    Employees were really toasted and forgot half of our food twice somehow. Again, Even as the person this happened to, I am still flabbergasted that they somehow manage to mess up half of the order twice for the same order. You guys like magic tricks come here because this is simply amazing.

    I just recently noticed that McDonald's was open for foot traffic. I'm glad about this because there is less a chance for mistakes with an order when your face to face with who is taking g your order. Not that is is a major problem that I experienced with McDonald's. Anyway, this particular store is always clean, up to date furnishings etc. Staff is attentive and friendly. This store should be used as an example to others.

    This McDonald’s is a joke. They literally have people that are high working at drive-through. I told the lady at the drive-through that I wanted one hot and spicy sandwich. And that was it. They gave me a regular mc chicken sandwich and really salty fries. 🍟 🤮 and old lettuce. Stale fries too

    Still struggle with getting the order right , but it is getting better. I love that the drive thru is quick! And if you haven't yet tried the app, you should. You get points, BOGOs and other discounts. Well worth the time!

    Stopped in here for breakfast we were in the area for doctors appointment and needed to kill some time. I had one of the BEST sausage mcmuffins and my husband also had one of the Best bacon egg and cheese biscuits. The cashier was very friendly and service was fast. Dining area was very clean.

    Drive thru. I had a taste for a 1/4 Pounder.. I had a receipt filled in from McD voice and received 1 free! A large coffee and all was tasty as expected.

    Worst McDonald’s you could go to in the elmhurst area. People say the north side is bad but the amount of disrespect I got from front counter was actually crazy. I got mobile order and I’m looking at the screen where there’s supposed to be an order screen with numbers, clearly not being used but definitely working. They brought orders up and had no tags on them so when I looked at one cause I’m waiting for my mobile pick up. Lady comes up and rips it out of my hand and says not yours. Not only that but customers there don’t seem friendly as well people making remarks at each other. As I walk out after grabbing my stuff I told them one of the workers snatched the food out my hand like I’m a child. And as I walked away they laughed. So should I be worried about spit in my food. I don’t know. But what I do know is that corporate will be hearing from me.

    Supposedly open. No answer at drive thru. Person in front of me drove off. Do the owners care or even live in this area? Cant blame the workers. The owner prolly dosent care either. I should know better than to rely on corporate. Just wish there was a local option open late. Too bad mcdonalds put them out of business.

    My wife went here with our kids for breakfast while I had a doctor's appointment down the street. English is not my wife's first language, and she placed her order with an employee whose first language also is not English. My wife asked for a pancake meal that comes with eggs, which the employee acknowledged, but her meal ended up not including eggs. She went back to the counter to clarify, at which time the manager spoke with a complete lack of respect to my wife and loudly told her she just ordered the wrong meal. I'm sure the manager is overworked and stressed, but if she cannot speak to customers with civility and respect regardless of what their first language is, she needs a new career. We won't be back.

    Just went to that McDonald’s at 11:10pm and everything that I order was sad everything was plan they gave us a quarter pounder but inside was a double quarter pounder and got a double quarter pounder and inside was a quarter pounder then did not give us fries and the employees were getting mad and started to argue with us that it’s inside those fries weren’t never there then we ask for ketchup and bbq they did not give it to us those employees were slow as hell never going there again.

    Nice clean. Relatively large dining area. Reason I felt the need to write a review: it's the cleanest fast food place I have ever been to. Best Service. Very friendly, professional! It's such a cozy location, comfortable seating and the interior is beautiful. Employees seem happy, and attentive to their customers. No need to wait for your number, or name to be called. Just go be seated, and they will find your number on the table, and bring your food to you with a friendly smile. The food was just what I expected. Keep up the good work guys!

    Dec 8th 2022 woman at drive thru being ignorant . Yall need teach yall drive thru people how to do mobile orders. I had cancel my order ans I am waiting to see if It goes thru. I sent my son pick up the order. I gave him order number as said on app at bottom. She claims too many numbers so I gave her bold ones 4 letters. She claim it not there . She was shown screenshot and i had then have her get her manager etc. She refused. Never had this issue before. If you give whole numbers they already know it's the first 4 or 5. Didn't need to be that complicated. And if she in training someone should been there with her. Smh waste my time and gas on a clueless and stubborn woman. Dont have time for nonsense and Never ordering here again. For future please advise all your new workers how to do mobile orders. Nobody answers phones . Other boy in car is a worker at mc donalds he try tell her. I even talk to her over phone . She had accent now I don't have anything against foreigners I am married to one. But becouse they can speak some English don't mean they fully understand. You speak and rhey will nod head and agree to everything and not know word you say. If she void of understanding maybe she shouldn't be in drive thru. Many Americans not trying be racist as it would seem but when people can't understand and mess up your order or charge you wrong or change your number like I had before it fusterating. Why should we have to deal wirh this in our own country .people like that have no business being in customer service. My man I understand him in person better than over phone sometimes . People with those accents like that don't need be in customer service. Things get messed up and nobody understand each other. Just leads to bad business. So if someone upset with foreigner maybe there's a reason than just being about race which has no reason. So please understand that about the lady. Drive thru is not for her.

    Just left there at 6:26 pm expecting food to be hot since it should be dinner rush. Should have realized that I was only person in drive thru Big Mac cold and fries too cold to eat. Really your employee doesn’t know when something is hot or fresh? Never again!

    Coming home from the er I went Threw the drive thru placed my order went home only to find out it was wrong. I called but got answering machine and left a message but still received no response Such poor service I recommend everyone check your sandwiches before you leave the parking lot otherwise you're stuck with what they want to give you

    I have to emphasize how CLEAN this restaurant and updated it was compared to BK next door. Staff was welcoming and prompt. Will continue visiting this spot after tball games near by.

    The food has always been fresh and well constructed. The reason it's 3/5 stars is that it's much more expensive than surrounding McDonald's AND they are stingy about giving sauces. If you're going to charge 20-50% more for the food, at least let me have a couple more BBQ sauces.

    The people at this McDonald's are really friendly and helpful. It is clean and the food is fresh. I enjoy going there with my nephews. They're ice cream machine works. And that is an amazing accomplishment for McDonald's

    Ordered through the drive through. They got the order wrong and when I corrected the cashier, he seemed out out. I’ve ordered their delicious spice chicken sandwich multiple times through their drive through multiple times and usually the fries were cold, smaller than normal order, or the chicken sandwich was well done and dry. I tried to call their number and no one picked up, just a recorded message.

    I am a regular there every morning before work , unfortunately at least 2 times a week my order is messed up and when I bring it to managers attention young I believe Puerto Rican girl , she gets upset , if you can't do you're job PROFESSIONALLY , then YOU SHOULDN'T BE A MANAGER , learn how to do you're job right without mistakes , and accept you do not do you're job correctly , I will contact corporate if this keeps happening

    I went through the drive through of this McDonald’s and about half way through my fries in the middle of the package was some sort of bug . I’m very suspicious due to the fact that It was in the middle of the fry box.
