Super disappointed with this location. I was just there and picked up a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru. When I came home I discovered that there was nothing on my sandwich besides two pickles. I would have given this review one star, but the chicken was delicious as always. I’ve never had this happen to me at any other location. Seriously a bummer.

Aside from the long wait times just to receive lukewarm breakfast, this store did not even do the bare minimum to ensure a comfortable experience. I asked a gentleman if they took military discount and he proceeded to give me the “stink” eye, looked up and down at me and say “no we don’t.” After I was handed my food I said thank you respectfully then he closed the drive thru window accompanied by the rolling of his eyes. I have been to several locations and all were welcoming and accommodating to the armed forces. Stay away from this place please.

Delicioso I went all in on this visit for breakfast I custom made my sandwich hot chicken with the McMuffin added four strips of bacon also had a lemonade added strawberry and a order of chicken meaty it was expensive but truly worth it

This restaurant is very clean. Friendly employees. Exelent food. This place has skytubes for kids. Highly recommend.

I think this location consistently underperforms the chick average experience.... Dirty dining room, hard to find a clean table in an almost empty dining room!! Then it took 20 minutes to get two milk shakes we ordered with our meals (ahead of time on the app... )ie, we had finished our meals before we got our shakes. ???!!!! Sad. Disappointing. Next question....why preorder on the app if they don't start the cooking until you arrive??? 🤔😥

Solid chicken but not much else, although I always appreciate their waffle fries. Friendly staff. Cute little play place for the kids but many local McDonald's have larger ones.

Grilled chicken sandwich was not like it should be. Chicken sandwich and nuggets were yummy.

Like this Chick-Fil-A. They give me what feels like fresh food. My chicken strips and fries were super-hot as if they just came out of the fryer. I was very happy about that. Staff was polite. The warm, friendly and smiling customer service was superb. This place was quick when I ordered! Amazing tasting food and very well packed and presented. Food came quick. No complaints. Great food, crispy and juicy chicken strips and refreshing drinks. Good job. And good quality of food has. It was top notch customer service. and I'm happy to say this one is just as delicious as the others, as well as quite friendly and as a bonus the cleanest one I've seen too.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A you can go to they are extremely under staff and there's lady called Terra that will give you attitude for no reason. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the store was also a major concern. Tables were dirty, and the floor looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. It's disheartening to see such a lack of attention to hygiene, especially given the current emphasis on cleanliness in dining establishments. From lackluster customer service and disappointing food quality to substandard cleanliness, I cannot recommend this particular location to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience.

It pains me, as an ex-Chick-fil-a Trainer, to say that this location is just not up to par with the other locations. They cook the food properly and clean the restaurant, I'll give them that. However, I've never had any other restaurant, let alone another Chick-fil-a, mess up my order more times than this one. They are consistent at not giving you everything you ordered, or the wrong order entirely. Also, it seems like you need to get there during slow hours in order to get your food in a timely manner. For a company who focuses on legendary customer service, you only sometimes get friendly service. Seems like most of the staff just want to give you the food so you can go away. Hopefully this location can make adjustments in the customer service department.

Super nice playplace with a whole section for under 3 plus a climbing area and a big tube slide and a car they can clamber into. The playplace is it's own little area so the door can be closed and you can watch them easily but not hear all the screaming while they play which is super nice. The food was delicious and the service fantastic. Shout-out to Miss Terra who was the best!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost three years now. It is EXEMPLARY in their operations. Every single employee is kind, polite, and competent. As an example,I ordered takeout from here today and this young man named Omar served me. It’s the little things: he was extremely polite and professional and had my order ready in no more than a minute and had me going on about my day. I don’t know who runs this place but I just wanted to relay how well I think this place runs and I think the people who work here deserve some credit. Keep making the Lords’ chicken God Bless!

Today a man (I believe the manager) helped me unlock my car in the cold. He was very polite and super helpful with my situation. 11/10 customer service and the food was also good

We ordered delivery and it was perfection! Food was fresh and delicious. We used the app to order on our 10-minute drive there. Great decision! We will definitely do this next time as there was literally no weight at all! Service was great as usual.

We arrived to this location at 9:30 am on Saturday July 2, 2022. The restaurant was almost empty and there was no line. My husband ordered spicy strip biscuit (meal) and I ordered an egg white grill sandwich (meal). The ordered arrived very fast (within seconds), which should have been a red flag. Both of our meals were lukewarm. We are loyal customers of Chick-fil-A and were devastated with such poor quality of food. This particular location serves lukewarm meals.

Good location for the most part, the renovations are great. Could use a little something... ■Parking is plentiful. 🚙 ■Drive thru get packed. ■There's inconsistencies in portions and order accuracy. But that happens, nothing is perfect. ■Otherwise, good location, maybe offer a 1st Responder/Military discount? 🪖

I went through the drive through at exactly 1:37 and order 2 spicy deluxe chicken sandwich’s one as a mean and one alone, and a 12 count nugget meal. I got back to my work and come to find out both sandwiches aren’t what I asked for and there are no nuggets. Plus for Chick-fil-a they only had 2 cars in the drive through. Train your employees better No refunds unless you bring all the food back, no apologies. If you could give zero starts you’d bet I would’ve done that.

I love your lemonade But, after trying the grilled chicken sandwich for my first time, sorry but, NEVER again... The chicken portion was smaller than the bun size, the seasoning of the chicken was strong and strange. Didn't care for the bread either...

If you are picking up orders for a third party carrier this is thee absolute worst location to do so. One snobby manager (no names needed) loves to say "it was picked up an hour ago!" Without even checking the system. I would hate to think it's a race issue other than simply being a lazy issue. So I suggest phone ahead before you come to this location to pick up an order.

I had not been to Chic Fil A in quite some time and was promptly reminded why. Ellie, the Director (I only know because she made sure to remind me), was rude and aggressive. She was very condescending and even in my face in front of the entire lobby. Luckily there was someone there to deescalate, tell her to walk away and let a professional handle it. My recommendation: a muzzle, I thought she was going to bite. I would be mortified if someone represented me and my business in that manner.

I won't change anyone's mind for or against Chick fil a. But if you're in the mood for some of their food, this is one of the good locations. Great service. Is willing to help you through your order if you can't decide. Food is fresh and warm. Everything you could want from a chick fil a.

My kids love chick fil a, is close to home and they are fast with our food and never get our order wrong. Their waffle fries are always nice and warm and fresh tasting. The staff is always friendly and we get our food quickly every time. Their chicken sandwich deluxe is juicy and tasty and I usually go with the spicy one

Wonderful service from the people director Kirstie! I appreciated her bringing the food to the outside patio for me to eat. Food was delicious as always had the chicken egg and cheese biscuit breakfast sandwich :-)

Got here in line 5 min before close and when it was my turn it was 2 min after close and they still took my order. thanks for that. the food was ok. the fries were unsalted so i couldn’t really enjoy those and the food wasn’t as “fresh” but still enjoyed it. kind of what i expected from ordering last minute during close.

I didn’t know I had to pull up to receive my order. 1 minute after breakfast ended I pulled up on my motorcycle but they still made my order. I was very appreciative and the staff was very kind.

One of the riskiest arrangements for accessing a restaurant I have ever seen… it involves a circular drive-through path that continuously loops around, posing potential hazards for young children and elderly patrons trying to navigate the area. I strongly recommend reconsidering this layout as it may inadvertently convey an unwelcoming atmosphere, deterring people from visiting your establishment.
