Love the pasta and pizza! The food is excellent, great service, and definitely try the desserts! Also, the bread served when you arrive in is a great appetizer, though there is also a good selection of appetizers.

Love coming here. It’s my fav Italian restaurant I’ve been to their Elmhurst and Park Ridge location. I love the atmosphere at Elmhurst. Plus it’s downtown so you can walk around after eating all that delicious pasta. I always order the Cavatelli di casa with vodka sauce and crumbled sausage. It’s always perfection!

Went for Valentines day for the first time. The food and service were good. Presentation was very good. As stated by other reviewers, it is extremely loud and chaotic. I sat on the end of the table that had constant traffic behind me back and forth. One thing that I didn't like was the 3.5 percent credit card fee on the bill. I realize it's a cost of doing business, but I'd rather have that cost be absorbed in the price of the food, especially when you're having alcoholic drinks with your meal. May seem minor to some, but at our table of 8, at least half felt this way.

Go here all the time and it is consistently the best pizza around. The service and atmosphere are always on point. The Honey and Soppressata specialty pizza is a must try on the menu. Also an excellent wine selection.

Went here with my girlfriend and we both had an amazing time. The restaurant was beautiful and the ambiance was immaculate. The drinks were great and the service was genuinely amazing. Joe was our server and he tended to our needs very well without being pushy. Even more so, the busser was amazing as well. She grabbed our plates right away and always made sure our water was full. Both of them combined left me and my girlfriend speechless on their service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and especially our server. Props to the bartender for the amazing drinks too.

Overall great experience! Food overall was delicious and and the atmosphere was overall pretty good. The service was good too. It could be better, but for the price the quality of food, service and atmosphere is great. There's a few things I would say could be better though. I love tiramisu and I've eaten it in many places around the world, the tiramisu here is just okay, a 6 out of 10. It's too wet and is lacking boldness in flavours. The atmosphere as well, for me, was ruined a little by the TVs everywhere. But there might be a section without screens, I don't know. It was just distracting from the culinary experience and the sort of upscale feel of the place. Just my opinion, I would've preferred only screens above the bar or something, so I could sit elsewhere or face another direction. We ate the caprese salad, a pizza, and calamari. All good! I will definitely be back :)

Okay we love Pazzi every time we come but this was the BEST SERVICE, BEST MEAL AND BEST COCKTAILS we've had. We love this place. Jozeph was a great server, friendly and quick! this was some of the best service we've experienced in the past year of dining. Thank you thank you!! Get the RASPBERRY SPICY MARGARITA!! So good

This was my first and last time in this restaurant. My pasta was a little hard but that was not the worst. The service was bad, Hostess don’t acknowledge you at the entrance and she looks like she doesn’t want to be there. Some of the waitresses ignores your request I guess because you are not her table. The manager and one of the girls who was not our waitress were the nicest one and the ones making sure everything was okay .

Food: 3.5 stars Service: 3 stars Atmosphere: 4 stars We had lunch on the hottest day of the year after strolling through the Umbrella exhibitions around Elmhurst. We order a bunch of appetizers, which were excellent and huge servings. We over ordered and left satisfied. The mushrooms were fantastic, lots of cheese, mussels well seasoned, the calamari was good, octopus a little chewy, and the Burrata Prosciutto salad was excellent. Presentation of the salad could use tweaking, making it a bit more delicate. Our server, Francesca, is young and can use coaching, more training. We are boomers and she talked to us as if we were in our 20s. My Aperol cocktail was mediocre, no garnish, and spilled over, which our server did not cleaned up. Overall was an okay experience with room for improvement

Cocktail and wine list excellent. Thin crust but burnt. Clean your oven. Pizza cheese slid off crust. Tomato sauce was watery & meh causing the cheese & toppings to fall in my lap.. we’ll come back 1 more time to try the pasta.

We went on Saturday and the restaurant was jam-packed! But we was able to get in right away which I was very surprised. The waitress was great even though I don't remember her name but it's now 3 weeks ago. She gave great choices off the menu to try and as well with dessert. Everything tastes like it was made from scratch. Looking for a great Italian experience this is one of the places to check out even though we have tons of Italian restaurants in the area. But each one seems to have something a little different than others.

Good food. They were really busy and we received someone else's order twice, not a big deal, they took care of it. Their name says pizza, but they have an extensive menu and drink and wine lists. Overall, we had a good time. There's a parking structure on the next block west if needed.

35 minutes where only one waiter paid attention to us & brings out our bread &water. Every other waitress/waiter turns an eye if we tried to get their attention. No one asked if we were ready to order or a checking in that whole time. Then comes out the manager and does nothing but check in with the other guests and look over their tables. The restaurant was not busy or even close to half capacity. I’ve never left with such a sour taste from a restaurant. As soon as we left the manager walks over to our table to clean up. Why away is if we were not welcomed into your establishment??

We had a family style dinner experience and were able to taste multiple dishes. The eggplant and calamari appetizers were excellent. The house salad dressing was really good with ample tomato and cucumber. The lemon chicken was delicious, and the pasta with the vodka sauce was outstanding. My favorite was the amazing and mild sausage and peppers. I highly recommend this place.

Pazzi is always on point with their food. One of the best Italian restaurants in the Chicagoland area. Last weekend, watched a soccer game at the bar and had some great cocktails from the bar tender Denise. She was great and enjoyed talking with her. Finished off the meal with an espresso, Gelato and Tiramisu. Highly recommend Pazzi!

Fantastic Neapolitan style pizza. Solid under carriage, delicious crust. You can finish a whole pizza and not feel uncomfortable - looking at you, deep-dish. Hot honey is a must. Margherita on point too. Will order again and again.

Very noisy and took a long time to put an order in. The baked clams were excellent as well as the vodka gnochi. Char on the steak was to well done as compared to medium rare as ordered. A great place to try

Fun place with great drinks, food and ambiance. Good service, food comes out a little slow but it's always hot and freshly prepared. It's a popular and busy restaurant (especially weekends) so don't whine like a lot of the reviewers here.

Really liked this place. We mostly ordered breakfast and they were good! Service was good too even when we came during peak brunch hours on a Saturday. Pricing is reasonable for the food we got.

I went here with my sister two nights ago, and the service from Angelina was outstanding. She was so nice and super helpful giving great recommendations. The food was also delicious. We started with the arancini and a margherita pizza, both excellent. My sister had the chicken Parmesan and I order the clam linguine. Her meal was perfect and she very much enjoyed it. The pasta was very good, unfortunately I did find a rock in it. Angelina, was shocked as well and immediately took it back replacing it with a new one. Sometimes things happen, and I honestly didn’t know if it was normal 🤷‍♀️. Anyway I ate half of my new linguine until I was full. It was delicious, we took our leftovers home excited for lunch the next day. Well today I go to heat up my pasta and low and behold I found another rock. Again I don’t know if this is normal or if I’m being dramatic. Food was great, service was outstanding, I just know not to order the clam linguine. (I have a video of the first pasta too but it only allows me to post photos)
