I stopped by this Bdubs many times over the years (dine-in for lunch or carryout for dinner) and always had good experiences. The service was usually great and wings were consistently sauced, which is a problem at other buffalo wild wings. I can tell this location is well-managed. Definitely recommended!

BWW has promotion for BOGO wings for either pick up, dine or delivery. They refuse to honor the promotion through delivery and all prices are an addition $5 to all wing sizes. I will not eat here. Also this is what my food was like... Lemon pepper had some wood chip like seasoning. Almost no rub on the wings. Used ranch to flavor the wings. Update: I ordered a $17 brisket burger and they barely put brisket on it and skimpy fries.

The food was good as usual, just seemed costly for the portions. The Elmhurst location has robots that deliver food to the tables now. The place was pretty dead for a Monday night. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, it was just ok. The potato wedges were awesome.

Very slow service despite plenty of staff. Had to wait awhile on drinks because told there was no clean glasses, yet other tables got theirs. Then had to wait on silverware after the food came, again told there was no clean silverware, yet other tables got theirs. Was asked if I wanted ranch or bleu cheese with wings, then charged 1.50 EACH for 4 little containers. Was due back 27 cents change, asked by the waitress if it was OK if I forgot about that because she didn't have change. Seriously? I don't care about the 27 cents, but that capped off a bad experience. Never experienced anything like this before, anywhere.

I usually go to the Lombard location and I love it. The Elmhurst location's wings were way smaller though. Idk the deal with that. I was a little disappointed that the wings were so much smaller than Lombard. Stick with Lombard if you have a choice. Otherwise the staff was nice and the place was clean. No complaints there.

Disappointed with this buffalo wild wings location. The inside of my chicken was pink. Honestly, not happy with my entire food order. The food quality here is low compared to other BWW.

The restaurant was not clean, when you walk in there was lots of fires and garbage on the floor. The bathroom was filthy. There is years s of dust that has turned to grime on the toilet paper dispenser. The wings were good but the food took forever to come to our table, they were very busy with takeout orders. They need more staff. Our waiter was nice but with all the busyness never brought our fries.

Terrible service. Waited over 5 minutes before a server approached our table. Plenty of staff, not too many patrons at the time. She took drink and food order at the same time. Stopped by the table once asking how we were doing. Took a long time for her to finally come back with our check. Food was good.

They were crowded around 7:40, a 30 to 45 mins wait.we sat at the bar for faster seating purposes. The waitress was more focused on the table, we our drinks and order appetizers l. She never asked if we wanted to order food. Came and asked if we wanted to go boxes and no bag. We were talking, and she was coming. Over heard us talking about asking the bartender to make us another drink, she asked. She made the second drinks and I had to ask for bags, she went back to the tables. The service I received determined their tip. She got no tip. We had to get the bartender to cash us out. He kept asking us if everything was ok, but she didnt asked not once..I wanted to tip him, but I was told he would give it to her, and we didn't tip him.

Stop after a movie(directly across the street). Early dinner, burgers and a drink special. Drinks specials from 3-6pm daily. Burger was good. Surprise, surprise, food was brought to table by robot, whoa! Didn't know what was happening but the robot explained. Looks like great spot to catch Saturday/Sunday football.

Met a friend for lunch. Service was friendly, prompt, and accurate. I'm not a fan of the robot... is corporate trialing a robot to eliminate staff? That's the way it seems, because I can't imagine an inefficient robot being able to replace human skill or efficiency.

Definitely my favorite location that I have been to. The guy at the counter was friendly and very helpful when I was trying to figure out what to get to use up my gift card. Underrated skill for sure. All-American Cheeseburger is still delicious, and the Mac and cheese was a great dip for the potato wedges.

Drove all the way from Oak Park ditching Bdubs closer to my location for a change and ended up instantly regretting. There was barely any Thai and Pizza sauce on our wings. Thai curry especially was excruciatingly bland. I should have checked when I picked. If BOGO means bad quality, then might as well say conditions apply. Very disappointed.

Under staffed, once we did get a waitress she did a fine job. Everything else was good as any other establishment (Hooters)eg.

If an order isn’t ready for pick up then don’t send it out for an uber driver to pick it up. Get there and wait 10 minutes for an order. They said tsp minutes on other order. After being there for 17 minutes, they tell me it’s gonna be another 10 minutes. Wasting my time and my money!! Cost me $30 (thanksgiving quests) cause BDubs can’t get this right. Smh

This place isn't Magnificent by any means , but they do have consistent and delicious food. Not much has changed since I was last here about 4-5 years ago. I admit it made it easy for me to order food and locate the bathroom, which is an important part of eating at B-Dubs.... My son and I were a bit disappointed that we got there, significantly before 9pm and when we asked to be seated on the patio, they informed us that the patio was actually in the works of closing. There were about 4-6 guests currently seated on the patio, at the time we were told its closed for the night. So my son and I ended up getting a pretty nice booth mirror bunch of T v's which we actually enjoyed, but once we received our drinks and appetizer, the front door started bursting open with guests. Due to the amount of guests that were consistently arriving, I noticed the host offering PATIO SEATING.....!!!! Like What the Hell!!! It was extremely irritating to see guests walking in after my son and I, and getting Amazing Patio Seating. After we were told it was closed. 😒☹😕😧🤨😡🤬

I ordered traditional chicken wings and they are hard to chew. This is not the first time. Finally my husband and I decided to never go there anymore.

