One of the WORST fast food or any type of restaurant/ coffee shops I have ever experienced. What is amazing is that when the owner and/or his wife are there is gets even worse. They are not bad people. It's just that they have no clue what they are doing. I live about 200 yards from this DD and I will not go there anymore longer. They screw up even the simplest order. Are not capable communicating. I don't care if they would give me my order for free. I won't go there anymore. BEWARE!!!!!! UPDATE 8/13/23 My grandchildren were staying over so I decided to get DD for breakfast. I had a large order with several different items and amounts. Not only did they get everything done correctly they handled the stress of a l arge order on a busy morning. Great job!

I rarely ever review or care enough to do so. However this has to be the worst dunkin I've ever been too. I ordered as simple as possible. 2 hash browns and a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. I ended up waiting for 15 min then when I got it all my food was cold. The egg in the sandwich was cold to the touch and the hash browns were not fully cooked. I was so worried they would mess it up again it wasn't worth going back and asking for a new sandwich. I'll never go here again.

If 0 stars was an option, that's what I would give this place. It's supposed to open at 5:30 am. I got there a couple minutes after it's supposed to be open and it's dark. Around 5:40 the guy turns the lights on. I go inside and none of the donuts were put on the rack yet, the coffee wasn't made yet, etc. I asked him if he could take the donuts from the big rack they were on and he said "no you have to wait, I just got here". 😮😑 So it's my problem that you came in late and didn't open on time?! He was so rude about it too. I will NEVER come back to this Dunkin Donuts. I'd rather drive a little farther for good service at a place that opens on time versus going to this one where they open late, are rude, and completely unapologetic. Never again. ✌🏽🙄

A smaller Dunkin Donuts location with limited seating ( see photos), no drive thru and a congested (in my opinion) order section but on a good note it had a friendly staff! I personally prefer and larger seating area so you’re not on top of the next person but you can always get it to go!

5 out of 5 times me order is wrong, guy just ignores what we say! Found them closed early a couple times in a row! Always rude, and then gave me some B.S. line about not being able to give the dollar coffee on more than one drink! Since when? No other Dunkin cares. Worst service ever, never coming back to this dingy little hole.

Horrible I came at 6:30 to get coffee and the doors were locked and the manager said they were closed. I looked up when they close and it says 8. I called them and the manager simply hung up the phone. How are you suppose to run a business?

Boycott this Dunkin! How about this Dunkin Donuts location allow EQUAL bathroom access for the HANDICAPPED! The store worker said that he would not move the large carts in front of the bathroom and that no one with a wheelchair comes in--this is not acceptable! I already contacted Elmhurst Village Hall's Code department and corporate!

Made an error on order - host was gracious and patient despite how busy it was. Nice to get great service :-)

Small Dunkin' Our Iced Caramel Signature Lattes were excellent and made very very fast. He scanned a coupon so it was cheap as well.

This specific location serves a full cup of caffeine to customers that specifically ask for decaf. They also do not serve dark roast but add a shot of espresso and call it a day. Bagels and other donuts have fallen on the floor and 2 second rule always applies… Management? No such thing, just an older couple who makes anyone with no qualifications a manager and has no clue how to run a day to day operation.

Staff is so fast! Even two people did great job in the busy hour! Plus always fresh food and coffee

Please be careful what you eat from this location. I noticed one of the workers moving bagels around, with her car keys in her hand and NO GLOVE.

Did an app order... came in, no one in front... had to make my presence known, then tells me they don't have what I ordered, offered bagel instead told her only if it's fresh!!! Guess who sandwich is hard as a rock. I knew better... never again... and didn't even thank me for the order... get a different job lady

Very good, friendly service, the espresso is excellent and a real bargain (they just installed new machines). Have had good breakfast sandwiches here as well. Recommended.

I let it go first or 2nd time I had bad experience. But this young blond girl took care of the customers before myself and my girlfriend and then stepped away and started making tea of all things.. and it turned out to be to go for customers that weren't even there... she literally took like 5 minutes before turning back towards us and helping us. Also when I stopped there before wearing my police uniform they were always nice but just when im with my girlfriend they are rude or take forever or get ignored.

I went in and they no donuts, so I ordered a large iced coffee and they were out of large cups so he gave me a medium and charged me for a large. The only employee there didn't even care to be in uniform

Every time I go here, I have an awful experience. On more than one occasion, they have made my drink wrong because they don’t pay attention to what you actually order, they hear one thing and start making a drink. They have literally given me a latte with no espresso in it, just milk and flavor. Today, they told me they wouldn’t accept a Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donuts card because it wasn’t a store that had both. Then I pointed out to them it was the same company and they literally had both logos on their uniforms. They finally tried it and surprise surprise, it worked. They told me I only had $5.50 on there when I had never used the card before and it said $10 on it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved along. They handed me my latte which was not closed at all and I spilled it all over myself, and they just ignored it acting like it didn’t happen. I ordered and payed for a sandwich they were out of so I asked for my money back. They gave me $2.50 back when the sandwich was more than that and it said so on my receipt. I was so over it at this point. They employees are constantly messing up and are rude about it. Drive the extra 10 minutes and visit any other DD than this one. Awful awful awful.

Typical Dunkin doughnuts Starbucks wanna be. They screwed all the middle class because they think they can charge as much as Starbucks. Great coffee but the price is too high and there Donut's aren't the best you can tell they make them with the absolute cheapest ingredients. If you don't eat them right away then there stale sometimes you get a stale one right from the rack Go too McDonald's and it's a much better deal.
