I’m quite disappointed. The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because Burger King is sometimes consistent with their schedule I really enjoy eating here but what really makes me extremely frustrated is how Burger King does not update their information on whether eating in is an option. This has happened several times by now where I want to eat in the restaurant since they label themselves with that option but then I am I just at the door, only to realize it’s locked so I need to get back into my car, start it up, and go through the drive through. I’m not a fan of eating in my car so I just end up going to a different place. Like just update your information on whether we can’t eat in or not so I won’t need to waste 5 minutes of my life writing this review in my car

Dont eat here! They gave me food poisoning. My food tasted funny but I was very hungry so didn't think much of it. A little bit after I finished my food my stomach started to hurt very bad. It lasted hours and kept getting worse. I took pesto bismol and tums. An hour later I started throwing up a lot. They were the only thing I ate yesterday, so it was their food that caused me to get sick.

Drove 15 minutes to get here a little after midnight since it says it’s open til 2am. I get here and it’s closed, even the app says it’s open and still takes orders. Management team needs help.

Hamburger made to order was absolutely outstanding. Exactly as ordered hot fresh and yummy 😋

They pull you up to wait forever for your order just to give you the wrong order and give you attitude about it.

Friday, December 22 at 12 AM in the morning I decided to order 2 8 piece chicken nuggets. They were so old and dry I can’t believe the girl (some blonde bimbo) gave me them. Unbelievable no wonder Burger King is going downhill. Do you think she would have enough common sense to say let me make you some fresh ones but the power went out that night and she probably figured I’ll just give them these old things have been sitting there for seven hours. The power was only out for three minutes, but she wanted to go home early

Never threw up this much in my entire life. I came home and my stomach felt off and I couldn't sleep. Next thing I knew I was hunched over the toilet for a good 20 mins. Haven't eaten all day and it was a late night choice I regret. Never again. Can't look at a whopper and the chicken fries the same again. Should have stuck with my first instinct and gone to portillos next door. Can't fall back asleep and it's close to 4 in the morning. I have a busy day ahead of me. Huge inconvenience

Usually after eight they stop serving most menu items especially shakes and ice creams. Every time the excuse is broken machines with a rude tone.

Peace, tonight my order was prepared wrong, I'm a regular, the night manager knows that I'm allergic to mayo, I have proof on the burger King app how i order my impossible whopper whenever I order at that location, she prepared my order wrong, I came back to get another sandwich or a refund she gave me neither, instead she talk down to me as I'm beneath her, she treated me unpleasant and bad, she treated me like I was a criminal, then she call the 🐖 🐷 on me, like that would make me move, I didn't move, I sat in the drive-thru in my car till I was ready to move! Burger King lost money tonight! I FEAR NO MAN! Especially No 🚔.... I FEAR GOD! I told the 👮‍♂️ how she treated me, they didn't care, they tried bullied me by telling me the racist burger King manager filed a trespassing complaint against me, I know my rights, I committed no crime! To the CEO of Burger King/corporate offices, this is not the first bad experience and horrible attitude I've have received at a Burger King restaurant, here's a suggestion...try hiring other cultures/nationalities other than one group of people, everybody WANT/NEEDS TO WORK! to my BLACK/AFRICAN people STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION, GO WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED WITH RESPECT REGARDLESS OF YOUR SKIN COLOR. Ridiculous! They don’t want to work so they fix your food however they feel I asked for a chicken sandwich and got a mayo sandwich. DO NOT GO HERE

Horrible people. Horrible food. They don’t let you in the restaurant and they play video games or Sit on their phones. Unbelievable how the whole country is going into a pit.

Terrible they say there drive through closes at 2AM what a joke thus burger king closes early majority of the time there schedule very inconsistent and the food quality is terrible compared to other BK. The owner should be ashamed on how this restaurant is running. Spend your money somewhere else or any other Buger King

Always closes early, literally went through last week at 10:45PM and they asked if it was a pick up, said no, they proceeded to tell me they're closed, when I told them its early, they lied and said they had no food. The night shift thinks its funny to talk about you in spanish and laugh, until they realize you can understand them. Or completely ignore you while youre standing at the window. They pulled a fast one on an order. Gave them a coupon for 2 double cheeseburgers, received 2 singles and when I called they said I gave them a coupon for 2 singles, even though they charged me for the doubles. How this place stays open is beyond me.

They smell old oil, fat and something more everyday! Get rid of it please !

The manager there takes rude and ignorant to the next level! No wonder why there are never any cars in the drive thru when every other restaurant is packed. Sometimes it is better to have no manager than to have one that drives business away. Never had the chance to try the food because after I saw the receipt and told her she is missing the 4 chicken sandwiches on my order, she got angry with me, so I asked her to refund my credit card and I left!

Absolute worst BK I've been to.wouldnt let us in to order my truck is to big for the drive through and wouldn't let us do a walk up order.watch the only worker(a Latino woman) spit on the floor.went to McDonald's down the street and walked right in and ordered.

This location rules 😂Artemis is awesome, I remember when he worked at the old BK on York road where Culver's is now. I always come in the morning for burgers, and he and his team make the sandwiches soooo good! Thanks again

I ordered the Baconator meal subed large onion rings for fries. Onion rings were not fresh and burger was not good. Large DR Pepper was flat. Service was nice .

I drive 20 minutes just to go to this burger king because they do it great, excellent food, the two burger kings by my house are so bad its like your not even at burger king. Please dont change your staff.

King burgers are garbage. Whopper price has been greatly increased. Impossible Whopper is good but price has been increased.

Place a mobile order and they forgot my large fry. I was the only car in drive-thru and no customers inside so I don’t understand why rush or how could you forgot something when you can take your time? I don’t even have a ride back to the restaurant to get my fries back. Do better. The Mexican ladies working Monday, September 25 should work harder.