Buffalo is always a good place. I recommend going with a smaller party just because it makes it easier on the staff. Food is good. Service is alright. We could've had more attention to drinks but I also understand its a lot to handle a large party.

I would give it a 5 but the reason why I’m giving it a 4 was because when it came to paying our waitress she had blonde hair she kept the change which was very odd because why keep the change when we were going to tip her using the money that she had to give was $15 change she was supposed to give us back which we were going to use that money to tip her but her not even asking if we wanted our change like what??? she could of ask if we wanted our change

Took a little bit too long about 45 min to serve our food and when we wanted to use the bathroom the manager David refused to let my cousin of 7 use it but he let other kids use it . Which seemed very racist. I literally had to forcely go around him and wait till he was occupied to let him use it and we were paying customers.

Eric at the bar was great and Not Eric was good too. Food was consistent with the Bdubs brand. Service was personable and accommodating. Couldn’t ask for a better first impression. I will be back for sure.

This buffalo wild wings is located in the center of downtown Elmhurst. When you walk in the lighting is dim but there are large televisions on the walls that usually light up the room. One of the hostesses approaches you and walks you to your seat. The seating is very informal but I think that's what makes it fun. There is a very large bar with many drink options.

Waited almost 30 minutes for our orders to be taken and another 20 minutes to get the food. First: add sodium content along with calories because the boneless Buffalo wings were beyond salty, totally unpalatable . I ordered a double smash burger and all I wanted was no coarse black pepper and just lettuce and tomato. I got a burger with bacon jam and onions. They comped me for new burger. Problem was: the meat was spicy to the point I refused to finish it. Service was lacking. Only once did they come and ask if everything was okay. Once on a party of five. Not recommended

I have not dined at any bdubbs for a few years, and having Jessica as my waitress made me want to return again sooner than later. She was kind and helpful, and she went above and beyond for us. She was quick and attentive. I will always request her when I go to back.

Dark haired server/bartender at the bar was amazing. Best service I've ever seen. She was constantly moving, checking on 5-6 tables every 5-10 minutes, most attentive server I've ever had the pleasure of being deserved by. He's also cleaned tables immediately after people left. Thank you.

Its better to call in orders. They were working hard but they were slammed with orders. Online orders took twice as long than advertised

Pick up only experience. My order is always correct. Food is always hot and good. Employees at the counter are always polite. Sometimes you will be waiting for someone to greet you but isn't for long. I only gave this place 4 star because of the location. It can get crowded and you have to park way too far just to pick up your order which stinks.

I ordered 40 wings , was missing some they barely added sauce to them & some of them are burnt, called to return them gave me a bad attitude I love bdubs but sadly will not be returning to this specific location 1/10 would not recommend , uploaded images of the wings ,

This place is really great, clean and well serve. I been going to this place since I was little. There sometimes where we get some bad service but that because everyone different, but I'll say most of the time they have a great service. I always order boneless wings and when I received them, they look, and taste really good. The wings looks like they added good enough sauce so it wont dried up when the wings cool down. I would recommend you guys to go and try this place.

Some buddies and I went there and about halfway through our time there we noticed our waitress was being very rude towards us. It was very confusing because we couldn’t think of anything we did to upset her. Turns out we were accused of stealing her tip from the table next to us. Very offending to just up right get accused of stealing and there was no apology. Just plain rude.

was a regular here…this particular b dubs was my favorite because of their awesome specials and their bar staff. today, some 800 pound manager went out of his way to harass me, made false claims, and was just down right rude. I immediately left, will never be back.

Ordered wings, salad & a sandwich online for p/u. Said food would be ready at 6:50p. Arrived at 6:55. The order was ready at 7:22p. They were busy (Tuesday night wing special), but don't promise if you can't deliver. I wouldn't have hurried there if they had given realistic time. The greeter ignored us. To the management's credit, they apologized for the delay multiple times. The sandwich was fine, no complaints. They didn't include the ranch dressing we ordered for the salad. The 30 traditional wings were overcooked (dried out). Not much flavor, no sauce. Not hard to figure out why they are going bankrupt! Used to be my favorite place. They have gone way downhill in recent years.

Working as a delivery driver. I’ve been seating in the restaurant for over 30 min. They got 4 people working on the front desk, half of them is useless... could probably be better help in the kitchen since they are far behind their orders. Wings still taste good tho !

This place is really good the wings are always crispy and cooked to perfection. I love that you can ask for them a little more saucy and they meet just right. My ultimate classic go to is the honey but the Mango Habanero is always a must . Their tots are flavorful as well and their strawberry Henry drink is perfect strong and sweet!!

I love Buffalo wild wing so it was a breath of fresh air being able to go dine in while socially distant

The skin in the wings was very fatty, loose, nasty. Asked for 4 blue cheese dips and got two with one of them open and spilled all over the inside of the bag. I will not come back for a while.

Wow! Had no idea today was the grand opening in Melrose Park and I happen to stop there for lunch! They had some amazing deals going on and the server was the sweetest! Her name was Melody! Everyone there was so nice and guided me through the “GO” process. I’m so happy they’re here in MP and I can have my BWW fix anytime I want it!!
