ready to scan the code and asked if I needed help. She patiently and pleasantly waited until I had all the coupons out and evaluated them. She encouraged me to present a reward that I was not sure it was good. Made my Christmas shopping more pleasant. She then called for someone to help me carry it to my car, That person was also very helpful and pleasant.

Needed help from two different sales Clerks. First of all they were not difficult to find, secondly could not have been more helpful. Really made the shopping experience Pleasant. The aisles could be a little wider to accommodate the carts, but store was really in good organized shape. Yay for Kohl's

The lady in customer service argued with me that my dresses and others were NOT overcharged. When i got my money back to my credit card, the overchange amount was approx 80 bucks. I had even taken pictures of the sales with the prices on it. She had to be right and in the end it was my fault i didnt go to customer service immediately instead of the next day they were open (according to her). 1.5 hours it took. They did have some very good sales.

Gail was very friendly and personable. She checked for any rewards or discounts I had and found some even when I didn’t think I had any. I was going to put some items back but when she found rewards I could use, I bought it all. Thanks Gail!

Everything in this store is great. The only thing I’m disappointed with is the guy from the Amazon returns his name tag is Angel he is so rude. I return many things, but he still has the same bad attitude he doesn’t match the good vibes that are in the store in Elmhurst.
