Went with friends after seeing high ratings. The live music was good. That's it. Did not like the ambience and food at all. Infact food was horrible. Ordered Nachos which was very dry because of less chilli . When asked for extra it was charged in the bill. Chicken wings with bourbon sauce we're the one of the worst we had. The sauce was recommended by the server saying it's spicy but it was sweet and spicy. It was just drizzled on the fried chicken. We left it after a bite. 3rd dish was fried cod with fries - fried were sad and not crispy at all. Fish was okay with the tarter sauce. Overall the experience was below average so won't be going here again!! Not recommended at all.

Never been here before, it was a great place. The food was amazing! How the outside of the restaurant looks doesn't really catch one's eye, explains why I've never seen nor noticed it before. The inside was beautiful though, I would say a little more lighting would be nice. The waitress we got was very nice too and food didn't take too long to come out 😁

We ordered the Southwestern Chicken sandwich, which had cheddar cheese, bacon, and BBQ sauce, and we chose tater tots for our side. The chicken breast was grilled to perfection, and the tater tots were nice and crunchy, my compliments to the chef. We also ordered a side salad with thousand island dressing, and this was a nice dinner for the two of us to split. Just enough to not feel overstuffed after eating.

Great food. Had the buffalo wings and the Italian beef egg rolls or whatever there called. The wings are massive compared to the more common places you hear. Well worth the money and I will be back there soon for how much we enjoyed everything.

On a rare trip to Chicago for a work trip, I asked my brother, who is a local, where he'd love to go to dinner together and he said that hands down JT's has the best wings. And I couldn't agree more! After our 45 minute commute from Oak park, we arrive in the parking lot to a very eclectic setting of The the restaurant building, and going inside definitely gave a Tavern and saloon feel. Our waitress Suzy M was fantastic: attentive, friendly, and super helpful will we needed to make any changes to our order, refills, etc. I started off with a beer and put in order of the 10 piece Buffalo wings, and we got a 20 piece boneless wings with a multitude of sauces: Teriyaki, spicy garlic, Bourbon chili, and Thai chili. Their wings were absolutely massive, and the buffalo sauce was the most unique that I'd ever tasted colon some combination of Buffalo and tomato base on top of a very crispy fried wing. Absolutely amazing! 🔥 For our meal, I got the Southern Burger with pepper jack cheese, French fries, and a side of hush puppies, and my brother got another order of the buffalo wings 😆 For the three orders of wings we're looking at about $55, the burger and beers Hush Puppies we're probably another $35. It was a little on the pricey side for the wings but for their size and the quality definitely would come back

What a cool owner. I walked in and asked if they could put on the Iowa State game. They didn’t have ESPN+ so he bought a subscription on the spot. The wings are AMAZING here and all the other food is too! Great spot and an outdoor bar too!

A relaxed bar with great food. The best fried pickles I have ever had. I also liked the BBQ chicken salad! Would always recommend.

Went in there to gamble and have a few drinks. Not only was our tab screwed up but the atm machine they have gave a 20$ bill with a mark on it (refused in the machine). They didn’t accept the bill and refused to admit that there machine gave it to us. The manager was a complete jerk about the situation and refused to help try and make it right by refunding me 20$ from the machine that is in their establishment. I’ll never go back to this place. Use to go there a bunch but has gotten worse and worse. Handing out fake 20$ bills from your ATM and refusing to take ownership of it? Place has gone down hill. Quickly. 0/5 if possible.

I had a great experience at this location! The staff was quick, friendly, and accurate. Even though it was busy, the layout indoors was nice and spacious. I also enjoyed the pool table area and slots. The huge bar island in the middle was a great touch too! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out.

The service here is hit or miss. Some bartenders aren’t as good as others and are quick to not offer food because it’s too much work for them. Those same bartenders don’t offer water either when drinking. Other bartender Sonia is phenomenal all the time and that keeps me coming back. If other bartenders were like Kat and Sonia this place would be a 4 star experience. The food here is just ok. Nothing special. Mostly over fried items. I’ve tried many of their dishes and nothing stands out as phenomenal. Manager is always great however. Always swings by and says hi.

We caught a late lunch at JT's Porch and were immediately greeted and seated. The service was excellent. We received our orders quickly and they were deliciously wonderful. Thank you, JTP!

The drinks are pretty good. I ordered several gin and tonics and they don't skimp on the gin. The appetizers were really good and the burger was good too.

Stopped here after kids sports nearby for lunch. Food was excellent, staff was attentive and friendly, and lots of TVs for all the football games. Will visit again when in the area.

The tendies. Enough said. This place is amazing! Great place to catch a beer or drink with friends. I can’t ever go here without eating the tenders or wings because they are straight fire! The homemade buffalo sauce is the best in the area. Do not sleep on JTs, you will regret it. We eat here weekly.

Oh boy, we ordered $75 dollars worth of both traditional and boneless wings, almost all flavors. We made sure to ask for well done and the skin and meat was still somehow slimy and stringy. Had to fight to eat it lol. None of our “spicy” wings had any spice what so ever. Best thing from the meal was the ranch and celery sticks. Won’t come here again.

Only been there once. Went based on the wings recommendation from a friend. Great wings. Multiple sauces. Friendly tavern environment. I would recommend for a casual night out.

With my friends we are here every Thursday night after our soccer game for ice cold Stella and delicious chicken wings. Great atosphere, friendly owners, wonderful waiting staff. Recommend to everyone.

Totally impressed with this restaurant. Went there for the first time today and cannot wait to go back. Staff was amazing in the food was really good. What a fun atmosphere and a great place to hang out.

This place is a staple since i found it. I take most of my colleagues here for lunch, and then if we have a happy hour were right back here. For games and weekends the spot is full of life and you get great service. All the staff is amazing and the owner actually works out on the floor and checks on his guests. Also likely the cheapest place in the entire area with the best quality food. Nothing you order here will be bad, and you will always leave pleased and wanting to come back.

Good place to go to hang out and have drinks with friends. Don’t expect the food quality to be great, just average but they have a lot of options. I don’t recommend the fish fry.

Every single time I've ever been to this bar, I've had nothing but the most pleasant experience. The vibe is good. Great people, delicious food, excellent service & it doesn't hurt that most of the female bartenders are quite easy on the eyes 😏

They have a big tent setup on the side, and we sat outside. It's very nice under the tent. The Italian beef egg rolls are really good! A little spicy, but great flavor. The nacho platter and Bavarian pretzel sticks are my 2 favorite appetizers, I can make a meal out of these. And, they have fantastic tater tots! I don't think I've ever had anything there I didn't like. JT's has good food. The grilled ham & swiss is great, and so are the burgers.

Great local tavern, fire wings and a very astute night time staff. the bar service is excellent and quick. the management is on point and Fernando runs a tight shift and no BS on the weekends. good vibes 7 days a week here, would recommend 10/10

The wings here are absolutely fire. I ordered a half pound and ended up ordering another half pound because they were so good. Would come back here anytime.

The service and food was amazing. Will be back. I have had the same server for the last 3 times I went for lunch. Let me tell you, one of the best waitresses ever. I should know. I was one myself for 10 years. Her name is Angelica, super efficient and super friendly. The Friday fish fry is also fantastic. Thanks for the great service and fantastic food as usual.

Best spicy chicken sandwich! Waitstaff are always happy and kind. Just a great energy all the way around. We order takeout or dine in weekly. LOVE IT!!

this was my first time here.The food was good. I had a patty melt. hung out with some friends. good atmosphere. and not crazy loud like some bars. are waitress was good and observant. She noticed when we needed another drink. I think her name was Heather P. definitely will be back.
